Dr Ashwin is the one I go to show my pet. His treatment always worked for my pets. Nice and clean and well equipped

I'm not at all happy recent times wen ever we go always take kidney lever test than only treatment starts.this procedure made my cat die.never again

Dr Ashwin and his team are very helpful and professional. Yes there are times, when the wait is too long and Dr Ashwin is not available but these are just minor inconveniences that are more than understandable. The assistant doctors take very good care of my pet, the other assistants are also extremely helpful and ready to lend a helping hand. It is very reassuring to know that they have my pets best interests in mind. We have been going here for almost 2 years now and will continue to do so.

Very helpful and knowledgeable set of Doctors. You need to be patient (pun intended) enough to wait your turn and you will receive personal care for your pet. My go to place now, for my Kittu.

Dr Aswin is a very good vet who has treated all my pets. A genuine animal lover with passion and the empathy with each case he handles makes every pet parent very comfortable and leaves the pet parent confident that their pet is in the right hands.

I would like to thank Dr. Ashwin and the entire staff of Cancure hospital. My pet Toby, had a blood infection and he had become extremely weak and visibly sick. He used to be an extremely energetic golden retriever.

I took him to Cancure hospital and Dr. Ashwin immediately diagnosed what had gone wrong and started treatment. The staff were very effective and did the needful.

I could see a huge difference in his health in just a day. And in 2 days, he was completely alright and went back to being the energetic bundle of joy that he is.

I would recommend this place to anyone with a pet who needs care. Even if u don’t live too close to this place, it would completely be worth travelling here with your pet to give him the care he/she deserves.

Last but not least, though I had to come here with my Dog for 3 days in total for treatment, after all those tests and injections and treatments, the amount of money that I was charged was surprisingly low (compared to other pet hospitals in the city).

This place is so organized and only 50rs to register. I got one of the students there who didn't do really well with the blood tests and handling the injections. But rest of the doctors did a pretty good job and were able to help out really really well.

Great service. However they tend to ask you to return for repeat visits. This may be a one off since my cat had high fever.

Cancure is the best. My dogs have been treated by Ashwin doc since they were pups now they are 7 years old. I wouldn't trust My dogs with any other vets. We are glad we found him. The hospital is very clean and the staffs are super friendly with dogs. They are so good with stray animals and rescued animals too. Way to go team cancure and Ashwin doc.

One of the Best Pet hospitals I've been to.
Dr. Ashwin is the man and is very accommodative and has a group qualified and well versed doctors.

Very humble and service oriented.

They were very helpful in listening to the problems that I had and asking questions that I didn't even know mattered but did to treat my pet.

The best part about them is that they care about their pet that they follow through with me about my pet even after the treatment.

The receptionist lacks in a bit of communication & Hospitality skills - Which is required for this industry, and the helpers need to be service oriented but not job oriented - But that's just my opinion.

But otherwise, I'm satisfied and happy with their service.

The doctors are helpful. You can get your pets vaccinated and consulted for ailments. Dr Ashnil is very helpful. I was not very impressed with the hygiene maintained because infront of me a dog pee near the door and gave me a smile which pretty much translated to saying f*** every body and ran away

We waited for 45 minutes to treat my dog who had a bleeding infected wound. Two patients were sent in before us even without prior appointment. I won’t be going back there.

Dr Ashwin is a good doctor and a genuine animal lover. Takes good care of good patients. You still also find an assortment of stray cats and dogs who have been adopted by the hospital staff

Treatment, hospitality and care are top notch but the receptionist and the billing part takes forever while the treatment itself finishes early… kindly change the receptionist who is more proactive and fast in billing procedures.

Worst hospital and management ever.
Dr. Ashwin and the other lady doctor was treating my cat for his ear infection, instead of giving particular medicines for the infection he had, rather he gave heavy dose antibiotics, injections and iv's everyday continuously for 5-7 days with increasing doses day by day which later lead to both the kidneys damage and heart was filled with fluid. After the second day of treatment my cat passed away.
I request Dr. Ashwin and other doctors there not to earn by killing life's. Just because their are animals and doesn't have mouth to share their sufferings doesn't mean you doctor's behave like worst than wild animals and kill them, for feeding your stomach.
I humbly request other's not to take any treatment from Cancure hospital and take an initiative to keep your pets and street animal's safe from these vulgur humans who just work for money.
I would request the higher officials to suspend doctor Ashwin, the other doctor's present thier and the ward boys too.

He consultation itself is priced high and the co doctors not that great.they just want you to keep going back to them.don't provide solution at one consultation. Needs qualified doctors

I had to look up online to find doctors who nueter guinea pigs for quite a while and somehow I got to know about Dr. Ashwathy. Thank goodness I decided to take my piggies to her. She knew exactly what she was talking about as she was really knowledgeable. She was so gentle with my guinea pigs and the nuetering went well and my piggy is doing fine. She also gave vitamin supplements to my nursing guinea pig and checked the gender of the four little baby guinea pigs. You can even get your guinea pigs groomed here. Also the price was quite reasonable. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Dr. Ashwathy.

These guys have supported our puppy since birth. They have supported us financially as we adopted a stray. They are very welcoming and passionate about their job.

He was treating my pet for ear infection, he was getting well, but because of continuous antibiotics my pet suffered multiple organ failure, he suffered very badly till his last breath,

Worst Dog Hospital Ever never recommended please don't take your pet to this hospital they let dirty street dogs and street cats inside the hospital even when they pee they just wipe it do not use and disinfectant dirtiest hospital my pet got fleas after visiting this hospital and had to wait nearly 2 hour just to get a vaccination shot and the staff rude they don't consult properly not recommended please don't visit your pet will get sick if you visit this hospital

Had very good experiences here so far. Hardly any wait time depends on how busy the day is but never had to wait much. Very friendly staff and never had any problems. Take your pets here without any hesitation:)

Good clinic for pets. Dr. Ashwin is really good with pets and explains the cause of illness really well. This really helps you with the information you need to be careful next time.

It is also good to see many rescued pets in the clinic that’s care of by the staff.

Took my Guinea pigs there, very friendly folks, good setup and equipments, prompt actioning, most importantly it was apparent they love animals. Have tried a few other vets in Bangalore, so far the most caring and patient. Will definitely visit again for routine check ups.

A very nice veterinary hospital. Fully equipped to take care of your cata and/or dogs.
They have fully equipped operation theater, lab to take tests, consultation rooms, etc.
They have a shop also where you can buy products for you pets.

Dr. Ashwin and his staff are extremely professional, dependable and caring towards all animals that are brought there. They don't just cater to dogs and cats, but birds and others. It's a positive, clean environment for every being there. Perfect find for me as it is within walking distance from my current place.

Worst hospital useless receptionist my dog was 4.7 kgs and those idiots gave tablets instead of syrup for deworming and I called n asked them they are bloody convincing me to come n take another appointment to make money please be careful

Hi. We are from Hennur Cross. Went on an emergency on 29th May'21 as our Puppy (Golden Retriever - 4 & half months old - Female) had swollen plastic.
Vaccination all done. She had continuous vomitting & loose stools. But the plastic came out but she hasd continuous phuking & loose stools so decided to visit Cancure (Through Referral). When we were there on 29th - Saturday they diagnoized & started giving drips & injections & asked us to visit in the evening for drips if she's continued to be the same. And the same evening she didn't stop & went there again they gave her drips & injections again. The same repeated on 30th - Sunday and they asked us to bring her if she continues to be the same & on Sunday as well. They asked us to take Blood Test which is of no use. Morning & evening of drips, injections & prescribed can food, medicines which is of no use. Added to that they asked us to feed Chicken and curd rice. She ate really nothing & phuked again.

After all these she continued to be the same on 31st- Monday & the intense of vomitting & loose stools has increased and she has not even drank water from 29th morning (Saturday) & she had fallen anemic.
We actually got reference & we changed the VET. And atlast she is been infected with PARVO Virus.

When we called them (Cancure) & told that all the treatment which is been given to her is wrong. They manage to reply us back saying it's all the treatment given to treat PARVO but they didn't even know us about that the virus is been affected her.

Hope this review may help many & Cancure just go with what we say & they never diagnose with the real situation.

If we all know everything then why there is a need to consult a VET?

Dr Ashwin is a really experienced doctor and has given real good treatment for both my pups only thing is I seriously feel they are understaffed as the wait time is very long otherwise 5*****

Best pet hospital in the area. Dr Ashwin is wonderful.

A better system is needed to ensure social distancing during the pandemic, as it is often very busy & crowded in waiting area and consultation rooms.

Staff could empathize more with pet parents in hightend states of emotion for a better expierence at times of operational crisis.

The doctor Ashwin, is excellent at diagnosis! However recommended unnecessary blood test, and did not forward the results as promised. Kept giving my dog IV unnecessarily even though he had good appetite and was eating well. Made me keep coming back everyday for a week charging between 1500 to 2000 for various things each time. Then did not inform about an unscheduled holiday and made me come with my dog, while he sat at home and cooly said the clinic is closed today, when he could have told me the previous day and saved me the trouble. So go if you need good diagnosis but go somewhere else for treatment, and need fair treatment.

This is not a review of treatment received recently but when you were located in Kammanahalli in that passage near Reliance Trends. So since you have moved to the new location, (hopefully) things may have changed but I can only review based on the treatment my animal friend and I received.

The lady doctor that attended to my pet (45 days old pup) seemed to get impatient with me asking questions. Maybe a daily job for them, but I think I had the right to enquire about the injections that are being administered and its effects. I ended up leaving without taking any treatment and headed straight to Cessna.

They attended to my beagle promptly and what I appreciate the most they explained the rationale behind every action whether it was a test or iv drip. Their attendants are also very good and take excellent care of your pet. Cost is also reasonable and very good vets!

The staff are very friendly and pretty efficient. The place screams “we love animals”. The vet was patient, experienced, handled my pup with care. He listens fully and answers all questions patiently. The only downside is the waiting.it’s busy but I think that’s because they are good, many people visit them.

Neat clean place where the docs (Dr. Ashwin and team) are attentive, provide answers for questions and handle the pet quiet gently. Have visited 2wice with my pet lab Joy. I will provide a detailed feedback on the treatment suggested and the results thereof

1st the receptionist was very rude.she needs to be taught how to treat ppl who come there. 2nd the person who chopped my puppy's nails said its free bt the other receptionist who saw diz billed it for 100/- This was my 1st visit to the clinic and wil be the last. Government hospital staffs treat much betterPrefer them more! DOCTOR WAS GOOD

Whenever we went for the treatment they charged never less than 5 k. They add unnecessary tests and waste our money. Dr. Ajit is a scamster, used to always do the wrong diagnosis. When he gave the injection, my dog started bleeding. He wrongly diagnosed my dogs condition as tumour and gave a series of test, and even told that he may not live. We were so shattered. How can anyone be so heartless. These animals don't have mouth to express their pain. They are shameless to play with our emotions and wrongly use it to earn money. Upon taking second opinion we found that there was nothing of that sort. My dog was fit and fine.he had been fooling us the whole time. Everything is so expensive there. For nail cut, it's 100. The staff there isn't courteous, they don't know how to treat well. Please don't go there. Please visit and goverment hospital, who are qualified and know what they are doing.

Went there today which was a festival, so it was quite empty. This was the first time I had taken my kitten to a vet so I was quite worried. Turns out there was nothing to worry about! My kitten, who is usually very nervous when he is being handled for the first time, was calm even during his vaccination and nail clipping! Dr. Aswin and his team are so good with animals.you can see the actual animal love and calming influence on the animal.so glad I took him to Cancure!

Strange n surprised to see. They charge consultation charges separate though we have gone for etchy problem, nail trimming separate, ear cleaning separate
Consultation is related to floor cleaning liquid which I am already using pet relevant.

Dr ashwin and Dr ajit are extremely professional. Dr ajit is especially great with fussy and aggressive cats. Highly recommended!

The vets here are friendly and know how to approach and treat animals. Prices are reasonable and they're also willing to offer discounts if the bills add up too much. They care for stray dogs/cats just as they do for home animals (no bias). They're skilled and also willing to go out of their way to help sometimes.

Worst place,
1. Doc are running around and need to explain each doc what the problem is.
2. Rude behaviour, and when questioning starts to shout on calls.

Dr. Ashwin and his team are doing a great job with 100% dedication and sincerity. His policy of getting blood work done before prescribing medicines saved my dogs life. Typically most vets prescribe antibiotics left right and centre for minor ailments which causes irreparable damage to kidneys and liver.

Checking the dogs blood work helps in prescribing right medicine with the right dose. Yes it is expensive, but will go a long way to keep the dog healthy and live longer.

Only wish his waiting time gets reduced.

What kind of doctor denies treatment of a patient. Dr. Ashwin should have thought before denying treatment to patients who are under his team for 1 year, that too for having a conversation with the building owner who thinks he owns the roads and won't allow people to park cars within 20 feet of his car. While such owners are there is Bangalore, u have a business because of your patients and denying them will not leave u with business, to please the owner.

Went for the first time and was happy with the service the doctor was good and my pet was happy thats all which matters.

Dr Ashwin and team. Wow. Real good isn't the word. Ashwin spends a very good time with each patient and client. I am waiting to take my mom's Doberman - Tango boy for a lump removal, which I am very positive about that Dr Ashwin will safely and surely crack it.

Availability of Doctors most of the time even on Sunday is a plus point. Doctors explain the situation of the pets and the treatment required for them in a lucid way.

Have been visiting here from past 2 years one of the best Pet clinic I came across Doctor Aswin is very knowledgeable and he knows the best our furry babies and the staff Is very cooperative and friendly.
