Congested rooms and wash rooms. No cleanliness at all. No TV. Blanket used to smell bad. When i asked for replacement they said no. Dirty bathrooms. Cockroach all over. Refer the attached image. No complementary brakefast. Except location everything is bad. Non hygiene. Don't prefer.

Oyo is no more the Oyo that was few years ago. They become cheater. I stayed in the hotel, that was okay, when I tried to book for another day, the hotel name was same however I booked and paid 1600+ and immediately noted that I paid for a different location. Then I tried to modify the transaction but didn't get the option. At last I cancelled the booking with an intension to rebook the correct one. Oyo immediately deducted 1100 change and got the message that 250 INR return is initiated. That too within 5 minutes. And there was no human customer care at around 8-8: 30 AM. I lost my money.

This is my last service from OYO. Thank you OYO for the cheating. Good bye for ever.

Worst service and worst manager
He was drunk and talking rubbish. I really dont understand how such ppl get to work at reception. He has no idea whose name the room is booked. My friends stayedthere for couple of hours and it was horrible and unhygienic then we changed it. Hopeless guy

Not at all family place to stay. You can see call girls coming out of hotel and non married couples who are just interested in a bed and lock as part of service. You won't get any other service other than this. Receptionist are very rude and non cooperative.

Worst place.tv not working.wifi not working.rooms are dirty.no water for guests. Never stay here.

Bathrooms were so bad that manager has too change my room three times and everytime bathroom has some problem flush not working, hot water not coming, toilet jet not working. Management dont provide water you to go to reception and collect water from there. This is the worst experience i had in the hotel

No breakfast as mentioned on Oyo website, we didn't got hot water during our 5days stay. Room wasn't clean properly, there were few cockroaches seen around. Bathroom needs to be clean properly.

It was a pent house with no curtains and no privacy. Sorry with curtains clipped to window. Toilet was nasty.
Location was not near to a bus stop to catch up a bus. Otherwise location is clam and quite. Rooms zero quality. Few guys in reception don’t even know which rooms guest is in. They also mentioned they are gonna shut the hotel soon. Unfortunately didn’t catch up his name.

One of the worst oyo ever experience. They took the booking through oyo app then they were like you need to pay extra charges orelse you we cant allow you to checkin.geyser were dead, Ac not working, just provide 1 bad towel for 2 people.
Room was shady, management and hospitality was worst top of that not at all friendly.

The room was okay. Fittings such as the cupboard door were broken. Cockroaches were roaming around. Bathroom was very small.

Owing to Bangalore's climate, you would expect hot water to be available early in the morning or if you're checking in at night and you'd like to freshen up, there's no provision for such.

Hot water is available only during the day as they have solar water heaters.
For the entire duration of the stay, they didn't even bother to recharge the TV and had to be reminded repeatedly to provide water bottles.

The location is convenient as it's near the bus stop and near major tech parks.

Bathroom plumbings were damaged. Floor mats were provided only after the ask.
Few room was having bad odor due to the fungal patches on the wall.

On entering the premises midnight, the reception smelled with cigarette smokes.

The room was OK, but not perfectly clean, the door handles inside the room were not working properly, they kept sliding out of the door. And the electricity in my room went off sometimes even though there was power in the building. The place is close to a major road so not too quiet. Overall I felt like the staff were not too involved with making the place really nice to stay in. The receptionist was very kind though.

VERY POOR experience. They didn't untie their services with Oyo and when we booked via OYO and went to the hotel they said they are no longer in ties with OYO as the owner has changed.and tripled the room prices.very poor customer service by the reception.never book here if you don't want to waste your time waiting for room. I booked a room last month through Oyo and came to your hotel. Your manager told hotel is closed. I was standing on road for long time, so I asked if I can wait in reception for few mins before booking another hotel. He did not let me inside also. Atleast have some humanity.

I had booked this Oyo without reading reviews, thinking it is operational and paid full amount in advance. I hasmd travelled late at to Bangalore at reached the Oyo, only to find a locked building and no one except a security guard who told me that this Oyo has been closed for 5-6 months.

Location: pretty good. Near to marathahalli. You can get bus anytime from karthick nagar. Place looks good too. You can get public transport easily. If you jave a vehicle on your own, excellent.

Room: it was good but not that clean. They could have maintained well. Still uts good for a day or two in budget. Refrigerator was not working and kettle was jot even clean.

Food: the food over there lil costly. So try swiggy/zomato or you can go to marathahalli which is 5 min away

Overall: good

Good Hospitality - Spent some days and it looks good. Food was not available due to sale. However stay was good

This stay is very good because it have most of the facilities you need location is nice best for the photos Greenery rooms with basic facilities with this price it's nice but some minor problem like you will not provided that much toiletries, you have to go on the G floor for the water and also food on the hotel is little bit expensive anyway you can order by dunzo, swiggy, Zomato. Overall a descent package.

One of the worst OYO I have seen. No proper hygiene maintained. Literally we found 4 cockroaches in the first 5 minutes we checked in.

Good to stay. Something unusual happened where the bathroom lock was already broken and I need to adjust the door lock to open or close the door.

Very bad experience not clean room bedsheet pillow cover was yellow not white wall was so dirty hotel was full cigrate smell no towels no tissue paper or hand wash in bathroom u have to keep asking them to and basic thing is water bottle shampo soap nothing was there when v asked thy gave one rupee shampoo packet when v asked water bottle extra charge if u want normal water thy said take and come ur bottel fill from recption after complaing somuch thy change our room in another room curtain was teard everything was visible from outside in there page photo was very good but inside very badly maintained never visite again here

Room was not up to the mark. Room bathroom door could not lock when informed staff regarding same, staff said they are aware and offered to change room if required (if knew why did they even give that room?) No hangers in bathroom to hang towel. Bedsheet and pellow had marks and stains O had to ask them to change pellow.

Good option for a budget stay. Located centrally in Karthik Nagar near marathalli. Easy access to outer ring road and bus stop.
Decently clean rooms and average service.
Bathroom taps and seat was broken.
Otherwise good budget hotel.

So nonsense. Non coperative hotel. No respect for customer. Did booking on booking.com and it was showing confirmed. It's staff showed they didn't received confirmation and didn't gave room Nd had to search other hotel. They was confused. Sometime saying room is available sometime saying rooms not available. Dnt suggest hotel to anyone. Also difficult to search on map. No. Resturants nearby

Absolutely loved it, good experience, polite staff, excellent food delivered to your room directly, also facilities like fan, AC, geyser, Tv, a good comfortable bed and parking space available

I stayed here on 19 Nov and didn't find the room appealing. It's 900 plus per day. The beds looked dirty. Tv didn't work. I was said that hot water is available, but it wasn't. Overall it wasn't satisfactory

Worst experience ever. No proper room service though we have reached out to the room service multiple times. Basic facilities are also not even provided.

Really poor. I was promised 1600 by OYO including early check in and late check there at hotel they charged me more and at that early hours I couldn’t find any other hotel either. Charging extra the room I got had so much cigarette smell and the bed cover was soooo dirty yellow.

I was shifted to a room with balcony since I specifically asked for one to OYO only at 12. At 12 in the noon they called me and told me to leave telling guests were waiting down. I requested for for late checkout while checking in and they told nothing then. Suddenly they told me to leave just because guests were there -_- and checking out in 20 mins they give the room again and charge extra again while leaving.

I even called and asked in the hotel about the tariff and what OYO promised then they told ma’am please come we will see to it. Uncertainty and stupidity is what I found. The room I got also didn’t have a proper latch and again the bed covers were so dirty -_- Worst experience with OYO and this hotel

Power cut is a usual scenerio. Elevator is not working. No water. No laundry. Foods available only in menu card. No restaurant in outside also. Receptionist as well as the staffs behaviour is too bad. If the door of any room is open, the staffs will pry into your privacy.

Worst experience of my life. Hotel rooms r completely unhygienic, they have bed bugs n bad smell in the bathroom. Never ever go to this hotel

One will get what they pay for with this hotel.
But the hotel management have many opportunities to improve the experience of the guests, which will not cost much to them like leaving fresh towels for guests in room when doing room service or even cleaning AC filters for a better noise free cooling of room.

One suggestion for anyone looking to take stay with breakfast combo- it's not worth it. One can find comparatively better breakfast in other nearby locations. Just only go for the accommodation option.
