Above average room and amenities but the staff and front office people are very good and they help you out if there is anything that you need. I was really amazed with their services.

Not maintained well, looking dirty. The bedsheets and towels what they given was smelling like something, i think they didn't wash them properly or not at all. Very worst lift. They have closed the steps. Instead of lift steps will be better.

The experience was great. Good complimentary breakfast and high speed wifi. Very satisfied with the overall service.

Television was not working. Service room telephone ringing was a disturbance while sleeping. Outside sound entering the room through air holes. Room was good. Clean and tidy.

One of the best places to stay in Mangalore.it is worth the price you pay. Neat and clean and very prompt service. Breakfasts are complimentary

I stayed here few days back. When we told them we are coming they said they need an hour to clean the room. When we went the room was so badly cleaned there was hair everywhere in the room very very bad cleaning. Haven't seen such bad cleaning anywhere. Room service is good and prompt. Breakfast is also on time. Better find another place to stay. Can't stay in such badly cleaned room.

I took a Premium Room and the room has been maintained well, cleanliness maintained, AC is cooling, Geyser available, toiletries available, 24/7 room service, lift facility available, parking facility available. Centrally located, easily accessible

Good rooms, furniture and services with towel, soap and shampoo, cattle to make tea and ash tray.

Value for money place to spend the night in mangalore city. Unmarried couples keep away. Minus 3 stars for asking me and my wife 3 times whether we were married.

I had booked rooms in this hotel for my guests. They liked Mangalore city, but service in falnir palace ruined their trip.
Service was so bad that they didn't clean the room after multiple requests. Very poor service.

Unprofessional staffs. Tv was not working. No place to park vehicle. Uncomfortable bed. Totally I won't recommend.

The worse thing that happened during my trip. There is no hygiene maintained. Bedsheet were not clean. Some weird smell was coming when i entered the room. Ac remote was not to be found. Hallway had cigarette smell through out our stay. Would nt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very badly maintained. Soap and Towel stands are just hanging. Badly we had to pay extra money for the dental kit. I don't recommend.

Never ever visit this hotel, very rude staff, many rules for married couples also, and very old hotel with new outlooks only, not worth for what you are paying, if u pay online through oyo, thn they won't provide the room, you need to pay at counter only, no offers and nothing applicable which are there in app. Worst hotel ever I visited in Mangalore. Oyo should take necessary action on this property, I suggest better this hotel should be removed from oyo, simply it's spoiling oyo name. And extremely over charges for everything, instead of paying for this useless hotel easily we can afford some 3* or 5* hotels also. Book at your own risk.

The booking was quick and easy. Staff behaiviour was veey good. There are no hidden charges or anything lile that. Room was very clean and evrything inside the room was working like TV, AC, etc.

The hotel is not customer friendly and they have the counter open 24 hrs. We have a parking available.

Decent restaurant for its cost. Stayed with my family of 6 members. So we had adjacent rooms. We took breakfast along with the hotel stay. Had idli, neer dosa, uttappa, watermelon, bread butter jam, tea and coffee for breakfast over a dozen of 3 days. The people at front desk were warm and welcoming too. The hotel boys catered to our needs as well.

Not worth the money. Bedsheets our not clean, the boys were helpful though in changing but still covered in stains

Room was well and good but i dont like their rules. According to their rule no visitors are allowed, that annoyed me

This is the worst hotel ever. They didn't accept my online booking and told me there were no empty rooms. But right in my presence, the receptionist gave rooms to three people who came in. The receptionist was rude and indirectly asked me to get out or book a room by paying twice the money I had paid for online booking. Never visiting this place again

Good hotel in manglore, neat & clean rooms, very near to all places, traiff are low, great experience I stayed here 7 times, food is also good in breakfast, staff are also good

Just loved it, I have stayed for a day, very clean and peacefull stay, all things are near by. Two concerns
1. I booked for 3 persons including kids, bed was for two.
2. Parking could have better, not sure in rush or normal day.

Located at Falnir road, it is the best place to stay. The room is very clean and neat. No issues faced. Thank you for the hospitality.

My female friends got the worst experience ever. The staff was very creepy and were going to the room for unnecessary reasons and they were constantly tracking our movements and constantly calling into our rooms and all, there was no privacy whatsoever and keeping on tabs when we entered and exited the rooms as wells as the hotel.

Nice to stay here. Can get into the City in minutes from here. Rooms are well maintained. 2-4 cars can be parked. Small hotel adjacent to Falnir Palace, however surrounded by restaurants. Lift facilities are available.

My female friends got the worst experience ever. The staff was very creepy and were going to their room for unnecessary reasons. Plus i got very disrespected when i told them their creepy behaviour. They were telling us to check out and they wouldnt provide the money back.

Been Here For 2 Nights From 6 To 8 Of December. Good Place For Stay At Affordable Price. Rooms Are Neat And Clean Which Makes Your Mood Fresh. They Don't Have A Restaurant But They Can Arrange Food For You From Nearest Restaurant Which Is Known As "Zaika" Overall It's A Nice Experience With This Place.

Wake up call was missed. And the staff were sleeping at the time of checkout in spite of informin them the night prior. Breakfast is nothing great either. Luckily there are eateries nearby.

Given extra pillows and quilt when requested. Very approacheable personnel. Room is small and AC is not effective though. Oyo products were not given. Clean good quality long towels provided. Curtain is very old fashioned. Not a cozy room anyways. Bed is very hard too. Looking forward for good breakfast tomorrow.

It's decent with the commodities they provide but since it's relatively new, food and service isn't the best. The Tv remote was hard to use. The pillows were hard. Had a cockroach run across as well. It's really cheap though so for a single or double night stay, you can bare through. Breakfast was bad. The chutney got spoilt. Very limited items. Very bland.
Positive aspects are the location, water, electricity. Had many restaurants and many necessities everywhere. There was no water shortage nor black outs.

They don't accept oyo booking. They have there own rate everytime you visit. Hotel is good but booking is at your own risk.

The hotel is centrally located 5 min from railway station. 5 min from city central mall.
Cleanliness was good.room was clean and Ac was working.it was worth. The only concern was food. Mostly nonvegetarian food is served.so we cd not eat there.we could get a parking slot but being in the heart of city, hotel has limited parking place.it is better to confirm in advance.

Pretty decent place with nice clean rooms and clean bathrooms. The staff is really nice, polite and very cooperative. The facilitate also well maintained and it is close enough to the rest of the city to be a rather convenient place to stay.

We're worst service for AC rooms they give complimentary breakfast for non AC they don't give compementary break fast I don't know y this discrimination and manager are like gundaas they very bad language as basted very very very poor and EGO to the core
