Capital O 33450 Hotel La Prosperite

Booked the hotel almost 5days prior. One day before the stay I got the call from OYO saying that this property cannot be accommodate and cancelled the booking.

The place is including restaurant and pub. Nice place to spend time. Nice rooms and neatly arranged.

We recently stayed here for around 5 days during the new year week. This hotel stay was a big disappointment to us.
1. The rooms were very stinky, it was smelling of cigarette smoking all-the-time
2. The AC quality is very low, it was not working half of the time we stayed there - we had to call them 4-5 times to come and fix AC
3. Their TV was not working initially and after the 2nd day, they came up with some temporary workaround setup - still no non-free channels to watch
4. They gave us paper cups to use for coffee/tea - Upon asking, the staff rudely said we give the same to all rooms, never seen such a thing elsewhere
5. For our entire stay - we had to frequently request drinking water as they didn't even bother to provide water on a daily basis.
I would not recommend this.

Worst experience.checkin experience was not good. Guy sitting in the reception was feeling as if he is doing some charity.we are paying and staying, but looks are like they are serving the needy.worst hotel maintenance, room is not at all clean, used towels are kept, cockroaches inside the room, room stinks, no proper toiletry items, room is filled with cigarette smell and got headache with in 2 - 4 hours of stay.vacated very early without staying in the night.pictures are often deceptive, aptly suites to this hotel
Nothing is good except the area of the hotel

The booking was been made a week ago, Payment also been made and booking was confirmed! On check in day 10 mins before checkin I have received a call from hotel that your booking is not confirmed, please call Oyo customer care, they sholud have said before 1 or 2 days. The worst worst feeling ever! Thanks for inviting for detailed review.

Best stay in recent times. I travel to Bangalore atleast thrice a month, and finding the right stay has always been difficult. This property is much better than most of the properties listed in the site. Staff politeness, room cleanliness, features, etc. Evrything is much appreciated. Just a little bit off location, but according to me a good night sleep over ranks travel time. Thank you team La Prosperite.

Rooms stink, there is no proper maintenance in this hotel, they are under staffed. Please don't opt for breakfast as they don't have restaurant they buy from street vendor in the morning and serve it you in your room, be carful with it.
Once you book As OYO says they cant cancel, When i asked them to cancel it OYO says only "Sorry cant Cancel" thats the only thing they did and Hotel never served breakfast to us front desk said " I am alone in hotel sir please wait till 9.30 let other come will serve you breakfast"

Never trust their 5 stars

I found underwear and used clothes of previous guest in the room. They just don’t clean at all. And the Ac never works.

Never ever choose this place.

Don’t even deserve a single star.

I FOUND A CHANGED CLOTHES INCLUDING UNDERWEAR OF PREVIOUS GUEST IN THE CUPBOARD.

The AC WASN’T WORKING.

Never ever go to this place. I left from there that night itself.

The rooms were absolutely fantastic.
But there were cockroaches and the intercom facility was not working, wifi was not available. Overall a good experience in the budget.

Rooms are not clean at all. Hygiene not maintained.
We had booked 2 rooms and the TV was not working in one room.
There was a strong cigarette smell when we entered the rooms which took several hours to go away. Due to this all of us had a head ache while sleeping.
There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom.
A/C was not working properly for which we had to follow up 5 times with the staff to get it fixed.
There was a lot of dust sitting on tables, A/C vent and chairs. The bed sheets were not very clean. Dirt everywhere.
OYO is pathetic. Hopeless service and hospitality.

The hotel is quite clean and rooms are spacious as well. Room service ia pathetic, nothing much to expect. Being situated at a good place in and around city primises. Food can be available in near by restaurants.

Rooms were decent. Amenities like TV and room service needs improvement. Otherwise the hotel is worth the money we pay.

Hotel is good. The service is not available in the landline. Cleaning and room maintainance could be better

Horrible Staff. I booked via OYO. We were travelling from Hyderabad and reached hotel to check in on 10PM. They forcefully asked for Aadhar for Check in and were not accepting any other IDs. Not only this there hotel manager was also very rude.
As per govt and OYO rules no hotel can mandatory ask for aadhar for check in.
This hotel check in was a horrible experience for my family.

Room was not so clean, wash room door was making noise. Power cuts and the backup doesnot seem to be there. The kettle inside the room was stinking. TV didnot work.

Doesn't qualify for a single star. Rooms are dirty and smells bad.the staff gave lame excuses. For a 3 star hotel it's worst. TV doesn't work. Smoking smell in the room. No soap or towels. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked via online booking platform. They are not allowing me to check in and saying the price is cheap.

I had my extended family of about 40 guests stay here for 2-3 nights as I had function at home. Right from booking until checkout / payment was managed without any hassle. Guests liked courteous behaviour of the staffs and rooms were up to date. My interactions with Mr. Ranjeet Kumar had been great who was exceptionally helpful who even gave me sufficient lead time for me to make payment instead of pestering given the fact he understood how busy I was. Kudos to him and his team. Thanks a bunch!

Worst experience ever with Oyo aswell as the hotel. I was traveling with my Mom from Belgaum to Bangalore which is 500kms and had booked this hotel in Oyo and had informed the manager that I'll be checking in after 9 pm.and till I arrive at the hotel my room was checked in my name and given to someone else n hotel staff was not at all cooperative. I would not suggest anyone to visit this hotel and boycott Oyo.

Enjoyed the stay.
I booked it only for one day. But when I got wonderful hospitality, so I booked it for another 5 days.
So beautiful hotel. Rooms are too good. Spacious, wooden floor. Washroom are big & kept hygienic.
So well mannered & supportive staff specially Manager Mr. Ranjit Kumar. Nevertheless they make you feel like out of home.
So beautiful rooftop bar. Cherry on icecream is their food. So yummy.
I'll definitely book again whenever I'll be there.

The hotel manager is very helpful. Even though we had problem with booking because of OYO the manager help us find a nice place to stay. The hotel is in a good location

We had reached hotel at 11.30 am, we were asked to wait for 10 min. Unit we raised a concern from Goibibo app. Room was not allocated. At last room was allocated at 12.45pm.

Most of the time receptionist wont be at desk.
As the rooms and restaurant are in same place.common are is smelly. (clean)

Hot water is not available in the morning. Even after repeatedly calling receptionist.

Not worth for money. You pay 1.4k (price) still you get this type of service. Not recommended at all.

I feel Reviews for hotel is misleading (rigged)

Recently for a family function of mine i rented around 10 rooms to accommodate my guests. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous and the service was great. They have recently renovated the place and the overall feel in the lounge and rooms are really good. The manager Mr. Ranjeet is very friendly and quick to respond. Parking is manageable. Overall great experience.

The rooms were pretty clean. The washroom was amazing. These two are the two things every one looks for and these two are just amazing here.
Coming to the food, I felt the food was a little over priced. We ordered the meal from our oyo booking. It wasn't that tasty and the quantity was less.
Overall, since the room was great I think it deserves a 5 star

Best oyo for youngsters top floor pub but it's not that good kinda okay.reasonable cost, good staffes overall good experience

A very good place to stay
It has a resto pub on 5th floor which is just awesome. There's open terrace bar too.
Staff behaviour is good and service is great.
Rooms are clean and tidy.

It was pretty good stay for the price. The food at hotel restaurant can't justify the price and quality.

Stay is ok. But there is a open floor pub so there is a lot of disturbance of you take on the top floor rooms.

Room service was poor. They didn't clean the room next day or clear the garbage in the dustbin.

The hotel has a beautiful facade and stands reasonably tall. The hotel is big but is located in a not so happening area. Spacious rooms and all the amenities provided at an unbeatable price is definitely what you can expect here. The rooms had a wooden finish and was well lit. It had a large TV for entertainment and the beds were comfortable. Outside food wasn't allowed however they had an amazing in house restaurant. The bathroom, linen and towels were spotless. The front desk staff were friendly and the room service staff were ready to help the customers. The room had an amazing view of the night as well. A great place for a hassle free and comfortable stay.
