Check-in system is good. Rooms are Good, neatly well maintained. Staffs are friendly. Feels safe so no need to worry. Best hotel/Rooms for couples.

One of the worst hotel. Don't get impressed with images, reality is totally different. Also there were worms in water, lot of cockroaches. Stay away and also the manager response was so pathetic and rude. Stay away from this hotel, there are lot of good hotels. Kindly opt for those, stay away from this OYO NR Residency. Fully unhygenic.

Not even worth one star.asking for extra amount at the time check-in.even talk to Oyo support and they told my that owner added extra amount from their end.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. It is a hotel, which is value for money. Hotel manager and room service people are also helpful. This hotel also has a small restaurant. Only, hidden point is, if you book from OYO app, then on Checkin hotel manager will ask you little extra money saying rooms are little costly and app shows wrong price. So, it is better pay the extra amount or book directly from the hotel manager. Still, my stay was pleasant so, I thank you all the team members of this hotel.

Service is very bad, the person at reception is mean and will fight if any thing happens, we had booked room, after going there he asked us double price and when we were trying to leave, he asked us to cancel, we said you should cancel, but at the end we had to cancel as he came outside and stopped us forcefully, if ee wouldn't have, he would have hit us.

They looted our money taking the advantage of our situation in the midnight. We paid the complete amount through make my trip but they asked us to pay additional amount. They don't want to give us the receipt also, showing GST as an excuse. Literally they made us to wait for 1.5hr in midnight 1'0 clock. Make my trip also twisted their plate by breaking their promise to compensate our loss.

Hotel PPL and Oyo PPL took my money n made me trouble at 12 midnight n didn't gave me check in.myself I booked other hotel n checkd in other hotel.
Worst hotel PPL and shameless Oyo PPL.no support from Oyo CX care.i am 8months pregnant and was roaming on roads with my husband for hotel.dont book through Oyo ever.i think 1stsr is also they don't deserve

It's good place but the kitchen facility is still under maintenance. Overall it was good experience.

Very bad maintenance! Soiled bedsheets rugs, pillowcase reused and very dirty. After informing desk staff, a shabbily dressed person came to replace with still more dirty materials. Used trashes left unattended in corridor. Collected cash bill Rs 1929.00 for one night. Even arguing that we have to advise OYO about excess billing. No drinking water, No restaurant, No pantry service.

Stay was satisfactory. But there is no space for car parking. Most importantly the Low cost room offered by OYO is not accepted by the hotel owner and he collected extra amount and denied to give room at the OYO offered price. The OYO should look into this matter. At night time with family we cannot argue with the hotel owner.

I've terrible experience here. No good service, you have to manage everything.
Another horrible experience like I've already pre-booked the room, but when I've reached there, the receptionist asked for more money citing the rooms are quite expensive here. Also came to know like if we refused to pay more, the terrible manager asked us to leave the premises.really horrible experience.there's no nearby restaurants to eat. No room service like giving water bottles atleast.

Rooms are good, staff is also cooperative. I booked the room including Dinner and breakfast. I checked in at 9: 30pm and that time they told me that they never provide breakfast and dinner as they don't have kitchen. Very disappointed on this point.

This hotel is not bad. Its good. Bad is the OYO app service. They show you low price. After booking, when you go to check in, the price becomes higher. If you cancel you will not get refund. If you want to check in you have to pay additional amount.
Better go to the location and pay directly to this hotel's manager.

It's just waste of money, rooms were not clean, Hairs on the pillow cover and bed, cockroaches in the night. Don't Believe OYO because when you checkout they ask you to give 5stars in front of them. Just waste of Money.

Worst service, they don't respond to your problems, they took extra money during checking in, they won't answer calls, if you ask for something they will ask you to go inside service room and pick it for yourself while they sit on a sofa with their legs on the table, while checking out they want you to give them 5 star rating infront of them, they will persistently bother you for 5 star rating and deny check out before that, worst hotel experience till now

Rooms are nice but they are accepting online booking, room service is very good and ground floor Hotel is there for food.

Clean from outside.but the rooms they never changed the bedsheets or either cleaned the room. Not at all good for family. Saw a lot of youngsters coming in bikes on a daily basis (girls and boys). Will not prefer booking it back, but if you are looking for a cheaper option then this should be fine. Also don't want to forget to mention that when we reached the hotel, the sheets which were there were with stains as attached in pictures. Even water was not complimentary.

Rooms wer full of cockroaches when i came back to hotel in the night.no service of food or anything not even a water bottle was kept at the hotel.

Such a nice and safe place and perfect maintenance with spacious rooms and management is very good

They don't provide good service, we booked the hotel at night 3am, they told they will not give room, we were roaming outside at night, such a careless action.

Offers Good Room in a Standard Price. Room contains cupboard, table and chair, mirror, fans and attached washroom. Also nicely working lift and free wifi.
