This is a good budget hotel. The room was clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was quiet. They have outdoor sitting arrangements to enjoy their greenery. Also they had free transport to and from Narayana Hospital.

It is a very good place to stay if you're taking medical treatment at Narayanan Hospital in Bengaluru. I have found this hotel management is very cordial, supportive and helpful.

Being a Consultant, I visit Bangalore once a week and I stay in Online Suites - Shantiniketan Hotel every time. There is a great service from them. Especially Mr. Praveen - Manager, Mr. Anil - Receptionist, Mr. Ranjith - Restaurant Manager and Mr. Rajappa - Security, they will make your visit so comfortable. Much recommended for people who look for stay in Bommasandra.

Stayed there for my father's treatment at narayana, though everything else seems fine just the hotel's rooms are not that clean.be it bathroom be it the rooms if these are rectified can be an awesome place to stay with tasty food

This place should be near to Narayana Institute of Cardiac Scienes, Bommasandra as I have been to this place.
But, they have tagged it 15 kms away from the actual location. People coming from outside state will face harrowing issues in finding this place. I have seen feedbacks in MakeMyTrip requesting the hotel management to tag the exact location, but its yet not reflected in map.

I had booked in goibibo for 789 rs, 1 night they charged me 1000 rs they said me I will not be getting the room if I won't pay 1000. I was having 2 huge bags with me so I agreed to them. Inconveniences:
*No hot water service
*The blankets wer already used and not washed
*Toilet was not cleaned, it was stinking
*The cupboards wer Dusty and something was spilled in it, I couldn't keep my clothes there.
*There was no room service
*Manager was rude to me, as there is pick up and drop facility I had askd him to pick me from the main road. He refused to come and said he had gone somewhere outside. But when I reach there he was simply sitting and reading newspaper.

Hotel is decent, but maintenance is very poor. Bedbugs found. Toilets are poorly maintained. Ruins experience to otherwise a very decent hotel.

This is a hotel available near Narayana Hrudayalaya. This stay is good for short term stay for follow up in hospital.

Decent hotel with well equipped rooms. Mostly used by patients visiting Narayana hrudayalaya. Restaurant and garden r nice. Staff r helpful but a bit slow in their action. Take a lot of time for even small things. Free shuttle car service to Narayana hrudayalaya is a good service.

I stayed in the room 213 in December 2018 for 5 days. The stay was peaceful. The room and washroom were neat. Running hot water was there which made me easy to manage this winter season. They also offered free shuttle service from here to the Naarayanaa hospital and back. WiFi speed was blazing fast. Keep it up.

Please correct these to make my stay more comfortable: The door lock for the room 203 was not working. I was initially allocated the room 203 and was changed to room 213. The window lock was broken and the door lock was not working smoothly in the room 213. Do apply oil to all the door locks for smooth operation.
