Hotel rooms and party halls are good. Proper Parking facility is not there.and food is ok ok

Well, we just had an overnight stay but tap accessories were loosely fitted, commode seat cover had come out. Rest all good

The rooms weren't maintained properly and the floors were dirty, the color of the bedsheets had changed and it was torn as well
It was a very good hotel before but now it isn't maintained properly the staff need to look into this and maintain all the rooms properly.
The staff are very good and super friendly and help u and provide good service as well.
They also have a bar and restaurant attached and also a restaurant on the other side for morning breakfast as well.
Overall located in a good location but sincerely request you to maintain the rooms.

A nice budget hotel which is very much affordable. Staff is good. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Very unprofessional handling.
Had problem in checking in. The id provided by oyo they could not find.
They didnt have card reader nor paytm.
We were told by reception that there is complimentary breakfast. After asking multiple times we got fed up and left for good. Rooms were. Ok would rate 3 for just rooms.
Come here only if u get highly discounted offer

Security and service man asked cash as tip when just enter to the hotel. Really i dont like their behavoir

Horrible toilets, shower & toilets were broken. They were not intimating in advance about the break fast. Bringing the break fast from other hotel in pack. Wondered that they couldn't provide even a water bottle. Glasses were in bad and broken condition

As a hassan localite I thought this hotel was good. But the condition of this was very bad.no lights, no phone is in working condition. These are kept in room only for showcasing every thing.

I didn't like the night duty staff behavior for which we had complain while checking out. Also they do not provide drinking water in room and not even glasses.

Bad behavior from staff. Made booking through online. When we reach there they said no rooms are available for us.
