Very bad room provided no fan working no phone working and when asked for change of room the hotel staff said they are fully booked and The booking becomes non refundable. The hotel has literally a bar (shabby looking one)

Room was clean, spacious. Hot water available at all times, AC worked fine. Staff courteous and helpful.

Bar located just adjacent to it which serves decent food and alcohol.

Overall in this budget, was more than happy with the room.

It was not worth half the price that was charged. The rooms were not even serviced prior to check in and we're stinking horribly. The water from the taps was surprisingly muddy. The breakfast offered was so basic and the ambience could be compared to a road side hotel. It's also away from the town. Avoid staying here unless you don't have any other choice

Rooms are more expensive. They're worth 1200 per day and not more than that. Hotel staff doesn't prepare breakfast in enough quantity. They serve only one item in the breakfast like idli sambhar or bisibelle bhat. Still giving 3 stars, otherwise they are not even worth 1.

Very good place to stay, very satisfied, but improve breakfast, taste is good, try different varieties of food. A good stay for both couples and families

This hotel doesn't even deserve a star. The room was big but everything else was pathetic and there were cockroaches in the room.there is mold in the bathroom.it was the most disgusting stay ever.
It was also very expensive as it was season time we literally had to pay ₹6k+ per night and it was not even worth it.

The location - You can have a peaceful place of stay outside the city but not too far, after a hard day of outing you will be able to reach the place safely
Food and Room service - You can get very good food and cost is also very reasonable with good quality, also free breakfast was also tasty and had varieties
Ambience wise, the place is very good, also has lift facility
Even seeing all the other negative reviews, I booked this hotel for the Treebo branding which didn't fail

Very good lodge, services are too good. Rooms are very clean, hygienic and service by the staff here is friendly and family feel. Just love this.

Site seeing arrangement would be costly so arrange from outside.

Due to lockdown, rooms not kept clean and even service is poor.need to visit after lockdown is completely lifted

Nice Place to stay in Chikmagalur, Safe Parking Facility, Good Hospitality by Staff, Very quick room service, Neat & Clean rooms with lift facility. Bar & Restaurant in 1st Floor, totally a good place to stay all facilities under one roof, overall had a good experience.

Food was delicious. Whenever we go to Chikkamagalor will visit this property. And will refer our friends too

Around 1.5km from Chikmagalur bus stand.seems to be newly constructed.better to choose it if your plan is for more than a day.

Rooms are proper and alright to stay in. No complaints. However, the hotel has bar & restaurant attached which stands out in terms of quality of food served. Kerela Porotta is amazing, unlike anywhere else. Or be it Hurthund chicken, mutton, thalis etc. The chef gets all my praises for preparing delicious food.

Average room okay for 1 day stay.
Stayed for one day the rooms was bit small couldn't able to walk freely inside the room and the water was not cleaned not recommended for bathing

AC was not working, Bathroom had tap issues, Second floor rooms are very hot because because the top was a iron sheet and it is covered with wood so that you will not get about the same. The rooms had lot of problems. You will not be satisfied for sure. So search for a better place for your stay.

4. A special mention about restaurant and it's food, amazing quality and taste with decent pricing.
5. Do not think of bar and restaurant being held at the same place, you can get the food delivered to ur room if you are with family.

One star for decent ambiance. But, bathrooms? We changed two rooms only to identify that the other room has even worst blockage in sink which was getting corrected in front of us wasting our limited holiday time. And sanitization? It is just wiping handles and remotes with disinfectant. There is nothing done about other corners of the room or bed. I found dust under TV unit and insects crawling. Staff believes that there are no mosquitoes. Absolutely not worth the price paid.

So pathetic, the bedsheets and bedspread was so unclean i think they have not washed it. Disgusting. Also the restaurant is not a family full of liquor smell.

The beneka residency is a place where you can get very clean and good food as well as delecious food.it is important to note the behaviour and sevice of your staff. Such a beautiful place for stay. The rooms are like heaven. The staff and management side is very helpful and such a good behavior.myself really enjoyed a lot.

You have to ask the emenities, for yourself. They won't provide it to you on their own, even after booking a AC room you won't get remote, and for towel they had provided us 2 towels for 4 people.
Before you check in ley him know that two times that what room have you booked.

I have booked a suit room with cost 4000. The room was pathetic and only 2 people can sleep in suit room. Pathetic service and they are rude. Please Don't select this hotel especially if you are family.

This is good place to stay tourist peoples. Good atmosphere, everything available in this restaurant. Rooms are well cleaned and maintained.

A decent place with responsible staff. Right behind cafe coffee day and 500 m walking distance from ksrtc bus stop. A very reliable place to stay in case of emergency booking or early travel.
The reception area is clean and nice. Adjacent to the hotel is bar cum restaurant where buffet is served. Hotel is couple friendly. The corridors on the first floor would require more ventilation and air flow to dispel the smell of cigarette smoke.
