Very bad dorm rooms toilet not clean no tv bed mattress pillow covers very dirty not suitable rooms to stay. It is basically a house with no people to service it.

Non co-operative reception folks and to my surprise they were not ready to give room with the Prepaid charges. I had to Pay them again the same amount to get room. Horrible, I would not recommend them.

Horrible service. We went there with the booking and they asked us to wait till 12 in the afternoon. But they said Raju check-in is available on the site. No parking facility.

Very dirty room uncleaned bedsheets lots of active dust everywer and room was stinking. Receptionist mahalakshmi was very rude and showed very bad attitude she demanded extra cash and made us to wait for hours in midnight. And no quick response from receptionist whenever we tried to contact her. Service was not available and there was no tv. And when we asked her about it she always gave some or the other excuses. This is the worst hotel anyone could ever experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Worst management if u Book room in advance and payment as long Done. At times u visit location later thay will tell server issues and all room are full. Then what's the use of Booking Room in Advance

Room was not clean, water dripping from bath room roof. No mirror available in the room. Room is in 3rd floor and the lift not working. I struggled very much to shift luggages.

Better choice for families. Good atmosphere. Service is also better. Sometimes wifi is not working.
