- Booked through online and the hotel didn't accept the online reservation.

+ Location is good. Room is of good size to accommodate 2 people.

- Room is smelling with cigarette smoke and there are cockroachs running over the bed.

Location is good
Hot water is running 24hrs - a good thing.

Needs lot of maintenance of daily basis: bed spring are easily felt while lying on bed which is uncomfortable, bathroom taps, shower taps are to be maintained.

Rooms smelled full of cigarette smoke (heavy pungent smell).

Sheets with mild dirt & stains - can be rectified & maintained.

Ac working good, TV, toiletries were provided.

Had a little trouble with payment & later sorted out with OYO CC.

Bed was not clean as bed was full of hairs. Bed was also not comfortable as it was making noise because of the low class spring. No water bottle no towels were provided. Other than stay was ok. Paid extra 500 for early check-in. Don't believe Oyo sales people about early check-in as they will fool you.

Pathetic. I pre-booked the hotel from Oyo, paid entire money upfront. On the checking date, I was denied checking the hotel is full booked. Why took money upfront if hotel is booked?

Good rooms. We'll maintained. Close to manipal hospital. Highly recommended for affordable stay.

There will be no complimentary food neither breakfast nor dinner as mentioned while we book the hotel and there were cigarettes smell all over the corridor and room. When we asked about the refund at evening they told that we will get while we check out and at the time of checkout they told they cant pay the amount. It was a horrible hotel.

Spacious room with overall good up-keep.
The downside are the beds. Unfortunately since the hotel was fully booked, there weren't other rooms. The beds springs were a horrible experience. The light switches have a good flushed design but because some of the switches are 2 way, you end up trying to figure out how and which switch is required to switch off the lights at night.
Air conditioner was working well.
Hospitality staff was kind and allowed a slightly late check-out.

For a business short stay, it is a good if you have good bed.

It was horrible experience, Room condition was pathetic and it was smelly too even bed mattress wasn’t in a good condition even cannot sit properly on that mattress so can’t even think to sleep. I had checked in 1pm and after several reminders regarding room cleaning and room change when I didn’t get proper response even after waiting 2 hours I checked out from that hotel. Not recommend anyone to stay. Through Oyo rooms you may get rooms on cheaper rates but at last you need to rest properly and you will not able to take rest here. So twice even thrice before booking on this hotel.

One most important thing visitors are not allowed here.

The hospitality guy was good and helpful. He even agreed to keep my luggage for sometime when I have checked out. The only negative in this hotel is it's beds, Beds are not up to the mark and can give you sleepless nights. So before checking in make sure to check the bed and if its not good ask them to move you to other room.

Basically an affordable place, booked with OYO @999. I came little early @6 am (so was charged 300 extra). Check in: 12 pm, check out: 11 am. Please check whether the AC is working or not, Amneties seem to be great and well ventilated (you even have a chance to get your room filled with sunlight). Well behaved staff and we'll maintained rooms.

Exceptionally spacious rooms for the price on offer. The staff are extremely well behaved. Swiggy/Zomato orders are allowed in. Overall cleanliness of the room could be improved and bed mattress could be more premium (a bit too springy).

A great value for money deal at Rs 800/night. Room No 202 has a great view of the trees around.

Don't go there their staaf are scolding you if you want something they say a bad word

Excellent! Friendly staff! Clean rooms! Only problem was the A/C in the room I checked into, was not working properly. The staff there didn't hesitate to move me into another room. Had a pleasant stay:)
