I have known Ganesh for almost 30 years. Over these years, I have noted most importantly that he is a great listener, very patient, always prompt to respond to questions and concerns. The follow up sessions post counselling support helped to consolidate everything they had discussed. Ganesh’s coaching style is empathetic yet focused, and gave me a lot during my recent session. He tackles each query from a holistic perspective, and also provided me with specific, actionable feedback that I can carry with me in the future. He’s very patient and helped clarify a lot of the questions I had for future planning. We went through strengths and weaknesses, and I was able to better understand how to capitalize on my strengths, and work with my weaknesses better. Overall a highly useful session that still managed to be succinct and interesting.
