Bad experience.please choose other company if there is a confusion.takes months to get recruitment.they say these comments are given from the who did not get job.but even after clearing interview its tough to get call back.waste our time because interview takes place in uk timing only.so they waste your day.treat people like slave.choose wise

Not an employee friendly office. Company Asked my wife to resign because she requested work from home due to COVID. While the company allowed other employees work from home but put pressure on my wife to come to office as they knew she had a small baby and she can't come to office. Truth is they did not care about an women employee who had a small baby.and prejudice that women with small baby will not be productive.
My recruiter was so easy to talk to and really understood where I wanted to take my career. I have never worked with a staffing company that actually cares about my needs like Sinchana does.

Giving one star is also waste to this company, they have conducted the 2 rounds of interview after frst round they shared Feedback and conducted 2nd round and told they will share the feedback. I have waited for 1 month, no one called me, me myself called 2 times and asked that recruiter (alka) for second time after a month she is telling that I'm not shortlisted. Waste of time.

Employee at careernet, one of the consultant who approached me regarding job openings, doesn't have the audacity to revert back when some one text or ask for job. I have been trying to connect to this employee for new job openings but there is no response from her side. This is how you treat someone who is in a need of job. I am disappointed from the way employee at careernet work.
Number 1 fake they will ask to pay 500 rupees as consultation after that no emails nothing simply to make money they will ask for money. If it's really not fake means without our follow up also they should send us drives. Simply they will say as resume is processing why people go for consultancy because they will be fed up of searching jobs outside these people take advantage. Guys those who are searching for job please don't go for these kind of consultancy instead search on your own

Worst consultancy ever. They don't give any feedback even after repeatedly asking for an update. We are spending our time on different rounds. I had to take up the online assessment twice because of technical error and many other rounds of interview and even after reaching final interview left with no update and atlast give a false statement.please learn some courtesy when you work in consultancy. Better to learn ethics.utter waste.

I had worst experience here, after clearing all my rounds they didn't issued my offer letter, aftultiple reminders, finally they came up with irresponsible answer, sorry we are not hiring any one now.

I joined Indegene pvt ltd through CareerNet Technology, They told after six months they will make as Permanent employee, but after six months they sent out me from Indegene and also i did not get salary from CareerNet technology upto 80 days. I got so much of frustration. Now i am helpless, to whom i need to report. No one responding correctly.
The Glassdoor reviews are manipulated. This is not a good company to work with. The internal team treat employees like slaves. They have not payed my 15 days salary. After putting papers the manager and supervisor were treating me wrong.
Well, although am from Bangalore. I know almost all of the consultancy firm who help people in need of ther jobs. But came across Career Net, Meena Kumari and Anandhi who were my coordinators where exceptionally helpfull in taking care of end to end interview process.
Whilst, few are least bothered about employees and their requirements. They took care of th process including following up and letting me know the status.

Ineffective staff and moral less H. R.are part of this consultancy. They took 12 weeks of time and didn't provide a single job opportunity. Especially the H. R. Shruthi is useless. I don't know why they hired her and giving away the salary. Never and ever contact this useless consultancy.

Even I faced same experience where after total of 5 rounds there is no response from recruiter (Ranjitha shashidhar and kriti Prateek). Even after sending out so may mails regarding feedback there is no response from them.
When scheduling interviews they are so punctual but when we requested for feedback there is no answer from them. So don't waste your precious time.
