Such a waste person who is sitting in customer care! Called for a warranty claim and the person is behaving rude as if I did some mistake lol. Carrier service in India through Carrier Midea is PATHETIC. Dont expect the original carrier quality these people. Ac faulty on delivery! 0 warranty support. Trash

Their services are pathetic- I have been waiting for more than a week for spares of my refrigerator to arrive (newly purchased). In this age of technology and logistics 8 days is worst you can wait for. Avoid both carrier Midea products. Better go for some Good service provider.

3rd class company. People should avoid buying Carrier AC, because their service is very bad. The guy, who had installed external unit, he installed it so high, that when next guy came for first service in 3 months, he told it can't be serviced because installation guy didn't install it at correct height. Now carrier is not doing the correction i.e. To reinstall it properly. They are asking me to pay for it. Absolutely pathetic service.
