Casa Cottage Hotel

The staff were extremely helpful and willing to help. That’s where it ends. The large room I had was substandard with no maintenance having been done to keep it in good order. The bedding and linen were below par. Don’t be misled by the photos. The owners need to do a bit more to make this place presentable. I chose this place due to a historical link to the original owners of this house who were part of the history of old Bangalore. What a mistake!

Incredibly helpful, kind and generous staff. Service was flawless, changing our booking was easy and our bags were looked after all day after check out.

Breakfast is brilliant, cereal, toast, fruit, eggs etc as well as Indian breakfast options.

Location is perfect. A 10 minute walk from Church street. Centre of Bangalore, yet Casa Cottage manages to create a serene and peaceful atmosphere amongst this hustle and bustle.

The above easily compensates for the noise from neighbouring guests, rooms aren’t very sound proof.

This is a nature's nest with continental touch. Indo -english interiors with lot of greenary. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place.

I have stayed several times over the past month at Casa. Ideally situated. Clean and large rooms, quiet and with a charm of its own. Helpful staff.

This is a lovely guesthouse, pretty, calm and friendly. It was an ideal place to rest up after a long flight. The staff were fantastic: when I left something in my room they went out of their way to forward it on to me. Highly recommended.

The place is a hidden gem.
It's exactly as they advertise. It's a wonderful home stay. Check out their website and you'll see what I mean.
I stayed for 3 weeks with my son and we had various families come from all over India to visit us, including a family with twins.
The staff took care of all our needs.
The internet is great. The breakfast is good. The place is kept clean and the staff and owners are very accommodating.
The location is central to everything and can't be beat.

A lovely stay with very helpful and friendly staff, the owner gave us excellent restaurants and sight seeing recommendations for our stay. Breakfast is delicious and has both Indian and european options. Safe neighbourhood and central to reach anywhere we wanted to go!

Absolutely not for Indians. No Parking for cars. Only one car fits inside. We have to park on streets which is very narrow. Reception people don't even value if you are an Indian. We have not stayed. We have booked, but left from reception due to cold behaviour of the staff. It's for foreigners who come for experience. Really don't understand how it got these many reviews

A beautiful property in the heart of Bangalore. The staff’s friendly & very helpful. They offer a simple breakfast and it’s good, perfect to start the day.

The room & bathroom were very clean, but the linen & bedding were very old. There’s tea bags, sugar, creamer and an electric kettle in the room, I had to hold down the button till the water boiled, but it worked. A clothes iron is available on request. Internet wi-fi strength’s good.

Casa cottage is a super vibrant and positive place to stay at. It’s nested at the heart of the city but definitely doesn’t feel like once you enter those gates. The staff was warm and helpful too.

I recently stayed at Casa Cottage in Bangalore for a business trip in Feb 2023. The property is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to answer questions The cottage itself was cosy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. However, the Staircase was a bit small and could benefit from some upgrades. One standout experience was the breakfast provided by the property. It was delicious and included a wide variety of options Overall, my stay at Casa Cottage was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangalore. My only criticism would be the size of the Staircase, but it did not detract from the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great place to unwind in the heart of the city and our pets absolutely loved it. Lovely ambiance and super friendly folks. Definitely a must visit. Look forward to coming back.

Best first: the garden is amazing and invites for hanging around and relax. Rooms are a bit old but very comfy. Staff is helpful and serves a good breakfast. Location is very quiet but a bit fast from tourist attractions.

Very nice staff and excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Large garden, where you can relax, drink your chai or read a book. The place is very quiet. And this, in the middle of Bengalore.

Bad bathrooms. Towels which are not even fit to be bath mats. Too much chemicals in bed sheets.

Carrying luggage over the narrow spiral staircase is a herculean task.

We stayed here for eleven days it’s like home only the best thing was pet friendly so we could stay here with Leo.
It’s not like hotel we can say because they don’t provide lunch n dinner only breakfast that too same everyday if you are staying for one or two days it’s nice near by city but for me it was not that much comfortable as per room and of course kitchen was there you can cook that was best part but overall if I have to say not so great but avarage

Huge disappointment! Overpriced. Had to go to the rooms through a narrow spiral staircase, risking lives. Passage with wooden boards which was unsafe and slippery in the rain. Towels, bedsheet, linen appeared to belong to another century, totally worn out. The quilt harboured roaches. No intercom, no security, no room service. One lone staff doubles up as cook, attendant etc. Bkfast cereals were moldy. No proper locks on doors, safe was broken. Maximum pricing at minimum service. No parking. An absolutely divine place but sadly minimum effort at customer satisfaction.

Casa Cottage is a little oasis and the perfect place to retreat to at the end of a day in the chaotic Bangalore traffic. The staff are great and always extremely welcoming and friendly; nothing was too much trouble.
We travelled with our 2 year old son and the garden was a great place for him to run around and explore. We moved to one of the larger rooms and the staff set up an extra bed on the floor for him.

Little heaven in the middle of Bangalore. Warm welcome with chai and a good chat. Perfect breakfast and good service including friendly tuk tuk drivers and kind directions for nearby restaurants. The house is beautiful with antique spiral staircases leading you to the upper floor. We had room 18 - really nice and bright with a balcony. Highly recommend

Stayed with a team doing research in Karnataka. We enjoyed the good atmosphere at Casa Cottage with great friendly services, cleanliness and super helpful and flexible when it came to room service and our workspace.

Wonderful stay! They have done a wonderful job in terms of preserving a heritage property. Very cosy, aesthetically pleasing rooms and warm staff! Would highly recommend it and definitely coming back here again!

I feel very much at home in Casa. It's got a lovely vibe, I especially like the rooms and the breakfast area with the garden. It's cosy and warm and furnished with good taste. Right now it's not very room service friendly but I'm hoping it soon will be and then I can give it five stars!

The staff is super helpful and friendly. The place is situated close to many restaurants/amenities but is far enough away from the main roads so that it's still quiet. I always stay here on my trips to Bangalore

Lasar and everyone at Casa are great, helpful hosts. I have spent quite a lot of time here and the experience is so much better than statying at any random hollow hotel.feels like home indeed.

Everything about this property is great.
If you prefer staying in a more homestay, cottage place, this is the place to be. Every time you visit, you meet a bunch of like-minded people, interact over breakfast and even work from their cozy outdoor sitting.

Very homely atmosphere, simple yet quiet place for relaxation. The staff is very good and the premises is very green and cool. The ambience is very good. It's not like the usual hotel apartment type. More like a home. I would go back anytime to casa cottage, only because it's like a second home to me.
