I was following up with Casagrand team from June 2023 for closure of the agreement. It was moving at Snail pace till Ejaz took over.

Refund process was smooth with Ejaz. He gave us timely updates and tried his best to close the deal as soon as possible. Finally we got our entire money along with bank interest part on 19th Feb 2024.

people who are buying an apartment from Casagrand please dont buy the employees who are working and the director are giving you people the false information and miss leading the public
I want to say that i have paid booking amount after a week i have cancelled in Feb 13th 2023 till now they have not refund the amount and the person who are in charge is nor responding to call and not lifting the phone even i have called to the director even he is also nor responding for the call
i request to the public before investment think and dont fall inj to their trap

I am a current owner of their Florella project and we have occupied (almost 10 families among the 36) but not got anything completed until today.

Their project team pointing to maintenance and maintenance pointing to customer delight. Finally their so called de lighters came and heard al our concerns but still not came back with ETA.

In simple words they cheated us with common area space reduction due to road expansion and also the quality of construction. Not to forget the amenities promised vs provided where almost 10 amenities are missing.

Talking about treatment of customers they are in -ve, frankly speaking they don’t even mind you as a human being. Since today they have not been distributing treated water to us. All those in model villa are now missing in handed over houses.

Not sure of the state of phase 2 owners, be beware of these aspects before taking house keys else all are long gone!

I read a lot of negative reviews about casagrand for refund post cancellation. So thought of sharing my personal experience. I booked a unit in casagrand meridian project by paying the booking amount but later on had to cancel it due to some personal reason. Immediately I inform the CRM team over email and phone. Then someone from their team connected to know if anything can be done. Few days after I got the mail from the icare team for confirming few details. Post which ticket was generated and within their promise time of 30 days, I got the refund in my account. I didn't find any flaw in their refund process and felt it was quite smooth without much followup.

They are clearly fraudsters. They have not returned my advance booking amount since last 3 months (for a property which is still not RERA approved, had to cancel after multiple followups). Thier sales is the worst, would promise everything under the sun but then keep delaying things.

I had given an EOI amount for upcoming project at HSR. I had cancelled my booking 90 days back and a ticket was raised for refund of amount. I was committed refund in max 30-45 days in writing. But there is no updates till now. Everytime I ask for an update I get some template response from icare team.

I was not expecting such experience from Casagrand. This is really pathetic service. I still can't understand why Casagrand need this much time for refunding a cancelled booking!

I don't think this builder even deserves a 1 star.

I am an existing customer of Casagrand, these guys are really worse in their engineering capabilities.

Very poor management, once bought a flat from CG, they don't even consider to respond to you or provide fixes to your issues.

They have been forcing our association to take up the maintenance of a badly designed STP and WTP, which had been a concern for the residents.

In most of the projects, CG fails to implement a STP which doesn't impact the living space.

Never fall for the prelaunch offers, if you are buying a flat with CG always buy only when the flat is fully constructed, thoroughly check for the amenities placement and only then commit for it, you may be buying the flat with some 5 to 8 lakhs more than the prelaunch offer, but trust me you shall be in peace.

You never know which motor is running underneath your flat, which generator is close to your flat, the lift movement noise all of these are really disturbing.smell from the STP operations, Drain smells, encroachment, seepages what not.

These guys are a cheat.

Reposting for the benefit of all potential customers of casagrand:
WARNING: Beware of Casagrand's false promises on the 100% refund policy for the booking amount. I too fell for that gimmick and am waiting for over 6 months for the refund since the cancellation. All your sales rep will give you promises that it will be processed next month, next week, etc. But that day will never come.
So to all potential casagrand customers, I say tread with utmost caution. Clearly they have proven that they are not trustworthy. Do you really want to handover your entire life savings to them? And to also customers who have been cheated like me and haven't yet been given the refund of the booking amount, please drop a line here. Let's all try to join hands and file a legal complaint together.

P. S: Many of the "I have recently booked a flat here" reviews with five stars are by casagrand staff itself. Figures!

Update: after painful six months I have received the refund

Don't book any project of Casagrand. Since 1 month i am waiting for refund of booking amount. I have paid 1 lakh as booking amount and till today they are just buying time to release the amount. I see many customers are asking for refund and cancelling the booking. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience with Casagrand Galileo sales team. Do not fall to their marketing gymics. I have booked 2 flats one in 15 th floor and other in 13th, cancelled both. Just check whether you will be able to reach management team for any help. To get refund is Herculean task, I have booked flat by paying one lakh and cancelled the same. I have sent series of mails to the team for refund, but no one was bothered till i visited their office.you will never get any response from refund team. No response to mails also. After creating ruckus in their office, finaly one gentlemen helped and got refund. Don't believe their sales team.

Very Poor sales team, and they tell 100% refund and then there is no response from their team no ownership nothing. Dont know about the quality of construction. They don't take responsibility please beware of Casagrand. Uselss Team.

Worst experience ever! To all potential customers of Casagrand, be ready to get cheated. We were given false promises while booking. And now when we canceled they are just dragging us telling all the possible excuses. We have Ben very patiently waiting since 3 months for the refund and now we are losing our patience. We are looking forward to file a lawsuit against this fraud people. Please do drop in a line if any of you are facing the same issues.

Irresponsible customer care and site team, am not able to close my registration since 2 months for LORENZA - DG04 - Civil - Incomplete Civil Work. Reported below issues, tried of following with these guys
Worst experience, not sure how the apartment will be

1. Common washroom 1 ventilation glass missing

2. KBR niche wardrobe space paint patchup

3. KBR floor tile damage

4.kitchen wall chipout

5. Outside passage wall paint patchup

6. Main door polish chemical remaining are still there in the flooring

7. MBR passage wall paint patchup

9. MBC box earth line is not is not connected

10.polish remaining are therein inside and outside floor

11. MBR washroom grid ceiling damage

12. Lines are there in the outside passage (Near to your main door)

After we started to live in the apartment we got to know reality, the walls are in bad condition, a CG employee only informed that curing is never done at any CG building. We have had chunks of cement fall off when trying to drill the wall. Never seen such bad walls. Just sharing my bad experience, rest if people want to fall in trap then it's up to them. Good luck.

Pros:
They are coming up with unique design which are impressive.
Attractive price point (but actually not, will explain in cons section)
Model flats appearance

Cons:
As of now my experience with them is interacting with pre sale team only. I find their behaviour unprofessional. Below are my observation.
They create artificial scarcity.
They move your mind to panic buying.
They don't want you to go home and think over investment. Their aim is to get 1 lakh from you on the day of visit. And as per some comments here what I got to know is they are reluctant to refund this amount.

Let me explain my story.
I visited on Monday to enquire a property.
(Near Kengeri) What they told orally is out of 333 flat they sold 267 flats. (Create first level of panic in buyers mind)
Next they told we are running in an offer, will be giving at 4200/ sq ft.
Next they told today this offer closes. (Buyers will fall for this trap).
Next they say you can pay 1 lakh as refundable booking amount, will refund if u like to cancel. (Most of potential buyers will fall for this trap)
I somehow told them will be visiting with my parents and let you know next day only.
Next 3 days I did not visited them. In my next visit I took my parents also.
What I saw is almost more than 100 flats were still unsold in der excel sheet.

When I came to negotiation same story repeat, today is last day, and will be providing for 4099 only if I book it today, else this offer will be closed.

They even forgot what's der initial quote.

Just advice to potential buyers never fall for this trap.

However this time also I was not convinced completely with buying this flat. So I told will inform you tmrw and left.
When I thought about this investment in home I got clear picture, this will be one of worst investment.

This building is next to Bangalore drainage exit.
To avoid this they have put up large hoarding Kk next to drainage in approach road.
There model flat has lowest possible temperature, and filled with heavy air freshener so that u won't get that smell from outside and feel comfort. Also looking at past project reviews I decided not to go with them.

Highly unprofessional team. Hiding all disadvantages in all possible scenario.

And to add on, this company is so much pro Tamil. They might be from Tamilnadu, and with links it's obvious that they will be having more Tamil employees. But the problem with them is from watchman to manager all are tamilians.
I don't have any problem with giving job to one particular community.
But I do have problem with giving job to only one particular community.

Edit: Forgot to explain about pricing.
They are charging 10 lakh additional for car parking and Bwssb and other charges
200 / sqft for podium facing
100/sqft for North/East facing.
With all this additional cost, per sqft cost exceed 5.5 k, which is current rate in Kengeri for ready to move in.

I am not a customer. I went for interview. The way they treated all the candidates appeared for the interview was amazing. Even coffee was offered while we were waiting for interview. The interview was conducted very professionally. All the best to the company.

Worst experience I'm going thru. Made advance of 1L for blocking 3bhk at casagrand Galileo, KR Puram Bangalore

We weren't ok with location, price and deadline, so decided to cancel

However even after 2 months from official cancellation from our end still amount hasn't been refunded

Which was promised within 7 days during the time of booking

Customer executives have stop lifting my calls.

So be cautious, Non-professional as like any such builders

Worst experience with Casagrand.non co-operation from from Bangalore team. I have booked a flat by paying one lakh and cancelled the same. I have sent series of mails to the team for refund, but till today no one is bothered to call from refund team. No response to mails also.it is more than a month over regarding cancellation. As per communication they Need to refund within 30 days, but still no response.the team is least bothered about customer.they should know they are in market beacuase of customers, but their value to customers is absolutely zero.

Urgency created while booking but when it was cancelled due to personal reasons the finance team is not responsive enough for refund. It's been more than a month that I am just hearing that finance team will give a call back but none have got back yet.

I am staying at luxus and after the recent heavy rains, we had heavy seepage on the pillars and walls. I raised a complaint with I care and it was promptly addressed by Richard. The service engineer at luxus Mr. Vasanth together with his team fixed the issues in the terrace, pipes, walls, redid the seeping walls, repainted them and also treated the terrace. Yes, it took me more than 2 weeks to address these issues step by step. But it’s all done now and I hope the fixes will maintain the quality of the civil structures.

I bought a property in Luxus project (villa project). With recent continuous rains, I see lot of water seepage issues. Quality of construction looks to be very poor. Surprised to see water dipping from horizontal columns. Lot of cracks on the walls.

As usual their icare team is not responsive. It will be additional cost to customer to erect roof over terrace to arrest water seepage and dampness problems.
