Guys don't get fooled. There is independent plot house in btw the CG building which they don't inform. They say grocery shops would come in btw which is not true.

Had booked a unit in their Orlena project. But due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the booking.

I paid the booking amount where they clearly mentioned that it is fully refundable under any circumstances that too within 45 days.

Now it is more than 45 days but still have not received any response from their team. Sales person doesn't pick up the call. No reply on emails from their customer care email also nobody picks up their customer care number.

Worst customer care service. If this is their pre sales service just imagine the post sales service.

Make your decisions carefully.

Update: After almost 3 months of continuous follow ups with their managers and when i told them that i will take legal action them, they gave me my money back.

I have booked and canceled more than 2 months back. Till now no response and no update. Until I call no update. They will say will receive in week but no response after that. It’s very bad response. Worst experience

Reposting this review for all casagrand properties for the benefit of any new customer who even accidently thinks of buying a home from casagrand:

Beware of Casagrand's false promises on the 100% refund policy for the booking amount. I too fell for that gimmick and am waiting for over 6 months for the refund since the cancellation. All your sales rep will give you promises that it will be processed next month, next week, etc. But that day will never come. So to all potential casagrand customers, I say tread with utmost caution. Clearly they have proven that they are not trustworthy. Do you really want to handover your entire life savings to them? And to also customers who have been cheated like me and haven't yet been given the refund of the booking amount, please drop a line here. Let's all try to join hands and file a legal complaint together.

P. S: Many of the "I have recently booked a flat here" reviews with five stars are by casagrand staff itself. Figures!

Update: after painful six months I have received the refund

Cheating to public.look into the advertisement for sqft and the cost sheet provided sqft. There is a diff of 200 high in cost sheet.
Second demerit charging of 12 % as GST and ITC which is against of GST rule 2019. Asset under construction GST max will be 5% and for completed project 0% GST.
Also charging another 350 per sqft as PLC charges and FRC charges. Simply they are charging like anything. Guys deal properly with them before dealing with this Tamil construct comapny.

What about the dump yard just in front of the main road to enter Casa Grand Orlena. How so many people can't see this?

The house has extremely small kitchen and an extraordinarily large bedroom that's not necessary.but please don't ever do the mistake of booking this house thinking you can retract later. Your booking amount WILL NOT BE GIVEN BACK on time. You need to follow up a million times. I've completely lost trust in this brand! Aggressive sales team that will do any thing to retain you, but the same rigor is not there from the refunds team. How do you expect people to refer casa grand? Every penny is hard earned money. Please respect that!

Poor construction quality, has a private property inside their vicinity. Every single object is an amenity haha.

Haven't received my deposit back after confirming cancellation. It was promised within 21 days, now the marketing executive has passed on another number to me and the concerned person doesn't answer despite calling several times a day. Request to reach out for immediate assistance in the matter.

Approach road is full of garbage and there's a huge nala passing next to the property. Don't kill yourself over this project. Those who have already booked a unit, repent now.

Beautiful project with 70+ amenities. Possession in the year 2023. Price is bit on a higher side in that area. They first told us to fill the form post which they will guide us to AV room to show the virtual presentation of the project. Assigned Sales Executive will take us through the mock up house with detailed explanation. Next step is to sit with them and they will take us through the prices, explain about the diff plot sizes and loan options from bank. Clean and Step by step process.

Had a horrible experience with the company.

I made a booking on 2nd of October 2021 by paying Rs 100000/- and was in the process of proceeding with the remaining payments. But suddenly I got transfer and posted outside karnataka.so I requested for cancellation of booking on 27th of October 2021. But then the company requested to send an email and that was done on 3rd Nov 2021. And they promised me to make the refund within 7 days But till date no communication from the company end and they are not even responding properly to phone calls and emails. Some or the other excuses were given. And this is not the response we expect from a company in which we will be investing for a dream house with all our hard earned savings.

Very disappointed.

Not at good location, big stinking nala is there and I am 100% sure they are not going to complete in 18month, its the biggest lie casagrand use to mention.anyone apartment project they cant say completed in 18 month, then why they are mentioning as tag line to mis guide customers.
Dont invest here, I am regretting

Visited the place to understand about the project and location. The project is in early stages with work being done for laying the foundations. 2 show flats are ready and videos are available in youtube (Personal opinion- only the living room looks a little small). Location is quite good between Thanisandra main road and Hennur road but is slightly remote as it's mostly open areas.

Superb project with good access to CBD and work place, good product, closer to Elements Mall and Manyata

Must read if you are seriously thinking to purchase a flat in CasaGrand Orlena.

Here is my geniue review

Pros:
1. Location is easily rechable from outer ring road.approx 4 Kms. 1 Kms from new airport road.
2. Can reach Manyatha Tech park in 20 -25 Mins.
3. The future proposed Metro station will be 3 kms far. However it will take ages.

Cons:
1. This property is planned to build on a barren land used as a waste dumpyard of north Bangalore which was once a lake bed.

2. Neibourhood - It is surronded by Slums and you must see & cross that everyday if you are coming from Nagwara.

3. Drainage canal - The propery is located just 150 Mts from the big drinage which stings very badly especially during summer.

4. The second entry to the propery is between the waste segrigation plant & the drinage cannal. Life will be misserable passing through this on daily basis.

5. Security: Both the approch roads are really unsafe to travel especially in the night. And it is a crime hub currently.

6. The propery layout plan sucks as inbetween the towers there will be a private land with few houses, which takes away your feeling of being in a secure place even once you are inside. (Sales team will never tell this and in videos they plot it as a green garden with lot of trees)

7. The expected project completion date is 2 yrs from now. Based on the progress of other CASA Grand projects nearby it easily will take min 3 yrs plus.

Overall it is better to avoid a propery with more cons while compare to mere prons if you are planning to buy/Visit for your dream home.

And as a investing option if you are looking for there are many properities in the nearby new airport road.

Recently visited the property casagrand Orllena, Such an Alluring apartments with modern design in elevations, Especially loves the courtyard views and the kids based amenities are very new in Thanisandra location.

Visited casagrand orlena yesterday, one of the best architectural designed project in Bengaluru. With more open space. Model house was excellent hope they deliver the same finish to us.comparatively the cost was within the budget in that particular location with all the amenities provided. Great hospitality from the staffs as well. Hope you provide the same service till handover.
