Best to avoid this company for your investments. There are high chances that you will have to struggle for your capital and returns. I am facing same issues and will be taking legal action against this company very soon. Sr mere loan ka amount 30 k tha 4350 ki 2 emi mene paid ki baki me COVID me nhi kr paya fir mene company ko contact krne ko try kiya email bhi kiye but company ka Number off tha abhi recovery se call aa rahe abhi company loan settlement ka option de rahi but 22 k me usse mera cibil khrab hoga or close ke liye 1 lakh 20 k ki demand kr rahi sr me company ko email bhi kiya or call pr bhi bt hui vo foreclosure ka amount nhi bata rahe bol rahe ya to settle krlo ya emi payment kro mene bola frourclose Krna he bahut froce krne pr 45 k ka bol rahe already me 8 k paymet kr chuka hu sr me mere loan amount se duble paymet nhi kr pa raha hu sr please late charges weawf krke only interest ke sath mera loan close kre na ki settel company vale bol rahe kahi bhi complaint krlo kuch nhi hoga me apse humbly request krta hu sr please help me

I really like the entire experience. I got the support throughout the process. The only thing I can think of is the hard copy of the NASH form you guys ask to courier. I think in this digital age we can save some paper and contribute towards green environment.

Services are bad, lots of paperwork like in govt banks
The verification guy is also unprofessional.
Interest rate is 2% which is fine but processing fee is to high I don't know for what they are charging us processing fee coz everything we need to arrange we have to courier them the documents we need to go to bank and stamped forms.

I understand as I already availed a loan from you, if my profile is not suitable for topup loan, then

why you offered me loan offer amount? Why you have initiated in house verification? Why you released loan agreement? Why you have taken cheque leave? And all of sudden why you rejected it?

I don't have any issues if you are not offering any loan amount or something. Usually any bank or nbfc collect the cheque leaves and loan aggrement for the loan disbursement. But here it is totally different criteria. I don't know which kind of process you are following, but you yourself saying that you don't follow any process and you can do whatever you want right?

Anyways, I'm expecting my documents back soon. If not then I will see whatever the policies or binding or some other kind of dump.
