I have been visiting the hospital from past 1 year and delivered a healthy baby recently under the supervision of Dr. Sarla Chandrashekar mam and Dr. Uzma mam. They both treated me with great care and caution. They literally takes such a good care from day 1 of the pregnancy and will never take a 2nd chance for anything. And they both are very humble and help people who are having problem financially. I really recommend them both for couples who are planning for a baby.

All we can say is this is one of the best hospital for us as we know. We have faced many health issues which we came out with the help of the doctors in cauvery hospital.
Really the facilities services and care is just excellent here and the way they response.hats off for the doctors like Dr.umesh, Dr.aardash, and Dr. Deepu because without then it was impossible for us. Love the way they talk with their patients.

I would like to say special thanks to Dr. Puneet Neurosurgeon, our grandfather had a problem with the back nerves and had to go through the surgery for which we went to many of the hospital for effective medication but it did not have any effect.
We went to Dr. Puneeth on the advice of others who had taken medicine and got cured, so the medicine we got from him was very effective.
Now our grandpa is healthy and walking well. We want to thank the doctor for donating our life back to live.

Hospital is Neat and clean.
Nursing care is excellent.
Insurance backup section, is good, they will give proper guidens regarding policy coverage. Doctors and ICU is also good.

I really don't know about the hospital, but Dr Niranjan (the night duty doctor who was present on Wednesday at 11pm, 9/11/22, he even faked his name to be Dr Anand! When I asked for his name, Later at reception got to know his name. He was not sporting any ID either). He should probably be selling tea on streets, he's unfit for the profession. Dude yiu should be ashamed of urself.

I'd been there with bleeding finger nail, instead of addressing it on an emergency basis, he asked me to get
1) opd registration 350 bucks!
2) HIV test
3) blood test
4) x-ray.

But why? Why wasn't i treated?

Luckily I Went to Narayana hospital where the lady doc at emergency was diplomatic and she got my nail dressed by her staff who did it well. Dr Niranjan must learn from subordinates how to atleast address others.

Was the doc High on alcohol? Why did he take other doc's identity?

Pls refrain from going to him, As I cannot generalise the hospital, Infact the boy at reception and the boy at pharmacy were so polite in answering my queries.

We visited Cauvery hospital for my father D C ESHWAR for Aortic valve replacement Surgery on 15th sep, after getting good reviews from our relatives who had bypass surgery at Cavery hospital. Right from day of admission till discharge time we were taken good care at each stage. Special thanks to Dr Madhuprakash Sir and his team who are well experienced in cardio thoracic vascular surgeries. During consultation doctor Dr. Maduprakash sir explained each and every aspect of surgery and options for valve replacements and their pros and cons.after surgery patient was taken into separate cardiac IcU and taken very good care post operation. Kept Hospital is very hygienic wards n outside corridors waiting space is cleaned every couple of hours. They take care of patients diet as well based on their health conditions. Food also very nice in hospital canteen, Overall it was good experience with positive vibes. Cost wise it’s very affordable compared to private hospitals in Bangalore. Billing and TPA process was smooth special thanks to Shivu from billing who took care of all procedures till discharge day without disturbing patients or attendants about any bills.

Worst house keeping and no proper nurses. Today dated 06th August 2022, power supply went of multiple time between 7: 30p.m and 11: 30p.m.

Patients in ICU we do not know what is going on.

They only need money and no proper care. People come healthy and leave with alignment and fever. In turn patients suffer after paying money.

I came for OPD consultation with Dr. Nirmala madam. She treated me very well. She explained the detail process with great patience. Happy with treatment

No proper nurses. The cleaning and house keeping staff are very arrogant and ask for money everytime.

If I could give 10 stars, I would've. Dr. Adarsh S. P, general physician is my doctor. I got my medical conditions treated well. Great service. Good communication between staff. Hygiene and good environment. Overall a good experience in Cauvery.

I was forced to go here and get a pain killer the previous night since I developed severe pain in the Kidney area suddenly and it was closer to my house. Was referred to Dr. Umesh the next day! (So my review is genuine and based on my experience only)

Was treated well by the Doctor at Emergency Ward.

Dr. Umesh the Urologist here is an angel himself. One of the best young Doctors I have EVER met. For his knowledge, his educational achievements (Gold Medallist), he should have been a Doctor with Grey Hair who acts very pricey and all fancy!

But NO, he is such a Gem! Young, extremely friendly, very informative, has a heart of gold who goes easy on poor patients (Sometimes does not even charge), does not write expensive Tests, medicines and explains the problem in DETAIL, so well that I got admitted then and there, got prepped for the surgery and the stone was out of my body in under 5 hours, even though the hospital staff and the facilities weren't on par my expectations I chose to go ahead!

During the surgery I was awake and based on my interest he explained everything, right from the parts of the body I could see through his camera, the surgery technique, the equipment, etc. He answered every question of mine, suggested treatment with almost nil side effects considering I was an athlete, and gave 100% assurance that I can be on the saddle in a few days! Went on to follow up with me asking if I was fine after the stent removal and even gave assurance to my family that I can resume long-distance endurance cycling! Now, who does this? NONE!

Kudos to the anaesthetist for clearing all my apprehensions and making me take the anaesthesia shot with 100% confidence!

Had my Appendix surgery in Narayana Healthcare a few years ago, they had charged 3 times more and had not even bothered to check on me but the hospital itself and facilities were top-notch!

My God, Dr. Umesh the Urologist here would have been a much-decorated Doctor had he been with the likes of NH/Columbia Asia/Aster, etc! But instead chose to be here and serve mankind in whatever possible way without jeopardising his own career/earnings for which he studied! Hats off Doctor!

Hospital, on the other hand,  needs a lot of improvement, but I guess they are for the poor and middle class so won't stretch much on this.

Piece of advice to the management: Recruit some good reception folks, nursing staff, hire a good manager, change the security agency and tie up with some good agency, make parking available at least for the patient's car and last but not the least: Please procure some 6 feet or 7-foot beds for taller patients like me!

Very very unhappy with the Security and somewhat unhappy with the Insurance Claims and regular nursing team! (Not the one's in OT, they were good)

But nothing comes in between when there are Gems like Dr. Umesh working for you!

Treatment was cashless through my insurance provider, I paid some 7.5K for the Stent removal. Would have been 10-12K at any other facility.

Blade, After taking two dose of vaccination giving 780+780 rs they still take corona test charging 400rs. They have low key interactions with staffs and everyone around barely even wear a mask, such a pain. Make sure u have recommendations r else nothing works

Specifically I work here, at cardiac department which is awesome, even the patients are satisfied with it.

Awesome service overall -caring and concerned towards the patient's well being. Mr. Sandeep was excellent in facilitating the treatment. He was true profession helping out with the insurance process. Thank you Mr. Sandeep.

Worst hospital. Even though you have arrived at 10 with appointment taken 10 days back they won’t call you for check up until 1 pm. Don’t know based on what priority they send patients for check up. The receptionist is very rude and won’t give proper information. Sometimes they forget to send your file to the doctor and we have to keep reminding her!

Follow token system so that the patient knows how long he has to wait for his turn.

Pathetic Nursing, It's not the same cauvery hospital which it was years go, pure buisness minded & money minded, we personally had very bad time, pt mental condition became very bad, ICU services are really bad, u wouldn't know what exactly ur pt will be treated for, no clarity given to on the diagnosis and treatment provided to ur patient, few things I would like to point out here it makes no sense asking 1 full gloves box everyday and also sanitizers, if u ever do emergency visit trust me 99.9% they will advice u to get admitted immediately in ICU, once u are in ICU it's minimum a week until they shift u to ward it doesn't matter u are recovered and still sick. Definitely not a good place I would not recommend any of my cousin's relatives nor my friends.

Dr. Madhuparakash is one of the best doctors, very humble, friendly and best in cardio surgery. Last October my mother went thru' CABG and the operation was critical due to her old age and being diabetic. One year now she is hail and hearty. Thanks to Dr. Madhuparakash and Cauvery hospital.

I underwent a minor surgery under Dr Arvind and his team on 3rd Sept. After having quite a few visits to various hospitals for consultations and procedures I can vouch that I got very good attention from Dr Arvind and his team at this hospital. What I really appreciate is the Anesthetist talking to me prior to the procedure and finding out my apprehensions and reservations as I had had lot of procedures before and also had certain drawbacks because of those. After a long gap for the first time I met a surgeon who reassured me that body does heal even without too much of medicines. The OT staff and ICU staff were really well trained and compassionate (not seen off late in most hospitals) the regular duty nurses left a lot of be desired though (the only spoiler). ER is also pretty efficient.

Dr. Maduprakash and his team is very good, and exllent. ICU care compleatly touched, thanks to all nursing staffs.

Not even value for a single star because from past 1 week I am trying to give a bag to my uncle who is addminted in this hospital the security guard are overacting us and sending me back.my uncle could not get right then what is this rule and Receptionist
are busy in phone when ever we visit the hospital this and all I saw from outside I don't what is going inside of hospital. I think the security guard are only the owner for the hospital also security guard are only living ladies inside without asking anything

The worst hospital I have never seen don't bring any one to this hospital, if u listen them for all the treatment wt they give ok if u don't then u r gone. Dr madhupraksh and team is very good.doctor's care and nursing is care is excellent. Reception also good. One thing to improve for the patient attendrs to stay in the hospital during patinet in icu is very difficult. Please have to arrange for that, thank u one and all.

This happened almost all the times I called this hospital and hence I went to other hospitals everytime. If you don't want patients to call you. Better remove the contact number from your website.

Cauvery Hospital can be described as one of the best hospitals for cardiac care in Mysore and one of the best dedicated team of doctors and nursing staff.

My mother is a cardiac patient and has history of cardiac problems and already has undergone 2 open heart surgeries with mitral valve replacement in which the last was done at cauvery hospital in the year 2013.

As per the directions of the cardiologist doctor Rajgopal who is taking care of my mother at cauvery Hospital since 2013 and referred the case to Surgeon Doctor MADHUPRAKSH who upon evaluating the case said it is a risky surgery as it the 3rd open heart surgery and risk involved is very high but its doable.

Doctor MADHUPRAKSH is the senior cardiac surgeon at cauvery hospital and has vast experience in doing multiple surgeries and a very soft spoken person, upon his guidance my mother was admitted to hospital on 12 April with Corona every where doctor decided that my mom would stay in the hospital for couple days before the surgery to avoid risks of infecting Corona she was taken for surgery on 20th April with almost 10 hours long surgery it was a good news delivered at late in the evening by doctor saying a tough and successful surgery.she was in the cardiac ICU for almost 8 days and the nursing staff of the cardiac Icu took very good care of my mother which was not experienced any where else and I thank them from bottom of my heart.

Its been 28 days since surgery my mother is recovering fast and she is doing good, I sincerely thank the entire team of cauvery hospital especially Dr. Rajgopal and Dr. Madhuprakash and their team.

I am not satisfied with this hospital because for my wife we take a injection from here in her leg and it was done by the students whos came for studying.after that she had heavy pain in that leg and it take above one week to cure the pain, even she can't move her leg

Excellent. Homely atmosphere. Dr. Rajgopal sir is truly an ideal person to become a Doctor. He brought back all the conference to my mother which she has lost due to long term heart problem. Thanks a lot for the Hospital management for appointing such a wonderful personality.

Worst hospital. I suggest nobody shall come here for anything.the doctors are missing even after 1 hour of the appointment time and this is not the first time and the people at reception have no response on what to do. The emergency doctors are always sleepy. They are charging as high as if they are providing greatest service but actual service level and patient attending level is zero. Even worse than the government hospitals in the rural areas.

My Mother got treatment from Dr Rajgopal sir for Blocks in the heart which was quite critical and did angioplasty successfully. He takes utmost care for the patients with friendly behaviour. Only Issue is the waiting hours.
