They take the order for take away and then make us wait until you loose your patience.
And they do this every single time.

Very bad service and unprofessional behaviour by staff. They take orders and make one wait for 30-45 mins. Simply avoid

I had ordered a Chicken Biryani Combo Pack for take away. This pack includes a family pack chicken biryani, 10 pieces of chicken sholay kabab (boneless), Raitha, Mirchi ka salan and 600ml soft drink and costs 800 rupees. This pack is very much sufficient for 3 people. The taste was authentic hyderabadi style biryani. The chicken pieces in the biryani were well cooked and of good size. The chicken sholay kabab was amazing, I will personally recommend you to try this on the menu. You can also try the chicken biryani family pack for 520 rupees and chicken biryani jumbo pack for 700 rupees which is available here.

This is not the first time this is happening
Kindly taste the food prepared before you serve it to the customers.
Salt in food was extremely high
The owner should take strict measures so that it won't happen again.

Tried Andhra meals, Hyderabad chicken biryani and some starters. Worst taste. I rarely see any customers, not sure how they are running business. I used to visit this restaurant for biryani frequently but since more than a year now, the biryani tastes worst all the time. No service. Cost is too high. Hope they improve on service and taste.

Extremely poor, please avoid. Forget about quality, they don't even provide what is written in the menu, specially parcel. The staff have the audacity to turn you back when customer question.

Had mutton Biryani. Worst taste. Could not bite the piece it was that hard. Informed the manager at the counter and he was least bothered:)

Owner thinks as if they are kings and consider the customers as beggar. People should not encourage such management.

The restaurant serves very delicious food, and price is reasonable. They accept payment through cash, card and e wallets. However, 4 wheeler parking is challenging there. The restaurant doesn't look very hygienic though.

Ordered biriyani from Zomato, got a small pack which is like half of the size they used to give. Half of the biriyani had masala itself, too spicy to eat. Worst biriyani ever had.

i took Zomato gold membership for 1800 rs and as part of offer i can get buy one get one free from this restaurant.see the attached pic to see the buy one get one quantity.they have put same order is two cover and send it.dear restaurant owner: go for robbing some bank man, it's have better dignity than running this kind of scam.the total cost 9f below items is 204 + 240 plus delivery and packing charges.

This guys will cheat you if you apply any coupon code in zomato or any site. I have ordered through zomato worth of 490rs but i got food for 150rs means quantity is very less.
I called this restarent asked about quantity they told that you have applied coupon so we will give that much only, if you have any questions contact #zomato.

The Restaurant staff really doesn't know what is on the menu and its charges, they have charged me extra and its staff are really irresponsible and rude to its customers!

A family restaurant. Relatively costly than normal family restaurant but you pay for what you get. You might have to wait for table in peak hours or do prior reservations. Valet parking available.

Some of the menu items are expensive. I've only tried veg biryani which tastes great and is a regular order for me. Ambience is average while the place is spacious. They prepare the veg biryani freshly when ordered so that's good

So called cauvery. Now it is abhi ruchi.ordered and waited almost 1hr.paid money.but they were preparing. Not giving proper response atleast.

This hotel was one of the best hotels in Ramamurthy Nagar. Although the hotel doesn’t look very modern it serves the best food. It is maintained by Andhra people who are best in their taste. We’ve been here with our family and we’ve ordered chicken family biriyani combo. We were served with delicious Biriyani which was sufficient for 4 adults and 2 kids. The combo includes 10 pieces of chicken kabab and one 250ml cool drink. Over all we are very satisfied with their ambiance and service. We strongly recommend this Hyderabadi biriyani center.

I took malai kabab, it took almost 30 mins to deliver whereas malai was absent from the kabab.also boneless biryani, pieces are pakoda pieces where coated with corn flour.

Famous for its Chicken Biryani.other chicken dishes and soups are good. Small hall is available for Bday parties. They take party orders as well.

Nice biryani ; you can taste good hyderbad recipes; cost is also not so high; when compared with many restaurants in and around ramamurthy Nagar this is the best

I think the place was good with good quality food.what I liked is that the restaurant has enough space to move around and enough members can fit in.the serving guys are good. I had biryani and kulcha and I loved it. Give it a try for sure

I had a very bad experience yesterday nite.
As I have ordered for two chicken biryanis for take away.one is double masala and another is Normal Biryani.they should mention while giving to a customer.
I asked them after taking my parcel.they have not mentioned.
When I asked the cashier he said we won't mention like that and also talked very rudely.
Among the waiter's one old guy is there he is thinking that he is the only guy over there.and he also talked very rudely.
I felt very bad.
One young guy in the cashier.is worst fellow.he cheated infront of me while writing the bill.
I ordered two biryanis first.in that he wrote one later he removed carbon again he wrote one biryani
I don't know how management is maintaining and encouraging all these stupid fellows.over the restaurant.

They serve authentic hyderabadi biryani, sholay kebabs were too juicy and tangy.
Interiors are decent, they have separate family room where normal sofas are arranged for dining.

Disgusting irresponsibile people. The gave nonveg curry for a veg order and were least bothered when asked for.

Loved it! The Chicken Biryani is so tasty and yummy. You will get lot of other food options as well to choose from. Must try Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani. The price is quite attractive and low as compare to others. Worth the Money. The quantity which they provide is also very good. In one Biryani at least two person can eat if you are a less eater.

I went to this hotel around 7: 45 PM, nobody was there except the counter person. I ordered two chicken biryani. First impression was always the best impression.i waited for 20 minutes, everytime they asked me please wait for some time. Finally the parcel came with excuse saying they misplaced my bill copy so the delay happened. With great hunger we opened the parcel. There is no biryani only white rice made in the noon they added few chicken pieces. No flavour, half cooked rice, basically there was no masala at all. I wonder how they get these many reviews. Very worst experience, actually i dont want to give any rating, since i have to post this comment so i gave 1 rating. Please guys dont encourage these kind or restaurants, they should know the value of hard earned money.

Go here only if u can take double masala andhra food. Food is tasty even though it's double spicy and too much masala
