Scanning experience was good. Reporting is slow. They make you wait 30min to handover the report even if its ready. Billing experience is horrible. They didn’t provide bill for one of two service I took. When I asked, they told
another person will give. Later they said its sent to lab. They made me wait 40min and then gave a re-printed bill. Very unprofessional staff.

One of the best labs in bangalore for 3T MRI.
Very good experience.
Special thanks to Mr. Muddu Krishna for guiding us throughout the procedure and Dr. Radesh.
Reports were also delivered in quick time.

Today I had bee to celare for MRI and other tests. I had very good experience and its homely environment.all the staff trained very well to attend patients.that too Dr. Jyothi ultrasound sonographer and Ms. Jayanthi Co ordinator treats patients very well.

Quality at its Best.

I am totally totally Happy with the service

One of the best MRI centers I have ever visited.

The main difference between different centers and the center is then explain you about the process they are doing which comforts the patient who is already in the stress and the pain. So I would really recommend anyone who is looking for a MRI nearby they can drop into this place.

Also, I should say a very friendly staff who can walk you through the complete process.

Too much of waiting time, receptionist has no clue on when the doctor/technician will come, they will make you to pay for the tests and ask you to wait, doctors/technicians dont have basic common sense to update if any delays, since you paid for the tests, you have to wait till they come, yesterday i took my spouse for tests, and had to wait for more than 2 hours, initially when i enquired for mamo test, they said doctor will come at 8: 30, and didn’t take much time While performing the test, he behaved as if he was doing the test for free/charity, worst behaviour. I won’t recommend this diagnostics center. This is not happening for me alone, this is happening for everyone.

Have been there for an MRI. While making the payment, the receptionist mentioned it would take a maximum of two hours as there are a couple of patients before us. However, after waiting for two three hours they mentioned there are five more patients and need to wait for four more hours. Its very disappoint and bad experience.

I have only one suggestion. If you value your time and money, don't visit here.

Place is patient friendly and the staff is also supportive. But the wait time is quite high.

Worst behaviour from the staff and people at the reception. The very basic etiquette is to behave and respond appropriately. They lose reports during delivery time and tell that we must have already collected it, horribly wrong behaviour!

To get a scan done, they say we need to take an appointment. When you take it in advance, when you visit at the time given - they say we need to wait for another 1.5-2 hours even when we have called before and confirmed if we can come. They ask us to pay the bill first and make us wait for a minimum of 3 hours.

Receptionists and male staff in grey shirts are irresponsible and do not have an answer, rather they murmur among themselves and make us feel as if they are right and we are wrong!

Requesting management to organise these in a better way or you guys will lose all credibility about Celara very soon!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent encounter I had with one of your receptionists (Vijayalakshmi) 1st floor at your diagnostic centre. I believe it is important for you to be aware of the issues I experienced during my visit, as it left me feeling dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

First and foremost, the receptionist I interacted with displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their tone was dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome right from the start. Instead of addressing my concerns or answering my questions, they seemed disinterested and eager to rush me through the process.

Furthermore, the receptionist demonstrated a lack of knowledge about the services offered at the centre. They struggled to provide basic information about the procedures and were unable to assist me with any specific inquiries I had. This lack of knowledge not only added to my frustration but also left me feeling uncertain about the quality of the diagnostic services being offered.

Additionally, the reception area itself was poorly organized and unclean. There was a significant delay in attending to patients, resulting in a crowded and chaotic waiting area. The lack of attention to cleanliness and organization only added to the overall negative experience.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism when seeking medical services. Unfortunately, my encounter with your receptionist fell far short of these expectations, leaving me with a negative impression of your diagnostic centre as a whole.

I write this review not only to express my dissatisfaction but also to urge you to take immediate action to address these issues. It is essential that you invest in training your reception staff to ensure they possess the necessary customer service skills, product knowledge, and professionalism required to represent your diagnostic centre effectively.

Moreover, improvements in the organization and cleanliness of the reception area are crucial to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for your patients. A well-structured and clean waiting area will contribute to a positive overall experience and reflect positively on your centre's reputation.

I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to prevent other patients from having a similar negative experience. I believe that with the right improvements and investments in customer service, Celara Diagnostics can regain its reputation for excellence.

Came for a USG, very rude receptionist. Completely disregarded patient confidentiality. Kindly teach staff some soft skills. One star is for the quick procedure, nothing else.

Worst behaviour from reception who set in Frist floor her name is ms Priyanka she is not responding for any queries and she scold infront of every pert who works along with her this very rude behaviour i never expected such a diagnosis have such person in centre please remove her from that place and that safe to diagnose

Most horrible place I've ever been. I faced racial discrimination and was stereotyped.
Staff needs to be trained with basic ethics and customer service skills.
