Celebrity Nature's Habitat, villa in Sarjapur

The villa and society are good but not the locality. The area is not safe at all as it is in the center of a village. The area is full of local mafias and rowdies.

One of the best villas in the outskirts of Bangalore. It is no less than a resort. It has large areas of greens and gardens. Only sad thing is, they are chopping away trees nearer to the hosue thinking it might damage the walls. This will lead to increased temperatures in the coming years and no shade as well. Instead they should try to keep trees at a good distance and help maintain the originality of Bangalore

Beautiful, well maintained residential villas. Management is good, security is good. Good options for kids to play in the park. Nice walking areas. Friendly people.

Villa not completed in 4 years. Construction is very bad. Unable to keep any of their commitment promised at the time of selling.

This is place which gives you a different type of positive vibes, very calm and soothing place. Really loved property over there, if I get a reasonable home over there I will for sure buy it

If you have any plan to buy a property, dont approach this builder. They don't respect customer feelings. I bought a property three years back and still waiting for handover. Their administration team is the worst I came across. Sales guy who sold me this property is a jerk.
I have been complaining about a neighbor who made illegal construction on my property and these builder is not even listening to my problems. Instead they are trying to play mind games with me. I have spend my life savings on this house and really stuck here.

I would have rated zero or even below if I had option

Neatly designed campus and villas. Enough space on road sides for trees/greenary. Nice place.
