Met Dr. Prasanna for a diabetic consultation for me and my wife as we have not seen an endocrinologist for some time. I am 70 years old and diabetic for over 30 years. Went with high expectations but was sadly disappointed. No doubt a highly knowledgeable doctor but his manner left much to be desired. Came across as being arrogant, did not listen to us or our experience. Just kept rattling cliches about diabetes and diabetic control. Disregarded and rubbished prescriptions from our current doctors. Spoke to us as if we knew nothing. I almost walked out as I found his manner and tone very insulting. If you are a recent diabetic and don't know much about it this doctor may be ok. But definitely not recommended for someone who knows about their condition, and have been keeping upto date with latest trends in diabetic management.

The way his clinic operates also everything is centred around the doctor and not the patient. Ok place for people who think a doctor is God and knows everything

The staff at the clinic on the other were extremely friendly.
