Government library with good facilities, and every Sunday also library open and only government holidays library was close soo anyone can come to read.

Quiet place. Books treasure dwindling after digital revolution. You can come with your books to study.

So much potential but basics are not met.
Seems to have variety of books on most categories and is quite crowded with students of all ages. It was nice to see students using reference books to complete their assignments.

The organization and labeling is spotty and unstructured. Absolutely horrendous lighting in shelving areas as well as reading area.

The central library is most liked place in dharwad bcz the library were maintained very clean and the ambience was good and the books are available for all the public and place is very peaceful for the students and competitive students.

I have personally spent most of my childhood to read books here. Best place for the Competitive applicants to study. You have all genres sections segregated and you have ample place with table and chairs for long study hours. Also, this place is situated just right near to PB road (highway) and it is within the city limit.

On can find all kinds of books here. Books have been kept section wise. Everyone who has the interest in reading could visit and have the experience of reading.

Its so stinky, can not tolerate. They get funds, why can't they keep it clean. Don't know how people even sit and read books there.

The central library of Dharwad is located near the Court circle. Has lakhs of books and magazines daily news papers competitive exam reading section and many more.
