This my first visit ever to a vet hospital. Though I took a stray who was badly injured, I was overwhelmed by the care the hospital team took to treat him and all that they did in his best interest. Kudos to Dr Pawan, Dr Sachin, Dr Roja and Dr Aarti for the care they took and the daily updates I got. The work you do in comforting these speechless beings is very commendable and noble. Please keep this work going.
This is heaven for pets. A lot say cessna is expensive. Id rather say they are very affordable and super caring, when you pet need the most attention, they do exactly that and ensure your pet is just taken care as it is theirs. The most reliable pet hospital that I've ever come across in india.
I have no words to express the gratefulness I feel for the loving care and attention rendered to each of my 5 pets for 6 days at Electronic city. Dr. Pawan and the doctors and care team at the hospital have been true Angels and I could see from my pets who have never been away from home with strangers before this, how settled they were in an unfamiliar environment. A special mention for my darling doctor Roja and her loving ways around my pets. I could read from my pets that she’s truly an Angel! Thankyou also Akhil for understanding our needs for boarding and our easy transfer to the retreat without having to worry about anything. Dr. Pawan, what an amazingly carefully selected tribe of healers you have with you. May God always bless you and your vision and move you from strength to strength. Dr. Pawan explained to us the diagnosis and treatment. Our doghouse has been suffering from an autoimmune condition for a few years, and we needed this explanation and confidence from a Dr to start her treatment.
My Shihtzu was suffering from eye rapture…he got ultimate relief after getting treatment from Cessna…I would recommend Cessna for all surgery related issues for pets…
The hospital is quite spacious and well maintained. They even have an in-store pet toy/food/accessories section. Just checked out the price of toys, puppy food and found it to be quite expensive.
I have always trusted Cessna and their service. I am a dog trainer and recommend Cessna to all my clients. My 2 year old indie was spayed here in September 2019 and we for the best pre and post op care ever!
Have been visiting Dr. Ajitesh for more than 3 years now for all my rescues. He is very compassionate, dedicated with good medical knowledge and gives detailed attention and has helped to save many of my cases. Highly recommended!

Very professional ambience. Always received quality service here. Our dog is very comfortable visiting his hospital as he gets caring approach by his doctor and team. They handle him very gently and he displays his best behaviour. He also loves shopping for his treats and toys here. Overall a go to place for all the needs of your loving pet
Update 2nd July 2021: I took my cat for treatment of mouth ulcer. The team of doctors were very supportive, but failed to treat the issue. They did multiple test every few days and suggested that there was a kidney issue, diabetes, genetic disorder etc for my pet cat, but all these claims proved incorrect later on during their own diagnosis. During the treatment his body started to rot, about which I notified the doctor during my daily visit. The doctor did not pay any heed to the rating and said that it's normal and everything will be normal. The treatment went on for more than 2 weeks at Cessna during which his condition went from bad to worse, but the doctors did not take it seriously. Now I have started visiting other vet clinics and they have said that most probably my cat would not survive. My cat is extreme pain and I am in complete misery looking at him like that everyday. No doctor or clinic is ready to take responsibility of my cat's health now. I don't want to defame the institution, but they could have atleast been sympathetic and referred me outside if this issue was out of their control. I would suggest the people reading this review to kindly visit the clinic only for vaccination and not for pet illnesses or issue. Kindly find the attached before and recent pics after treatment. Update 2nd August 2021: on 1st August Dr. Ajitesh contacted me and asked me to bring Perci back to cessna after my review got highlighted. During the discussion he said that my cat had FIV. When asked how this might have happened he was unable to explain. Later he said that Cessna would be taking full responsibility of the pet and they would be only charging for the test which are needed to be done outside. He asked us to take my cat to Domlur main branch. We reached Domlur around 8pm in the night and they admitted my cat immediately. Later on 2nd August around 4pm when I visited the domlur hospital I met Dr. Pawan who explained me that my pet had FIV or FLeV and in his current condition they would not be able to help and they asked me to approve them to put my pet to sleep. As I was very vulnerable I decided to go ahead with what the doctor suggested. Finally at the billing counter I was handed over a bill of over 9000 for just keeping my pet in their care for less than a day. From this I understood that they just wanted to make money out of my dying pet and backed away from all their promises. They may say that it is not due to doctor Dr Ajitesh negligence, but in over 12-14 visits also he was not able to diagnose the issue. Update 3rd August 2021: After further investigation I have found out that my cat did not have FIV or FeLV. The issue started because the IV fluids, medicines, antibiotics and vitamins were given into the muscle instead of the vein which caused muscle and skin infection, eventually leading to toxicity and poisoning. Even after politely reporting the issue to Cessna they have blindly defended their staff and doctors.
Doctor is okay but price is super expensive. I visited for my 2 rabbits for scaby vaccination, they charged for Rs 1000/- for consultation (500/- per rabbit) plus Rs 300/- for vaccination. They asked to come for 2nd dose. When I approached for 2nd dose, they asked for consultation fee again in addition to vaccination charge.
I wouldn't recommend this as their main motto is to make money and only money and least bother about real treatment.
On the top of that receptionist is very rude in responding.
Dr. Ajitesh is really great and he has helped us take care and understand the issues of Shiro from the very start. Really recommend taking advice from him
One of the best veterinary hospital for pet's, One stop solution for all pet related illnesses, but hospital closes by 8pm. The only problem is, Reception is not co-operative even though having appointment.she thinks she runs the hospital.
Excellent hospital for pet care, really in a league of it's own when compared to the kind of vet clinics we see around, has a inhouse store for pet food and medicenes. However some of the vitamin supplements prescribed are imported and super expensive, you can rethink before buying them. Rest all good.
I had booked an appointment in cessna through practo with Dr. Sharanya prakash today. However when I reached there my pet was treated by some other doctor who was more like a paramedic though i didn't mind that as i thought he was just noting down the details first (age, weight and other details) and eventually we'll be sent over to Dr. Sharanya for the treatment, but unfortunately doctor Prakash was no where in the story. Later when the blood test was done and the bill was settled i came up to see the status & was told by a staff that all is done & that i can take her home. To my surprise, i asked the treating doctor about Dr. Prakash that my appointment was actually with her and she didn't even see my dog, to this his reply was " this happens" what does this even mean, I booked a specific doctor and you r supposed to get my pet treated by her. I didnot expect this at all. One more thing is i couldn't even find out in the first place who that doctor was untill i got her blood test reports at night. This is highly not acceptable.
Rating is not about the company. It's about the policy. I bought a hygiene spay for street dogs. I later understand cows urine will do, went to ask for refund in 10mins. They asking for to purchase another item.
Only Good for shopping items not very happy with doctor service, had to handle your pet, I took my cat for yearly booster injection doctor didn't even got up from the chair while the assistant did all of ejection n all. Also they didn't able to do deworming and defining the cat the reason was they can not handle cat
I have recently admitted a stray pregnant female which was run over by a car. One of the legs had multiple fractures and broken bones. Also a fractured hip. Cessna did a fabulous job of caring for Ruby (Thanks Cessna for giving a good name to the stray). On top of this Cessna was kind enough to share majority of the expenses since I was unable to bear the hugh cost. Ruby is recovering well now. Thanks a lot Cessna for helping me rescue a life
Cessna needs to hire good doctors. What they have right now are pathetic laymen. My dog Hippo had a fracture on his front left leg. When i took him to Cessna for emergency, Dr. Rithesh treated him. He took the world's time in the name of 'studying the X-ray' and came out and said there's just a sprain, nothing serious. So he put a bandage on his wrist. I took him to his regular doctor anyways and came to know the fracture was really bad and that he needed a surgery urgently. Also, the fracture was on his elbow, not on the wrist! Cessna wasted my 2 days and were extremely hopeless. Do not even think of going there.
I left my shihtzu dog for two days and my experience was not great for third time. My dog was stinking very badly and gave him bath in the evening to overcome the smell. I think the place of boarding is not cleaned regularly. I am also not getting any update with respect to his stay and they are not responding to text messages also. They have also increased the boarding cost which i came to know at the time of collecting the dog. For the charges collected i expect cleaniness and proper care.
Docters are really good and well experienced they tell us exactly what has to be done for our pet. My cat is three months old was suffering from vomiting and diarrhea. It was very weak and dehydrated. But at the front desk they were rude, they don't co-operate even when we say it's urgent. I requested them a lot, but it was of no use.
They are very costly, even if you go for fever of cat, they'll do blood test, scan x Ray what not.they play with the emotions of the pet owner and scare them to hell.don't go unless you're pet needs a operation or something, for regular issues this is not the place.every visit they'll make you pay 3k min
Irresponsible doctors, they should be ashamed of calling themselves doctors. I took an appointment at 0915 hours on 1st Feb with Dr Ajitesh, booking ID 11416891. Upon reaching there, it was informed to me that doc will come only at 10. I requested and begged at the reception to check my bird since it was an emergency and the bird was critically ill. The response I got was that present doctors, some names they told, jisha something are not equipped enough for avians. What a shame to call themselves as vet docs. I felt they should open a barber shop and start shaving instead of sitting as doctors. Due to loss of time and irresponsible doctors, my lovebird died after 30 mins. I strongly recommend to think twice, before visiting this irresponsible clinic.
