Amazing all the product especially uppma belpuri & Bun omelette kullad chai was Awsm @ Brookfield Mall & service at Brookfield chaayos was Good recommend ppl to dine in

It was wonderful tea and break fast
. I would suggest to all of you, at least you can go once. Then you never leave chayoos

Main item on menu is tea which tasted below average. It was so watery.price is very high for that bad taste. That too for self service. They charge tax additional to the high cost.

Liked the greetings from Staff and ambience.

The place is neat and tidy and spacious enough to fit in 40 people at least. However the price is on the expensive side and the waiter pushes to sell a lot of other unnecessary things even when you say you are not interested. Little annoying for me.

Their ginger tea and gur waali chai are ok.probably they need to check the water to milk ratio and it would turn out much better.
Their bun omellete is also decent but I have had much better from elsewhere.
Overall 3/5 considering pricing food quality and taste

Snacks was good. Overpriced. But what do you expect from shops like this in malls. Tea was "ok". "Gur wali chai" is the only better one among others in menu. Nice place sit and spend time with friends.

"Ek chuski chai ki kimat tum kya Jaano Babumoshai ". Spend your lovely evening time here with your buddies. Good ambience for having chai. Shiny Bright environment. A bit costly, but worth having chai with Bun Samosa.

There are more than 5 people working in that small establishment. But these boys are poorly trained, no intentions to provide service to customer. We waited more than 20 minutes to take order for tea. I wonder why the stall is put up there with hardly any customers and very poor service. God bless them.

Taste is good but they should improve on their cash back terms. While I was told there is Rs. 250 that I can use, suddenly after visiting order they said only Rs. 100 can be reimbursed and balance will expire in next two days. This is a loot. If you give cash back, then give customers freedom to spend it yaaar. While I like the taste I won't be a regular post this experience.

Please redeem all the vouchers that has been issued in name of chayos. U guys say that it cannot be reddemd here try another chayos outlet.
All my points wasted just to buy chayos voucher.
Really BAD EXPERIENCE

Well Chaayos is a sea change from the regular chai places that am quiet bored of, more recently. After trying out a couple of delicious snacks & chai from their Indra Nagar outlet, I was thrilled that they opened one, much closer to home in Brookfield Mall. I visit this mall frequently for dropping my kid on weekly dance classes & always scout for snacks in the neighbourhood, more specifically AECS layout.

Now I have a better option, inside the mall and I ended up here for some chai & snacks on a recent visit. After ordering in my Kashmiri Kahwah, a beautifully saffron infused tea, I was browsing through the menu for something substantial to go with.

The menu is wide & large and I ended up ordering quiet a few, including the Patiala Chicken sandwich, Keema pav & some barishwali pakora.

The sandwich was meaty, with delicious Indian flavours between some well baked bread, I absolutely devoured it, in seconds. The Keema pav was deliciously flavourful, good portions of Keema made really well.

The Pakore were crisp and yummy and went well with my new favourite, Cinnamon infused THANDI Chai. I had tried their saunf infuse before, but cinnamon was way more nicer, it was like the chai latte from those expensive imported alternatives.

Service was quick, as I always remember them for. Do you know that you can customise your chai here in Chaayos in 80,000 different ways, well now I have more reasons to visit them in all my visits to the mall, to have a new choice every time, 80000 is a large number to not repeat my order for at least sometime. Highly recommended place, do visit and share your views in the comments, till then Happy Customising Your Chai here at Chaayos.

Not good at all; Not upto the Mark as per the cost.
I will prefer any day a chai point tea.

Tea taste is good with good snacks option
However my wife had a bad experience once when they tried to add 100rs extra to the bill and asked us to pay more, be sure to check the items you ordered and see if the bill is right before giving your card
