Chaayos Cafe Phoenix Bangalore

I am standing and ordering, manager says you which tea and blah blah and the suddenly he just decides to start taking order of another person who brushes me and touches the touchpad to order!
Manager tells me he was waiting before me? ! For what? For me to start ordering so that he can brush me and cut the queue?

Nice place to have vary politely on ordering taking, explained me that how variety of chai i can have, i really recommended my family and my friends to have chai in Chaayos pheonix. Very communication team and helping to get my protity thangs no words on.

Nice experience at chaayos, and service is good from the team, must visit again place to hangout with friends and family.

This is such a nice Cafe! Great staff and well managed. Special appreciation for the Cafe manager Ms Nagaveni who was very cordial and understanding my tea spilled. Enjoyed the ambience and peace in there.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The cleaning could be better and faster at the location. The trash from previous customer was sitting on tables for a significant amount of time considering the place was busy on a weekend

Chaayos in Pheonix mall is my favourite place to sip hot cup of tea amazingly made by the chefs here. I never miss sipping my ginger tea here whenever I visit. They have some wonderful varieties of teas along with snacks that can be relished and enjoyed. Please do visit this place for the warmth and lovely seating arrangement with you favourite cup of tea ️

Excellent place to hang out with family or friends. Loved their Honey Ginger tea, Baarish Wali Chai. Great for all Chai lovers. Loved their elaborate menu and yummy food. Definite try for all!

Food is fine, but they don't serve water only. Not even to paying customers. I don't understand, water should be available to everyone at least. CCD, Tata Cha, Chai Point, everyone serves water free of cost.

Was looking for a good place for my afternoon tea. Glad found this place. Though it's small shop they have adequate staff who are friendly. There enough seats as well. Tea was made as per specification and it was good. It's located near elevator and restrooms are near as well.

As usual the experience was good quick service and value for money
But the seating pace is inside the busy mall which gives little opportunity to talk without disturbance and privacy

I was craving for a cup of good tea and just when I landed at their place with high hopes they disappointed me extremely. I ordered a desi chai and paid a very high price and what I got was a glass full of bad tea. Please don't call yourself a chai brand if you don't even know how to make one.

It took 30 mins for them to serve Desi Tea and finally served tea that is not even Hot. They are not organised and the teller device concept is good if they serve accordingly. Don’t try the mint lemonade.

Always a great experience visiting this place since day 1 of its opening at Phoenix. Amazing and enthusiastic staff. Quick service. Use of technology like beeper for ur order is great. Food quantity and taste is good. Slightly overpriced for snacks but that's at par with any other cafe. Sanitized and clean for sure. Cheers to Chai. Keep it up guys.

Chaayos is always crowded with people and we dropped in for a cup of Green tea and cookies. Priced high and everything is just average is a little confusing.

Good for chai lovers and chill out and chit chat with friends, food is nice samosa matar chat and kulcha, palak patta nice recommend to everyone

Tired of walking around in the mall! Just grab a good ghat wali chai (with free add ons like ginger/ lemongrass etc) for very reasonable price

Regular chai is just 69 rs! Yes, that too in a mall like pheonix city mall

I tried three chayoos at Bangalore and three chayoos at Delhi. All three in Delhi were exceptionally good, while in Bangalore chayoos, they don't serve as you have ordered or want, nor they explains the Chai you are ordering, specially bad experience with Chayoos Brookefield mall and Chayoos Park Square mall.

Very excellent place. Relaxing place to enjoy sip of chai. The ginger tea was excellent. Ambience was good.

The experience was good, taste of tea was also good but I will suggest please ask before adding ginger and cardamom to tea.also a little sweetness in tea would be great.

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend. I Happened to be shopping for an upcoming trip (I will tell you where, in my coming posts) at Phoenix Mall, Whitefield Bangalore.

Chaayos! The very famous Chai Adda is now in Bangalore. Yay!

For those of you all who haven’t experienced Chaayos, it’s a contemporary setting to a very native and Indian Chai Place where you can have a hot beverage and a quick bite. Famous for their “Meri Wali Chai” Which can be made in about 80,000 ways, as they claim with their 12 add-on’s (I know, I can’t imagine the permutations and combinations, but I am sure they would be fantastic)

The ambience is cozy and good, not much noise and also a great place to capture photos.

The to go packs are of a variety of tea and Indian snacks at a very reasonable price.

I tried this healthy version of shakkarpara made of Gur (Jaggery) and they are delicious. I am really impressed by the range of traditional snacks they offer that goes really well with Teas.

Chaayos offers deliveries too, the hot teas can be sipped or munchies can be carried on the go. Isn’t that amazing?

I like my teas without milk so I had the Barish Wali Chai which is great for this season with the freshness of lemongrass and a strong ginger flavour. It was very refreshing to my sinuses. Along with that I had Bun Samosa. It has an imli (tamarind) punch to it and I totally enjoyed that.

My husband had Honey Ginger Lemon Chai and said it has helped him with his sore throat. As a munchie, he had Palak Patta Crispies. They are chatpata crispy Palak Chaat with Jalapenos and Imli chutney, yumm!

Oh wait, Chaayos is just not for teas. There is something for everyone. Like my son had this fruity and awesome Mango Lassi. It is so creamy and filling. Along with that he nibbled on some Tandoori Mac and Cheese Pasta. It’s a classic Mac and Cheese with some mushrooms, garlic and other veggies.

They also offer some great gifting solutions with customized packaging. That turquoise cup is cute or what?

Here comes the awesome part, did you know you can get a couple of things for free at this tea room? You heard that right

One, you can get some cool balloons for you or your kids by friendly staff there

Two, the terracota glasses, that the beverages are served are yours, you can simply wash and reuse them.

Three, the hot packs that the teas are delivered to-go are reuseable and absolutely free for you to keep it

So next time you are there at any of the Chaayos outlets, barge right in

One of the cosiest corners in phoenix mall, my favourite corner to be specific.
They claim to have customisable options with 80,000 options.
If that's not super cool I don't know what is!
Tried their honey ginger lemon and shikanji, the honey ginger lemon was perfect.
The other dishes that I tried were Mac and cheese pasta, Palak crispies, open loaded paratha
I think my personal recommendation to someone heading here would be the open loaded paratha, it's the perfect, go to light snack for a rainy evening in bangalore. Adrak wali chai would go with this perfectly yummy paratha.
The service is quick and the staff is friendly.
Overall had such a good time here at chaayos! Would definitely go back to try more options ️

Chaayos is a Chai Lovers Place which has many outlets throughout India and Across Bangalore as well.i visited the Pheonix Mall - Whitefield outlet.

Ambience here is small and compact but still looks very good.it looks like a premium place even then.i love the seating options and tgr lighting used here.

Service was great, had no issues at all.

Staff Behaviour was very welcoming and friendly.theu took good care of us.

Food was good, my favourite here was the Loaded Open Kheema Paratha and the Palak Patta Crispies. Food was delicious here apart from the above mention we had ordered other things as well and they were all good. Another food i loved here was the Moong Daal Halwa which was the bomb ️

Drinks here waa perfectly blended which i gave no complaints with.my favourite was the Honey Ginger Lemon which was strong and too good to drink and i love how they've given coffee lovers options for their cravings like one in hot coffee and another in cold coffee, nicely done.

Chaayos in Namma Bengaluru!
Yes! You heard it right

They've started making voice in Bangalore also after being successful at Mumbai, Delhi and Chandigarh.

Last weekend, I had an opportunity to visit their store at Phoenix Market City, Whitefield. All the customers are greeted with a charming way by the staff - Welcome to Chaayos:)

Though it's a small outlet, the ambience is pretty good with decorated walls, soothing music and nice seating arrangement.

There are lots of varieties available at a reasonable rate.

I tried out the following items:

* Barish Wali Chai
* Honey Ginger Lemon
* Bun Omlette
* Tandoori Mac & Cheese Pasta
* Palak Patta Crispies
* Mango Lassi

The food was delicious and I totally loved it. The pick of the items should be Honey Ginger Lemon, Mango Lassi and Palak Patta Crispies.
Honey Ginger Lemon is something which is really good for the sore throat, felt good to have this. Palak Patta is excellent with its natural flavours and crispness. Mango Lassi is really special here; not too thick and not too sweet- 'perfect'!

It's really interesting and exciting to see Chaayos offering Desi Chai in over 80,000 customizable ways.

On the whole, Chaayos is a great destination for everyone who can have some refreshing Tea and some delicious food alongwith.

This is the best place for refreshment i have ever been to, the baarish wali chai is so nice, along with the spinach crackers!
The shikanji is so authentic, i have tasted it after so long!
Overall the chaayos outlet @pmcbangalore is so asthetically designed for the best experience one can get!

Friendly staff, best pace to have tea with one innovation (hari mirchi), yes they have a hari mirchi try which u must try. I loved it! #musttryit
