Chaayos RMZ Eco World

Horrible experience. I love chaayos HSR, so suggested my friends to go there and we ordered almond tea. It was very bad.
Had to return the tea and ask to redo.
How can it be possible that there is no quality control over here.
I request Chaayos Owner to look into this.

It’s a small cozy well designed place.
The service is decent.
However I found the food to be average for the price at which they offer.
Their Kashmiri kawa was also below average.

Taste is good, better place and atmosphere. Cost wise little expensive. Quality wise good.

Good chai and accompaniments but prices are fairly high. 100/- for Vada pao, makes it the most expensive Vada Pav I have eaten in my life. Chai though was good, was priced at quite a premium.

The staff at the order counter gave the wrong order to the wrong Swiggy person. When the right Swiggy person came, she couldn't do anything and completely blackout. Because of this she didn't suggest or explain about any dishes to anyone in the line and was little rude.
Ordered Desi Chai, Chilli Cheese Toast, and Garden Fresh Sandwich. Everything was bland and tasteless.

Very bad service. Had ordered Gud chai and they gave kadak chai. When we asked him he denied that we asked for gur chai. Poor customer service.

I had a good experience in Chaayos, the service is very good and quality also and the team has good manners to talk customer specially sanatha

They don't give you proper quality food when there are more people. Sometimes they give tea with sugar, sometimes miss putting sugar. Sometimes cup is half full, sometimes full. It depends on their mood. So overall i won't give good ratings as they fail to maintain the chaayos quality. I'm a regular visitor, since my office is here.

I ordered chai and podi idly this morning from Swiggy. They sent FROZEN PODI IDLY! This is awful service. We even tried calling them and they did not answer their phone first few times. Finally when we connected I heard a lady on the phone who didn’t event speak to us just picked up the line and disconnected! So awful! I love Chaayos but this branch is giving this brand a very bad name! Also this is their 3rd offence, first two times they did not add sugar or spices to the chai. I’m done ordering from this branch ever again

Shanta in chayos rmz ecoworld is amazing! Her smile and patience with customers is highly appreciated! She makes the wait time in chayos effortless! Chai is amazing here!

Food is amazing. Miss Shanta provided a wonderful service. Definitely gonna come again for the food and the service, of course.

Worst place to visit…Umashankar and Shantha were in the counter…waited for 45mins for a cup of tea…. WORST PLACE…. Worst people…never ever visit this CHAAYOS Branch…argued and misbehaved

Not a well run outlet. Smells weird, air conditioning is seldom on. Worst part is the lady who takes order very agressively tries to upsell every time.
