Chai Point

I usually order sugarless ginger tea from here. There is a stark difference between the service of chaipoint and chaayos. Chaipoint customer support always picks up the call while chaayos customer care never picks up the call. There was one time when chaipoint sent tea with sugar in it. I called them directly and they sent the replacement without swiggy's involvement. When a similar thing happened with a chaayos order they didn't even pick my call and swiggy said the photos could not help them identify the problem so they can't help.

I ordered tea with snacks through Zomato and I just received the snacks. I did not receive the tea and I've been talking to customer care and they're like restaurant people saying they gave everything. I spoke to delivery partner and he said he gave what he got too. Now chai point is not picking up my calls! I lost my money as well.

Nice tea shop.the shop is located at inside the Bagmane techpark, mahadevapura, The shop is clean and neat every time. The staffs are who working there nice gentle behaviour. Every variety of chai is very nice. And snacks like maggi bunfrooti, banana cake these items also very delicious and yummy.

During rush hours takes some time for order or be delivered.

Non smokers can avoid that place as air in that place is fully polluted with cigarette smoke.

Good point for smokers (not for non smokers)

Not much options, most items not available. Staff not quick in preparing your order.

Very poor quality. I recently ordered from Swiggy but they did not care to heat the Samosa. It was 2-3 days old it seems and was very pathetic. I started throwing up due to food poisoning. I request everyone not to try from this location.

Employees come here mainly for smoking. So for non smokers this is definitely not the place to have a tea or a coffee. In terms of taste, prices are on higher side. Earlier back gate of bagmane used to have tea stalls but they have been removed and this has benefited chai point. Those tea stalls were far better than chai point.
