I actually took tea from a small outlet Chai point opposite Exit Gate 13 of International Arrivals It was near the Pizza Hut eatery. There was this girl Shreenitha who took my order for Ayurvedic tea but couldn’t explain what it contained. She said Ginger, Elaichi & Cardamom She called someone on her mobile and placed the order and didn’t make the tea in her stall. She said it would take 5 mts for the Tea to be made. Later it arrived possibly from upstairs elsewhere in 10 minutes She kept on coughing and clearing her throat As a doctor i immediately knew she was suffering from Maxillary Sinusites, Rhinitis & Laryngo pharyngitis I advised her to take off work & go get treatment for her sickness Tea was good to take tasting more of cinnamon It was soothing for my throat and warmed me up as it was a cold windy am. I paid Rs 158 including GST Rs8, thanked Shreenitha & went on to welcome my daughter arriving from Seattle. I recommend Chai point since they have an array of good herbal, Organic & Ayurveda tea preparations
Outstanding chai. Something my wife and I look forward to everytime we are at BIAL. Mediya, Anjali, and Priya were particularly attentive and provided us with good service. Keep up the high standards.
We ordered Ginger Chai with a snack. It is really tasty and delicious after all snack is also yummy. We met Ms. Mediya and Ms. Sorin, they were friendly & sweet. I do appreciate with there services.
I Ordered for Paneer tikka sandwich, it was super delicious and yummy. After all excellent services by Mediya and Sorin. They were kind and sweet.thank you chai point team. Iam Chai point regular guest relationship.
I always pick my tea from this place whenever I am at the airport. Ginger tea is one of my favourites. It's a good spot to take a break and for the refreshments
Chai is good, but customer service is extremely poor. I requested for an extra cup for my mom at an additional price, but staff refused. Staff should be more flexible to customer needs.
If you ever dropped by the Airport, make sure you visit Chai Point, it serves you the best tea or you may call it chai with different flavours. One of the best in the city. ️
Tonight I visited chai point located at Kempegowda international Airport. We order one masala ginger and one lemon tea. As I was having little cold the masala ginger tea was fantastic. It gave me a relief. Both the tea was superb, for the lemon tea my wife and daughter gave the response. If you want to taste different types of tea preparation than must you visit Chai point.
Chai is great. Folks working here are also good. Request management to not stop giving medium paper cups, as well as provide an extra cup FOC when a customer requests.
Tithi the executive at Chai Point BIAL was super nice. She came out to check how my tea was, and changed the chai twice for me. Great service, thank you very much!
Today 15/7/21 is an unforgettable day when I had the disgusting experience of having ELAICHI TEA IN the CHAI POINT at RMZ MALL, Yalauanka, Bengaluru. The tea was made with very diluted milk, lot of sugar. The Elachi Tea/ masala tea sold by street vendors to workers in small shops in local bazaars is much better than the one at CHAIPOINT. I strongly opine that even the ELAICHI flavour in this tea is from essence, but not ground ELAICHI. Taking Tea and Coffee should be a relishing experience. This experience is expected more in a joint liike Chai point, which should be in a position to provide the best as the very name itself is CHAIPOINT, But to utter dismay, the tea was horrible. The Tea- master (Tea makers are referred as Tea-masters- I doubt the the Franchise even know this!) seems of not knowing the basic tea making method. I was expecting that before allowing the Tea masters at Chaipoint are sufficiently tested and trained. But nothing of that sort is there it seems.
If any body wants hot milk for their kids then you can get it here. I thought this might help many parents with kids who arrives at night and may need milk. We arrived around mid night and took two bottles of hot milk. The milk was so hot that they didn't want to sell it in normal plastic water bottles. But finally they agreed to sell it in the feeding bottle. Apart from that I always order masala/ginger tea and as usual the quality always superb because they don't use tea bag and they keep the tea in 'dum'
The place is amazing. Its a great place to have tea or coffee before your flight, but it's seriously overpriced! To any foreigner that arrives, they might think that its completely normal for it to be priced like that. In my case, it was late in the night when i had arrived and i was hungry, and just wanted to get home and sleep as soon as possible, so i ordered a 'maggi'. It was priced quite very high from what i could remember. Please check the date of when this was posted. If anything regarding the shop has been updated, this review is no longer accurate. Have a nice flight! / Welcome to Banglore!
Chai point at Kempegowda International Airport Bangalore is a 24 hour open point where you get to eat some mouthwatering snacks at a very reasonable price. The cups they have are so trendy and attractive which attracts many people. Their Jaggery tea and Suleimani is the best I've tasted. Good fast service and a good Architectural view of the place.
Chai point is usually good. For me it's the ice tea and the banana cake that I order on repeat and love to have. You can - cranberry ice tea and lemon ice tea. Conveniently packed in a glass bottle and the banana cake is usually fresh and moist
Much better than chai points at other places which have really bad chai. They can really well if they improve the quality a bit. Very chai is an experience, and needs to be perfect. I wish they do well.
Since I am trying first time so I am not going to be critical. But I would recommend you have trench of scope to be improved. I ordered classic tea medium - it seems tasteless in short worst than railway station tea.
Tea and the poha was very bad. If you're a place that calls itself Chai point, the least one would expect is the chai to be good. It was just coloured water.
The quality of tea is very bad. The taste is not what you get at other chai point outlets. Please avoid, there are a lot of other places serving much better tea.
Good range of tea available here.so many flavors and great tasting too. A quick stop shop that will ensure you leave feeling refreshed. The service is also good and quick.
No good tea at all! I ordered 4 classic tea cost rs. 60/-each. I got confused whether it's tea or water. Didn't like tea quality at all.its just water. India runs on chai made from milk, not water.
There are very less outlets where i get so many variety of teas. And more over so the tea are atleast above par. They serve dum chai which is the most famous. Then there are ginger tea, cinnamon tea and their jaggery tea is also good for people who avoid sugar. Overall a great outlet.
Very tasty and affordable rate. Good ambience, friendly staffs. Good location bear to Arrival Gate. All variety of tea are available. Very good to enjoy waiting time or spend sone time with your favorite tea.
I order & pay for ginger tea & veg puff at blr airport.first I get ginger tea without ginger. & puff like tandoori roti (I can roll like roti). So I ask guy he told me when we hot puff after it become ‘ naram’. In India last 2 weeks I eat 5-7 Time puff, even I eat in Dubai couple week before but I never get ‘naram’ puff.after that I request cashier in my ginger tea no ginger so he took my cup & smell from cup & told me yes sir u right.after that 2-3 employees go back Side with my cup & make other “ginger” tea for me. I don’t know they add my cup tea in it or something but after I taste finally I get ginger tea.but as I told u they smell from my cup & bring back side so I doubt they give me other tea in same cup so after I leave store I throw cup (waste of 125/-) coz I don’t want to teach them customer curtesy I believe company give them training.
Their Location has been changed from first location. Now its not exactly opposite to arrivals. Just 50 meters away from original location. Good tea options.
Chai point usually maintains its quality but this particular one at the airport it not as good "now" as the other ones in Kormangla, HSR, Sarjapur road, etc.
The airport prices are higher and even then, quality is lower than other chai points.
Worst eatery at Bangalore airport. We ordered Ginger tea (80/-) and puha (70/-). TEA was boiled 50 times where I could not feel the taste. Puha seems was not fry properly. This could be my last eat over here. Please don't take a chance here. I don't understand why people like this are not honest in their business. Charging more but bad quality.
