My experience is from the Ramaiah hospital first floor unit. Extremely unhygienic, the staff placed the samosa into the microwave then continued moping the place. Later without washing hands picked the plate out of the microwave cut it and handed it over. When queried she apologised and heated a new one.
I ordered a Vada Pav, actually what was serve was a 2 or 3 day old Sweet Bun not actual Pav. The filling Aloo was also old. I ordered mango shake but it was without mango. Lot of improvement needs to be done. Food needs to be checked often to make sure it is fresh.
Sangeetha a person working in the MS ramaiah hospital OPD chai point shop is very talented and served us very tasty tea and chocolate shake was immensely tasty and one of the best shake which i had recently, so i just take this opportunity to appreciate the young lady who is versatile and must be recognised thank you #chaipoint

I am d regular costumer to d MSR chai point, I visit every day. I visit mainly for two reason one is for ginger chai and the another one is for her smile.the place is maintained clean
Miserable customer service. The staff are very rude and serve Chai as though we have asked them for a free tea. The least one can ask or seek in a hospital when one is in troubled time is have somebody give a tea with a smiling face. 5 Sep Evening had gone to pick up Tea however as i was standing to the side waiting for others too to place their order. I never realized he had already served mine and kept it there on the side. It was good five mins and when i asked for my tea he with a ignoring face pointed to the glass which by then was already cold. He could have called me as i was just standing there politely waiting for it. I walked away with the tea as was not in a frame of mind for any argument but wanted something to drink badly. Later in the night went around 10: 40 the guy there told me rudely to come after 30mins. Does he realize the effort again it takes to get out of the room when you have ur loved one surgically operated and in pain. I just requested if he could give now for which he said only after 30 mins.there is no empathy or sympathy esp in a place like a hospital by these staff. This was my first visit to chai point and shall be the last. The last thing is get a tea from a hand that offers you without any concern. I must appreciate the tea was good but service is pathetic.
