Chai Point

The customer service is terrible. I don't understand why I have to order through an app when I'm in the store. They need to manage their take away and dine in orders more efficiently also what is this way of treating customers as liability they can simply mention that they are only available for takeaways.

A calm place in the mid of all hustles.
Tried their new 'SAFFRON GOLDEN CHAI LATTE (hot) ' and it was smoothing and delicious. Just take it out to the benches outside and enjoy the hot sip and relax with family. This is the best ChaiPoint yet been to.

Short staffed and always delayed response and delayed service to orders. If you like wasting time with mosquitoes then visit this place.

Worst outlet ever. They don't want to serve the customer. Twice it has happened we went there and reply we got that too many delivery orders, won't be able to serve. Then why the outlet has been opened with sitting area and furniture.

As the name suggests, the specialty here is tea and it is good. You will get tea in small and medium cups. The tea is pretty strong. So mind your glass before you order. The shop is the part of Sherwood complex and the complex have facility to sit out and have and outdoor is a nice shaded place.

Worst and completly waterer chai. They charge ₹80 but in reality it will not cost ₹5. I guess the local tea vendor will make better chai.

This is inside Tata Sherwood Complex. Very good place for snacks and chai. Had Banana Cake, Vegetable Puff, Kesar and Cardamom Chai, Jaggery Chai and Lemon and Ginger Tea. Everything was great and the staff was very helpful and quick. They have a couple of tables inside. We took the snacks sitting outside. The area has some good cement chairs outside. Great Experience

Had elaichi tea with family. The tea was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance as well.

A place where you can sit and chill with some good tea with various options and snacks. You do have some good food options to try out here. Even though it is bit priced for a tea, it's little reasonable for the surrounding they have to chill. Great place to chit-chat with your friends and family.

Excellent service by Sushmitha, smoked chicken sandwich was very nice but little expensive n elaichi chai was awesome I loved it

Here’s I’m proudly wrote that I use to have an Lemon chai on daily basis … but the person called Sushmita her self made me an refreshed with chai ️ really it’s awesome place to chill out and great atmosphere

Chai point is famous for its chai. I would have given more stars since it doesnt have much seating space inside, but outside, it has a very good aura that you can enjoy your tea or food sitting beneath the trees. Feeling so fresh and wonderful.

A good place to hangout, alone or with someone family or friends. Evenings are pretty busy out here. Teas here are good, price is okay, but don't compare the price with ordinary bakeries. Jaggery tea didn't have any jaggery, but the masala tea and sulaimani were nice.

Varied tea options and great small eats to go with that. Great place to relax with friends and family, and have great conversations.

I had medium ginger and samosa from chai point. I get to know lot of new things about chai point which I was not knowing before I visit this chai point outlet. They also have regular tea and coffee are also available in chai point. In breakfast they also serve pigs and Idli. This was not known to me before I came here.

Really nice chai point. Friendly staffs. Less space inside the shop, but outside there is a very large open space with limited seating options. Best place the get the tea and chat over tea in the outside open space. Can add some more seating and covered structures outside during rainy time.

Had masala tea.felt like drinking flavoured water. Quality degraded drastically since my first visit.

Had a nice friendly conversation with the person who served us. Nice person. Good service. We liked the place and plan to visit again!
