Chai Point

Lot of time to order. Looks understaffed! Counter person is always away. He takes order and leave other end to deliver the order. Most of time we keep waiting for 10+ mins even to order tea and counter is vacant.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The service here is pathetic. The employees are constantly on the phone and just waste customers' time. Once, they made me wait over 15 mins just to make my payment because the lady simply left the shop and went away to attend her personal phone call.

Terrible customer service and food. The tea is stale and it has things flaying around in it. It's disgusting.
