Irresponsible staff.
I've stayed for 2days.on the 1st day. 1st hour itself reported that the TV was not working.and had no response till my check out time.
Should call 4-5 departments like reception.restaurant.etc.for a bottle of water.
Everything is old and dusty.poor maintenance.from management.
I suggest that if you do your things on your own.without depending on the staff there.then it's a good place to stay regarding the location.

Excellent meeting and conference facilities. Good food both at venues and the restaurant has always been a highlight of this place. A touch expensive at the restaurant. However, great place.

Nice spacious rooms. However maintainance is not good. Intercom was not working. TV was not working due to tatasky not recharged

Food was ok. Not the best, but nothing to complain either. But, the rooms were not good. Board room was the same. Would not recommend

Decent place for small functions/corporate events. Main hall accomodates around 100 people, and dining area another 100. The rooms are neat and modern too. Ample parking space for at least 25 cars, large garden area, very friendly staff including the watchmen, food is decent too. Main hall is in the 2nd floor and has lift for the same. Snooker room, liquor area are all separate. Easy to identify from moving traffic, wheel chair accessible building.

Main course is very nice bt chilies potato was bad, as vegetarian I enjoyed their main course of dinner.

Feeling happy with family sea food live counters were super. Cocktail coconut ultimate love it.

Very spacious and comfortable environment. Food is tasty. Good ambience to arrange parties. Staff are polite friendly and have an approachable attitude. Happy

No one there to guide us to resturant and in the restaurant thy are taking too much time to serve water service delay was thr and we very disappointed in pasta which was very watery after that we inform to the person to change but he got less quantity and quantity wise also everything was less

Good place to hang out in the evenings at their garden restaurant, service is average. Pricing can be better. Resort facilities are a make do with it type. Indoor Pool is a attraction.

Food is good. Visited for friend's Marriage party in this hotel. Approximately 30 to 35 car can be parked inside the premises. Since parking space was full, I had to park my car outside.

The place is good. Food is also good, but service is extremely bad. Ordered for two starter, one came after half an hour and another after 1 hour.by the time they served main course, which was cold. I visited this place 3-4 times but service is always bad.
