Only Dr. Patil is good in the hospital hence one star. Otherwise the staff at the reception are unprofessional and very rude. Dr. Neehar Patil is very arrogant and is never on time. He cancels the appointments without any notice that too when the patient has reached the hospital after fixing an appointment. He is always late and makes patients wait for hours. He is rude and arrogant with the patient who has waited for hours for the consultation.

Really Excellent hospital, all staffs will take care of patients even ward boy & security also and patil sir really u r great.

This is not an hospital because it's mental hospital all unwanted things happening there, especially Geetha patil is not a good lady, she is completely impatient, please dnt go to this hospital if u want to b alive

I recommend not to consult this hospital they are just here for minting money. Hardly for 5 mins check up for normal viral fever they charge 600 as consultation fee. Apart from that there is a separate charges for antibiotic injection.

The worst hospital, please don't go this hospital. If you want to save life, ever don't go to hospital.

Narrating problems faced:
1. I got admitted and asked to get scan. Now, there is no proper scan machine and they asked to wait for two days before the scan doctor comes and takes scan.
2. The Hospital owner (If I remember Patil) draws some picture saying it is mandatory to do operation, otherwise it will become critical.
When I went for a second opinion, having few medicines cured illness.

Even other people who went this hospital says the same experience.
This hospital management want to get as much money as possible from you.nothing else.
If the Head of a institution himself is like this, even God cannot save this hospital.

3. While settling the amount, they make you to wait for a long time so that you won't ask if any discrepancies in amount. You just want to get out of the hospital as soon as possible.

You should go to some better hospital than this one. Read other reviews too before going here. They literally run kidney stone business here.

Worst attendance. Lack of punctuality. Doctor was not available for consulting and made me wait for hours.

I had to visit this hospital today for an emergency for my friend. Doctor Mustafa was duty doctor. No treatment was given and doctor was very concerned only about his fee. Never in my life I have seen a doctor like him. He was least bothered to ask about the patient's health condition. Worst treatment was given. Very disappointed with doctor's behaviour. I could find the value for money and not the patients health. And the amount he charged for his treatment was huge. I would never suggest this hospital even for an emergency purpose.

Ive seen a government vet hospital doctors more qualified and understanding and practical.

Very careless, irresponsible, unprofessional and absolutely no Ethics. Very much unorganised, scattered in terms of treatment and recovery, no communication among the departments regarding the patient admission, treatment, health condition, necessities, patient files and records, laboratory tests and discharge procedure. The patient's companion will be required to communicate with every department seperately, explain the details and information and necessities to help the patient. Very lazy and unresponsive, uninformative if any queries, will make u wait for hours together for simple queries. I had called them to discharge the patient and start the process almost 7 times in two days and all they said was the supervisor for the treatment should give us the files and reports we dont have it and the supervisor is not available today, so whenever he comes and bring the patient records along with him, we will start the process. After two days, i visited the hospital in person to get information about discharge and they still told me that the supervisor has not given it to them, when i asked them to call and find out, they asked me to call and ask for the patient records and after i did it, he said that we won't be provided with any admission summary, discharge summary, files, report, final bill or even a simple acknowledgement. And then he called and told them to take the patient records from his desk and start the discharge. They stalled me for two whole days when the patient record was available the entire time. Once they got the record, they refused to give me the files saying they need it for their records, after arguing, they gave me a Xerox of the files and reports which was hand written and dint provide us with any information about his improvement or health condition. After this they made an excuse saying that the insurance team will not approve any claims now and we will go ahead in the morning. And they took another entire day to file the claim and get approval. I even informed the team saying that until the current claim is closed, i cannot get treatment elsewhere with insurance and the patient's condition is serious where we can't delay the treatment. Inspite of making it clear that it was an emergency for us they wasted 5-7 days saying that they will start the process soon and kept giving excuses about the patient records not being available in the hospital
. The patient being in such fragile condition was unable to get hospitalized due to their lack back attitude and laziness, irresponsibility and careless. Very bad and traumatic experience.

The duty doctor and the nurse literally had no clue on how to treat the patient. The doctor seemed very nervous while dressing a wound and the nurse had no clue where to inject TT.

Particularly had to mention about a person working in this hospital a receptionalist called Roopa. We faced an issue regarding there but when we called to confirm something related to doctors arrival or suggestion, the way she addresses us and spoke to us in such harsh tone. Pleaseee learn how to behave with patients and try to be kind enough with dealing with the patients. Don’t get a bad name for the hospital. Thank you

You never find a general duty doctor for any queries they need to scare the patient and send them out so that never that patient comes.

You might as well close this place. Nobody comes in before 10 am, you are made to run around town to search for equipment and medication that you'd expect a hospital to have. You can't rely on them for anything, they attended to 2 patients simultaneously on the same bed. If you look up the word unprofessional in a dictionary, you can find a picture of this hospital and their staff. I highly recommend that they be stripped of all their licenses and stop inconveniencing people by misleading them to ever think that they are a hospital. It is nothing more than a footpath hogging parking lot for its employees causing all kinds of bottlenecks for traffic. The hospital manager is always absconding so as to avoid taking any responsibility. I implore anyone who reads this to heed my words and save yourselves time, money and a poor experience.

I had undergone an laproscopy surgery for umbilical hernia, met Dr.neehar patil he explains you each and everything, and doctor gives you good confidence i would recommend this hospital.

My son's surgery was done by Dr. Nihar Patil. It was a good experience without hassles. Doctor is extremely good and response post surgery is also excellent. He has been very supportive. Hospital services and staff were also good. Overall we didn’t have anything to complain about.

Today I went to this hospital to get a TT shot! Tetanus shot. They refused to give this to me saying I need a prescription or I should see a doc to get one!

Firstly localites of the hospital please don't recommend anyone to this hospital,
Secondly if you announce that you have corporate insurance don't have second thoughts just think your done,
Thirdly these ppl are more towards minting money.

Staff is worst and act they are working for charity. Staff in reception is rude and acts as if she owns the hospital. If a patient comes in, the staff feels like a burden. Third grade behaviour. Suggest management to throw away these waste people and hire some good staff.

The services that I receive from Dr Nihar Patil is excellent. My father got operated on recurrent inguinal hernia and had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.

I was treated for my breast abscess by Dr. Nihaar Patil in Chaitanya Hospital. I am very happy I choose him. Half your stress goes away when patience and doctor have understanding. I had the same understanding with Dr. Nihaar

Hospital and hospital staff are also very good. I had a comfortable stay.

The hospital is very much affordable. They are very transperent in terms of billing and charges.

Dr Patil gives you exact reason and suggest you right treatment. He is available to the family or patients any time of the day.

Room n other facilities are worth what we pay, nothing much nothing less.

Only request to management, allow the patient visitor to sit inside rather ask them to stand out on the road.

Receptionist should be trained soft skills like how to attend patients or enquiries. If these issues is taken care everything works for them.

Pathetic experience! Lady called shruti lawar has no decency to talk on the phone as soon as she answers the call she is rude! And has no knowledge as to what she is speaking. Highly unpleasant and unprofessional.

My wife had a surgery here. We are so lucky to have met Dr. Neehar Patil. He is experienced, courteous and very polite. No matter what time we bothered him with our questions he happily obliged.

Hospital staff is courteous and helping in nature.

Im so happy to know that we have a great place to visit when the need comes right RT nagar.

All staff are not well trained professionals. Cost of Services is affordable comparatively. I gave 4 stars for the locality and its affordability.

Staff should scan every visitor during COVID times as instructed and published in the hospital notice board. Today, my brother was denied for one injection. I had spoken to their receptionist and hope my brother gets his injection.

Another concern: Last month, I visited here wearing a mask, that is made of my scarf and 4-layered, but one of the receptionists was not allowing me to enter reception Entrance and was arguing that I had not worn proper mask. I have been wearing this mask while visiting outside. This visit was 7th time to this hospital. None had ever questioned earlier.

Very disgusting hospital. Always get disappointing result from All the staff of this hospital. Totally WATAGE OF TIME.cannot deserve 1 star also.

I recently underwent an Gall gallbladder stone surgery to my mother in law at Chaitanya Hospital from Dr Neehar Patil (Laparoscopic specialist) and I’m very much satisfied with the treatment given to her. (She got much more stomach pain and vomiting, cannot able to eat&drink food, water past one week) then we bring her to this hospital and found in CT Scan she have stone in Gall Bladder and Dr Neehar Patil advised need immediate surgery to her and before surgery he explained very clearly about all then we went surgery. After this surgery my mother in law came to normal with smiling face and with in two days got discharged. My Special Thanks To Dr Neehar Patil he is very friendly and humble person. Cost also reasonable compare to other hospital. Recommended to All. Once Again Thansk To Dr Neehar Patil and their Staffs
Awesome Hospital

My mother was unconscious and we took her to this hospital which was near to us. They refused to take her inside and didn't even try to save her life. Looks like their only motto is to make money and they don't have any humanity left. Please avoid this inhuman hospital if you love your family members.

I really doubt how genuine are those people who have given good rating to this hospital. I am sure they are the paid agents.
My experience was pathetic. The hospital does not qualify to be included under GIPSA or MediAssist. Reason listed: -
1. All support staff are hired from village and understand only Kannada. Only receptionist and doctors speak English or Hindi.
2.90% of them are not trained to work in a hospital for inpatient Service. The 10% who are trained are used everywhere, Operation theatre, Ward, cleaning, attending patients and all over. Hence, most of the time the patients' call is unattended.
3. They do not have adjustable beds so that patients can lie down upright.
4. They do not supply meals nor show any concern if the patient is starving.
5. They insist a family member to stay 24 hours in the hospital and make the person look after the patient with regards to feeding, providing medicines, taking to washroom, cleaning beds, etc. They not even warm water or milk for patients rather show them the gas stove to help themselves. Nor even provide drinking water and insist to buy from outside.
6. The owner of the hospital Mrs. Patil who provides coverage as an attending doctor is very rude and demotivating. She lacks basic soft skills while taking to patients and their relatives. Has a very bad habit of self pity and reminding patients that she is the owner of the hospital as if people come there for free.
Even the doctors associated with the hospital complain about Mrs. Patil unprofessional and boastful behaviour.
7. The charges are very high compared to the cheap service they provide.
8. If any component of the bill is not covered under insurance but it is critical to be performed within a specified time, they will not proactively initiate unless the payment is made. Worst is they never call or guide the family members properly.
9. Total mismanagement and unless staff. Huge shortage of trained staff. If you question them they will pretend deaf and ready made excuse is MOST OF OUR STAFF ARE ON LEAVE.
10. Toilet wash basin have water leakage problem.
11. Worst baby care facility. They expect the baby will be cleaned time to time by mother or family member. No one attends new born even if the baby is crying for hours. That makes life miserable for both mother and the new born.
My advice is instead if wasting 50,000 for such filthy service better you go to a government hospital.
My honest advice will be not to go for this hospital especially when you do not know Kannada well.
I REQUEST ALL MEDICAL INSURANCE PROVIDERS TO UNLIST THIS HOSPITAL FROM THE NETWORK.

This hospital is a scam!

They forcibly admitted my parents for a week on name of fever, prescribed tonnes of useless tests and gave a huge bill at the end. Force patients to avoid home food and eat from their tasteless canteen. Beware of such scam hospitals.

Receptionist she is very rood in talking, communication was not good, she don't know about manager, HR, and MD.

I was here for my stomach pain, casualty doctor within no time she took my history and relieved my pain.thnks to her and also for the hospitality.

Disgusting, after 3 days of admissions, we are informed that my mother is having dengue,
To treat dengue they gave bill of 55000,
Massive charges doctor visit 3500,
In the middle of the night they call us and tells bring platelet it has dropped,
We had insurance so saved, what if poor people goes, lord save them from such butchers.
Unhygiene, bathrooms, windows, fans, door handles, every where dust, no emergency exits incase of fire or earthquake.
They are on the verge of close down don't go.

Pros: H and quality medication at affordable cost. Timely update on the status of checkup, tests and medical condition.
Cons: lift makes a lot of noise that makes the patients uncomfortable. Cleaning staffs are always away and need to called upon for help

My grandmother was admitted for diarrhoea, Staff is friendly and helpful. Good doctors at the hospital and Dr. PM Patil is a great gentleman. ICU staff is also understanding and helped alot to recover my grandmother. I recommend this hospital for North bangaloreans.

The pregnancy care was wonderful by dr Deepshikha Jha.i highly recommend her, answered patiently to all our doubts, no extra blood tests done, and minimum medicines were prescribed. Thank u doctor. One of the best friendly gynaecologist I hv met.

Visited for giddiness ended into troubles:
I was attended by Dr. Patil a physician, I addressed giddiness from 1week.
He checked my pulse, heart beat, made me turn different position. Though I told him I am not feeling giddiness after quick turns. He told I am suffering from positional vertigo. Prescribed tablets & charged 500rs.
After taking those tablets on day1,2.started feeling unbalance and disturbed. Hot air out of ears, some pressure and balance issues.
Luckily had a health camp at office, with a simple blood test they asked me to have some as sugar is low. Since suddenly I had changed my diet to oats in morning I got low sugar. In no time I was Perfectly All right.
Wasted my time got into troubles at this hospital, Never Again. No value for money, cannot perform simple tests.

I had a very good experience at Chaitanya Hospital. It's worth visiting for good antenatal care and delivery services. I had a complication during my pregnancy, I had been consulting Baptist Hospital for ANC services before I visit to Chaitanya. If a beneficiary expects a good care with shorter and prompt services means they should visit this Hospital. I highly recommend Dr. Deepshika, one of the best gynecologist at this center. Please do visit for gynaecology related services.

All members of my family is being treated here. Promoters Dr PM Patil and his spouse Mrs Dr. Geetha Patil [ Pediatric] very knowledgeable, kind and courteous.the Staff at reception, Nurses well trained, well mannered and courteous too. I recommend this hospital to all needy patients.

U just walk in for a fever due to climate change. U will be diagnosed by dengue and will be asked for admission.
First thing they ask u if u have insurance.
They will take unnecessary blood and other test. Even x Ray will be taken for fever. They will charge all possible ways. And Mr. Dummy Patel charges is 1400rs for 2 min visit.
Later u will be shocked to see 23k insurance claim for 2 days.
When taken blood report to other doctor it was told I had normal flu.

If u have money and don't want the problem to be solved please visit. Don't read the review just ask the near by shops and medical stores before visiting.

We went to Dr Nihar Patil laparoscopic super surgeon in Chethanya hospital for Appendix problem we got a good treatment and Doctors, staff, management and hospital maintenance is very good we are fully satisfied with Dr Nihar Patil treatment. We never see this type of facil.

Money minting hospital writes useless tests and advises admission for money and just for a fever diagnosis Dr Patel wrote tests worth 2500 which he being consultant could have done clinically easily. On follow up he has hardlytime to glance reports and says all ok.

So many good ethical doctors around made mistake going there. I went as earlier duty doctor had given an injection had cured my fever told no need tests only if this not come down will see, same happened to my son Theand an injection brought temperature down the tests were not at all required it hurt burning 2000rs without reason. Hope poor people hard earned money not wasted

When I asked these tests were needed he was like what to say and told your lab prices so high and discount he gave 100 RS.

Was admitted here alone and the staff really helped me with everything inculding my meals. Dr. Patil is a great and caring doctor with 35+ years of experience. Very happy with their service.

Good hospital and a special mention of Dr deepshika. My daughter delivered under her, she took excellent care, really happy with the way she made her pregnancy so easy going. Would highly recommend her.

My Son underwent a cystitis removal surgery done by Dr. Neehar Patil, Pediatrics Surgeon. It was great, the surgery was very well done and the caring taken by Dr.is awesome. Also the hygiene at Hospital is very good. The staff nurse and duty Doctors were very attentive for care to the patient.

Good experience in Chaitanya Hospital. Consulted and got operated for laparoscopic incisional hernia by Dr. Neehar Patil who is highly experienced in his field of keyhole surgery. He explained everything in detail to us including the various surgical approaches. All the staff were very kind and understanding, making sure my post operative pain was minimal. Dr. Neehar always came on rounds and made sure my status was improving. Thanks to all!
