The over all Team service is ultimate I visited this hospital.first time gy Dr Renuka Devi mam told this hospital, when I admited Especially Mis NAGALAKSHMI nurse i sever seen this kind of nurse in my life what a Service with always smiling face,
i really scared about injection she gave me without pain and she too friendly really i appreciate service and Night shift one Nurse was ther her name is RAMYA, when I was totally tied and felling sleepy my mom was ther she. Told Ramya came to see me and see the blood not going properly so came. To see treat me many times when she did not had food no proper sleep then also the way she taken care is really my heart melted and admin department and surgery department. Totally, and I am so grateful to to Miss NAGALALSHMI and RAMYA, really need this kind ofNurse i recommend this hospital

One of the best hospitals with top-notch amenities is Chaitanya Medical Centre. I was diagnosed with fibroids in the uterus. My laparoscopic cystectomy was performed by Dr. Vasanth Kumar at Chaitanya Medical Center. Dr. Vasanth Kumar is the greatest surgeon to manage any type of critical case concerns, and I was extremely glad and satisfied with the surgery. Even the nurses staff and the receptionist Pallavi and Gayatri were polite, friendly and guided us at every step. My mother had fibroid uterus issue and Dr. Meena suggested Dr Vasanth Kumar he is extremely knowledgeable and really cool person, my mother was really scared to take surgery but once after talking to Dr. Vasanth kumar made me really confident and and omg I love the way Dr. Vasanth Kumar treat to the patient I really satisfied with surgery, I recommend he is the best surgeon for critical case issue.

CMC is a very good cooperative hospital and good caring for patients.
Excellent management, Good staff, insurance co-ordinator is a good talented and
Co-operative. Good infrastructure and facilities and also good experienced doctors are available in this hospital We always trust our CMC.

Service is really good. Dr. Madan K did my surgery and he is really a good doctor polite and helpful. Sister Lavenya actually knows how to do dressing and is quite good at it.
My recovery is in progress but thanks to CMC for the support in the process.

I have undergone DHL here. I am very much satisfied with the Dr. Vasanth Kumar and their team. He is a very kind person with optimistic approach. I am so greatfull to Dr. Priyanka (Kangaroo Hospital), my gynaecologist, who referred me to such a great center. I found all the staff and nurses are very friendly and kind natured. Mr. Vishnu is very co-operative in claiming the insurance and to recieve full benefits. It is a fully equipped laproscopic center with well experienced doctors and I recommend this center.

Doctors are never available here. No suitable for any urgency. Response from front desk is very bad. We rate a Zero for this Hospital. Sorry.

The hospital was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would like to specially thank to receptionist who helped in organizing and co-ordinating our check ups and getting appointments with the doctors. Again another special thanks. Got operated for Appendix here, by Dr. Madan. Very good facility for the laparoscopic surgeries. Dr. Madan was very good, did what he said and said what he did, didnt keep me in the dark. He is very patient oriented, All I had to do was just follow what he instructed me and i was discharged even before the time he promised, like nothing had happened to me.
Also special mention to Vishnu who was the coordinator, who took care of the insurance without me having to intervene.

Consulted Peadiatrician Dr Savitha Shetty for my kid. Felt very nice and comfortable with the way she handles the baby. I am very satisfied with the service rendered.

Hospital is good and Doctors have good reputation. However, the other staff put the hospital on a bad note.
The hospital should opt for online appointments through their website and they should have a website first. Or they can tieup with Practo or any other service that provides scheduling and accept cashless payments.
The reception staff are unresponsive at their best. The scheduling of appointments is all messed up. No proper management. They give appointment at 6 and actual meeting with doctor happens at 7 45. This happens on a regular basis.

Doctors are good n nurses but the front office old man does not hospitality mannerism.some times prescription is asked for giving injections and sometimes directly.

No proper code of medical ethics.

Old man at the reception should be have hospitality code of ethics and a smile to welcome the patients. Otherwise hospitals future is at glare. Many hospitals are up for the competition in the health sector
