Excellent doctor. We can see the results which are awesome, thank God we have this doctor and my heart felt happy by seeing the result.

Customer Service is too bad! No respect or welcome gesture to patients.
Voice mail confirms, “Please come over in-person for appointment, operating hours 10: 30 am to 9 pm IST, Sunday Holiday” Voice mail should be more presided. After waiting for 1 hour decided to leave without meeting the doctors, due to feedback received from rest patients was not great.
If we need appointment with Dr. Rudresh, we need to wait for 30 days (One Month advance booking). Also, appointment is give only after we meet other doctors.
Front Office and Pharmacy is managed by same person, lady mentioned consultation fee with all doctors are 700 Rupees (consultation and medicine), wanted to reconfirm, hence enquired with another male managing Front Office and Pharmacy he mentioned 600 rupees (consultation and medicine). Very big disconnect. They do not provide Consultation alone.

Had a terrible experience today with the doctor.we were given token no39.which a person gets to meet the doctor only after 11pm.we reached the clinic at 9 and we were there.unfortunately at 10.32pm, I took my 6yr old out for few mins (basically she was sleepy and also wanted to urinate) and came at 10.45pm.the doctor outrightly refused to see us and started shouting, screaming and showing his frustration on us.inspite of being polite to him and asking him to listen to us once.he was at his utmost rude behaviour. I'm completely fine, in he being tired throughout the day but we are not a punching bag for him. He should learn to respect people. He might be very famous locally and have 100 of regular patient, but the knowledge should never go overboard.he has lots of attitude problem.highly disappointed with the behaviour.

I don't think he is a doctor, neither he has patience to listen to his patient's nor he has timing sense.
Below are my bad reviews.
1) You will not get appointment through calls, as they don't use landphone
2) Duty doctor's wil work efficiently as compare to B T
3) Yu must visit hospital to get an oppointment 2months b4.4) after waiting for such long time doc don't even listen about your problems, as he will be busy in talking to others.
5) What time he comes to hospital and time he goes God only knows.

Difficult to continue for long term treatment. You can't get an appointment if you have missed it. There is no phone number or email id to get appointment. There is huge crowd and doctor doesn't get enough time to discuss your problem in detail. I tried for more than 6 months for nasal allergy and polyps but didn't see any improvement hence had to stop the treatment. For my son I could see some improvement. The payment is accepted only in cash and no receipt is provided. He may be a good doctor but for me somehow it didn't work.
