Chandrakala Hospital

Extremely disappointed. Took a paitent who was feeling dizzy and was really uncomfortable to the hospital. They didn't check immediately despite the emergency, even after paying the bills, they only checked for BP and made us wait for more than half an hour for normal consultation. I would never recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

Good hospital, not crowded is a plus.my grand mother was admitted in Hospital for a week last year and we Consult Mr. Devaiah for her ortho related issues. Doctor and Staffs have taken care of her really well. Duty nurses were really good and patient. Thank you.

If you want to visit this hospital, please carry loads and loads of cash in your hand literally. UPI won't work in the vicinity of this hospital. Worst part is, even in canteen also you need to pay with cash.

Really dispointed during billing One who handing billing section name called shruthi not at all supporting customer and taking 30 minutes to making bills and must need training but Dr. Ramkrishan taking care all patients very well

One of the worst hospitals in Mysore. Plz don't visit this hospital. Receptionist threatened me and harrased me & my friends. My friend met with an accident and we rushed to this hospital but instead of treating the patient, receptionist started asking rubbish questions. He even pushed my sister. Thu.

Good hospital, however I have never seen this crowded. Doctors rooms are always empty other than casualties dept.

Please don't visit this hospital, they charger way too much and facilities are NIL, I went to this hospital, worst experience I ever had. I was seriously ill and they charged me fees but didn't gave me anything neither medications nor any thing for pain, I was sitting their waiting for my blood sample report which they said they will give in 1 hr, but didn't gave till 3 hours. I was seriously suffering from severe pain, when I shouted on them, cried then only they start taking action. They charged me 4k for a special room in which nothing was special even it was not in good condition. Ease avoid visiting to this hospital. Horrible experience of my life.

Had gone to consult a general surgeon, he wasn’t given a separate consultation room. Surgeon didn’t examine properly and me myself being a doctor they charged me the consultation fee too…bad experience l. They can maintain the ambience properly

Dr. Ramakrishna so called physician he don't have patience or knowledge about patients problem if u want to cute don't go there I'm very much disappointed towards his attitude, we all have special respect towards doctors but after visiting him I felt he is not a qualified doctor that's how he is behaving.

Terrible experience! They made us wait 3 hrs for a 5mins appointment. No proper information was communicated. Nurses have no clue on what's happening.

Dr Devaiah is best Orthopaedic Physician in this hospital. Highly recommend for any bone related issues. He gives right opinion and medication.

Worst nursing staff. Nobody is wearing mask except doctos. When I told one of the nurses who was in the injection room where Dr came to give treatment to me, the nurse told tht the patient is wearing mask thts enough & when Dr insisted her to wear mask, she replied tht she was not able to talk thru phn wen wearing mask. Alas she want to talk thru phn inside the treatment room during her duty hours, & thts important than patients' health issues! And one more.nurses & hospital staff were talking so loudly tht the hospital was so noisy

Plz confirm rate for any investigation before getting done. Went to get Ultrasound scan but they charged 700rs while the same scan I had got done for 500rs in Kamakshi hospital 2wks ago.

Mixed response is not favourable for the benefit of hospital. Good doctors efforts r recognised. They have very good doctors and need to tune up the services. Reasonable rates.

Keeps good database of patients, decent seating area. Very hygienic, has an attached pharmacy. Great assistance from the reception desk. Hospital has a blood bank and labs. Rooms are hygienic and well maintained.

Just for the sake of giving rating i am rating it as 1. Very bad experience. I recommend not to visit this hospital for any treatment. Doctors should have patience to treat patients. But I feel there is a lack of patience here. Especially with Dr Devaiah. Very disappointed with service and doctor behavior. We feel doctors are next god. But here they will make us to feel it's wrong. Until surgery the way they treat is good. But for follow ups or to show reports they will not even consider us. So overall bad experience and I would like to rate as 0.

Very poor management. No proper information or feedback is given.we just have to wait and keep guessing what will happen next. Appointments are just for namesake. Staff are in their own world discussing among themselves than guiding the patients about what to do, nor do they care for the urgency of the patients. They have good doctors, decent infrastructure, in-house pharmacy, irony is, they are not well managed or maintained.

If you are rich then go to this hospital just for cold and fever they billed 4500, they will make bill unnecessarilly, such bad hospital ever I had.this is just money making hospital.it's not for people who are poor

Worst experience that I have ever experienced in my life.it just made me to remember it's name until my life ends.very worst hospitality.

I got very good services every time I went. I was admitted four times. Once for the fracture of my knee they had to put an implant and then got it removed the next year. After six years I landed there after breaking my arm and then the same procedure again. The hospital is very neat and clean and I got value for money spent. No unnecessary procedure and the doctors were very friendly. I give them full marks

The blood report also they couldn't provide completely and said report is normal though my platelets count was down

Hospital has facilities and doctor is good but staffs need to be active and responsible rather than sleeping!

Poor hospitality, poor staff, poor treatment. They will add diseases if you from either l&t or Infosys to get money out of you. They do experiments on you to learn medicine.
Improper reports. No proper response from doctors.
If you don't have an idea to spend money you can get admitted to chandrakala hospital.

Worst Service. I don't know if they know medical treatment. Given some worst tablets. I didn't got a sync for what I treatment received and what I paid. Better sit at home please.

Very poor hospitality. Unnecessarily they will give injections just to loot money. If they don't work they will admit you and again they will loot money. Please be safe, don't go there.
