We recently went to Singapore and Malaysia using their services. We had a harrowing experience with inedible, cheap food served to us for dinner and lunch. My parents who are senior citizens suffered due to this. They even did not get us an international travel health insurance despite requesting for the same. No response to our requests once payment settlement is done. Booked through franchise owner Mr. Kiran.
This was the the 3rd and LAST time we will be traveling with Chariot. Please do not choose them their standards have drastically dropped

Travellers: family of 6 including 2 kids and 2 senior citizens.

Personal touch by Mr. Atmanand Shanbhag and his team at every stage starting from initial discussion, visa and tickets documentation, pre travel briefing made the whole process hassle free and experience enjoyable. Chariot provided us with clear and accurate information at every stage and helped us with required documentation.

Hotels were very good and as promised. All the lunch and dinners were at Indian restaurants and food was very good. Tour guides were experienced, friendly and accommodative.
Itinerary was well organised and followed as per plan. All the sightseeing tickets, transfers and food was included and we did not had to spend anything extra throughout the tour.

Unfortunately we had a medical emergency towards the end of the tour and we reached out to Chariot. All thanks to Atmanand Sir who provided guidance and a local support even though it was very late in the night for him in India. He also quickly made alternate travel arrangements for us to return early.

Previously my parents had used Chariot services for Gujarat tour and according to them that experience was also very good.

Chariot team is a trustworthy travel partner and I highly recommend them for both domestic and international tours.

Very rude and totally unaware of processes. Don’t go with them there are so many better agents.

Our family had been to Dubai in 2022. It was a wonderful experience. Chariot World tours Ltd had organised the tour very well. Very good hotel stay, NV food was superb. Covered all places in time. Friendly guide/driver.
Next we went to Andamans in 2023, it was also well planned and memorable experience. Will recommend them to all my friends.

We had a bad experience with them in our last trip. The itenerary for the day was cancelled due to rain and we were made to wait under a shelter the whole day. By afternoon we requested them to transfer us back to the hotel but they refused as it would have required them to book a new bus for our group.

We we started protesting, the tour organizer threatened us by saying he will call the police and remove us from the group. Since it was a new country and we were not familiar with the place and local regulations my elderly parents waited the whole day under the shelter. We were ready to book a cab to the hotel in our own expense but didn't get any help from the tour operator.

Overall they are very rude and cost sensitive. They are numerous tour operators who put the tour experience of the guests first, we will chose them in the future.

Please dont book any trips from here. My parents had horrible horrible experience with them in recent trip to USA.

Horrible experience. Their front desk agents have zero clarity on the communication that is asked for by the customers and in fact give misleading information. We’ve lost all our advance money of 2lacs plus the visa charges of 20k. They are outdated and do not look at mails either. They now have the audacity to demand additional money under the guise of cancellation charges. Pathetic and highly unprofessional. Would not recommend to anybody.

Avoid at all costs. My friends tickets were cancelled at the last hour and then they were asked to pay cancellation charges.

Total frauds, we had planned Europe trip with them. 3 months before our visa got rejected because of improper itinerary and bookings from the company. Lost 20k there. Had paid deposit of 2lakh. When looked for visa appointments there were none available n high chance of rejection. Hence had to cancel the trip 2.5 months before trip date. Before paying the deposit the person incharge had clearly told that in case we cancel the trip entire amount will be refunded if cancelled before 2 months. Now they are saying they can't refund the deposit amount of 2 lakh n asking us to pay 50k extra as cancellation charges. I hav lost 2 lakh of my hard earned money and they hav left us helpless. This has affected our mental peace. I would request to be careful with such fraud agencies

Singapore-Malaysia trip:
Very bad planning and unnecessarily expensive. There are better tours and travels then them who conduct in a better and organized way and worth the money. Only stay/hotels are good. Nothing else was good.
You can book hotels yourself and plan better than them! I would never recommend Chariot to anyone!

Good but still has to collect information from the applicant properly my friend visa didn't get processed due to insufficient information in the address

Appreciate the company’s response. Had issues about refund because of Pandemic. It was immediately sorted out to my satisfaction. It’s rare for travel agencies to respond like this in such pandemic times. Surely looking for travel when international flights open up with this company

I have gone for quite a few tours conducted by them. Had a great time in all. They are very professional and efficient.

Visited Chariot seeking help applying for Tourist Visa to Europe (Austria) Agents need to have better understanding of the Visa process. Necessary Information was not communicated properly. Spent a lot of money on booking flight tickets and had to postpone it due to visa issues and finally ended up in rejection and losing loads of money.
Please be more organized and educate staff on the process

This is the only Chariot branch which handles Visa processing.

I visited here to get the visa done for Singapore and Malaysia. (I had booked land package myself)

Mr. Xavier and Anil were helpful! They guide you well through the process.

But they are bit costly compared other agencies.

Very good travel agent. This was the conditions till my last tour but have started cheating by false promises till booking with initial advance amount. Imposing illegal terms and conditions by demanding further payment very much earlier than the time fixed in terms and conditions and promises before booking. Illegal holding of our passports and forced us to initiate legal battle to get back our passports. The USA tour we booked six months in advance (October 2019) by paying the advance Rs: 50,000/- each. Tour duration from 13: 05: 2020 to 31: 05: 2020. With all these six of our friends and family member booked together is confusion state.
Request others to think and study Chariot world tours before booking.
Better to avoid this agent as many others are giving good service with less cost.

The place is in the convenient place and is accessible through all types of transport especially Metro. People here are extremely courteous and welcome you with smile and very polite. My 5 Star for them.

I recently went on a Chariot Europe tour for 8 days across Switzerland and France. The guide was well versed with the locations and was very friendly and helpful. Sadly that's where the positives end. I have a long list of negative points to make about our tour which I'm going to highlight in brief below:
a) The itinerary was very hectic. It would start at 7-8 in the morning and end at 9-10 in the night. There were no breaks in between for self exploration.b) A single bus was utilised for the entire tour. Even for the journey from Switzerland to France, a 6 hour trip was undertaken in the bus which made things very tiring.c) Food disappointed me the most. While travelling abroad, in my opinion, one should try the local cuisine to experience the complete plethora of experiences a country offers. Lunch and dinner was provided in only Indian restaurants. We weren't given a choice of multiple restaurants and upon that the quality of Indian food at these restaurants was highly disappointing.d) Breakfast offered was continental included at the hotel we were staying. However, we were treated like third world citizens as we had to dine at a separate area in the hotel. Breakfast menu was very limited, consisted of just cold boiled eggs, croissants and toast. Food was cold, tables would not be cleaned, staff at the hotel were rude, the list just goes on. I've stayed at a number of hotels in the past, but have never experienced such horrible behavior/food ever.e) Hotels again were not up to the standard. Rooms provided were very small and I highly doubt if they were even 4 star rated as Chariot claims.f) My next point, being not a Chariot specific feedback, but of my fellow travellers from Bangalore who had no regard of the elderly/children in the group. They were highly selfish people who were only interested in jumping the queue and being ahead in the line without respecting the needs of others. The guide could've done something about their behavior, but sadly nothing was done to discipline them a bit.

Overall I've had a very very disappointing experience and will never be using Chariot tours and travels again. Chariot might say I'm being picky, however if I've paid such a huge amount for the tour, I'll expect my experience to be worth it. I don't think I've got my money's worth and sadly this tour ended on a very sour note for me.

One of the worst tour agents for u.s visa.poor communication.staffs are negligent. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
