The worst customer service. They themself are not able to identify why their machine is not charging. It's been more than one and a half months since I have been complaining about faulty charger. Still no one has come to service.

I visited the Charzer Charge in point at CBHS Layout near Vijaynagar, all of it is completely hassle free > Locate the closest charging point > UPI payment and I could also reserve the charging slot through app itself.
It’s really convenient and great to see India is adapting to the new technologies for mobility.
All in all, a great experience.
