It is worst hospital i never seen such type of hospital in my life
They have main purpose to earn money a lot from patient but don't give proper treatement to patient
Im so disappointed from this hospital
i want to suggest all never go there

They cheat people by adding procedures in the notes and charge double the amount plz my request to the people done even step inside this hospital the owner of this hospital is not even capable of paying salary to the employees and who ever patient comes they will try to charge double charges and composite the salary to the employees.

COVID CARE REVIEW
They are not equipped with full ventilator facility. So only admit your near-dear ones in case of utmost emergency.
Also I am highly disappointed with how the hospital did not even do a covid test for my relative until the 3rd day.and that too happened because he had to be shifted to another hospital.

But comparing to the terrible facilities in other hospital, here a moderate level of covid patient can be kept, however it is your responsibility to keep track of their well being and to check that the doctors are attending to them. There's a high possibility of the staff not complying to your requests. PLEASE PLEASE only go there if no other facility is available.

One of the worst hospital i have ever seen. Full of mosquito and insects inside whole hospital. Doctor don’t even come to check the patients he just instructs on phone and give wrong medicine, and they laugh at patient’s condition. They just want money. Then after seeing the condition of hospital and reading reviews about this hospital i planned of shifting patient to sakra hospital.
When i reached here i saw these doctors were professional and they know what they are doing.
Conclusion: If you want to commit sucide then go to Chaya hospital.

Not at all ethical. Their only goal is to gain max money from a person. I went their to get antigen not even the main one. They charged me 1500.

This is the worst clinic in this area. If you’re dying they will make sure that happens. Yes they will ask you to get 100 tests done before that…without doctor looking at the reports. My family members visited the hospital in case of emergency and these people looted them like anything with plethora of test and what not.they did not even provide any medication.and the doctor was forcing them to get admitted.the doctor was insisting for healthy members to get admitted too in the hospital…what the hell is wrong with you people. The bills were wrong as well …they have an extremely pathetic staff…they have no idea what they’re doing…please if you want to save yourself don’t ever ever go here.

The hospital is horrible. My friend is admitted here but even after paying 5k per day for a private room, they are not giving him lunch or dinner and asking him to order from outside. How the hell can a patient be suggested to eat from outside? Also, they are not even giving him any snacks all throughout the day. Do they expect him to order from outside everytime he is hungry? This is the worst hospital, and 5k is not worth it. I would suggest people to never get admitted here.

Worst ever hospital. Can shut down instead of giving false hopes. Diagonised my daughter wrongly and when i dint feel right and took her to another hospital, they had noticed the issue and told if we had left it unnoticed, the problem would have been bigger and messy. One nurse seems amateur undertrained whose hand was shivering for giving an injection, she put the injection vial solution down and break it and then in after private chat with other nurses she brings some other injection hiding from the patient Scam scam scam scam. Never know for small treatment they will make you sick and make you lie in opd bed for 7 days with an enormous bill.

Absolute fraud. Dr. Gayasuddin is the new found fraud of this place. For a simple wheezing they charged me Rs. 3000 and included all ancillary medicines except the required one to overcharge.this is apart from the vitamin tablets, immunity tablets he prescribed.the nurses were pathetic who just poke injections like using it on animals.pathetic place.if you tell you have insurance, then you can consider yourself dead.please never ever visit this place.

Looking back to somewhere around 18 years ago, Chaya Hospital was a small Hospital in OMBR Layout and the much sought after hospital considering its very approachable staff and well mannered attitude from majority of the staff. However after they shifted to the main road that's the current location tables turned, the doctors and medical staff were ok fine, but the front office staff were arrogant beyond reason, and the main reason for the current state of affairs of the hospital is due to the adverse behavior of the non medical staff, this is not just my opinion, its a blanket reason many people have pointed out, and that was the primary reason many people had quoted.

After seeing so much of negative reviews I was first afraid but thankfully things have changed and I enquired and found the new management is doing great and Dr. Pavan is really a good listener and he doesn’t advise simply on highly chargeable test, he just solved my muscle cramps with good medicines. Highly recommended and even during this covid situation they are well maintained and clean!

Doctors and nurses is so caring and has such a neat hand in any treatment.this Hospital is simple great. Responses from the staff of all department is also good.

Chaya Hospital it's not a super speciality Hospital. They are not equipped with proper facility, it might be medical equipments nor trained staff (Assistant Doctor not wearing a simple Mask). They are concerned about only there MD's voice, such a school kinda environment.

Please think twice before going.

Worst Hospital, I would rather call it a lodge. They take money in advance and bill you as per what you have paid so that they wont need to return your money. Went for a Out patient visit and as per Doctor advise got admitted on Saturday (Evening), after that till next day morning 1100AM thr were no doctor available in the hospital, any issue you have to tell nurse and they will phone the doctor and act accordingly. Only after requesting many times doctor came and discharged us, Till now I am not sure why they admitted and discharged us.all they know is give drips and pain killer and send home. To cover the money you have paid they gave 2 lab test report, for which they did not even take the blood sample, on asking they told at the time of admission we took blood. Dont you think a Doctor would tell in advance if we have to do some test? PLEASE DON'T visit this Hospital.

This Chaya Is not only the worst hospital of Bangalore, dis is the most Pathetic Hospital of Bangalore, even 1 star is not enough, it must be given (-1) out of 5, Bakwaas hospital, only looting patients money n not giving proper treatment

Doctors are well qualified and knowledgeable but they prescribe for unnecessary test which are very expensive hence delay in treatment. For a normal throat pain they prescribed scan and all which was cures by going to other hospital.

Hospital is neat and clean and not much waiting.

Dr Sheshadri is very good as a surgeon and as a person. But hospital administration forces doctors to prescribe unnecessary tests and procedures to make more money and fleece patients. Absolutely NO ventilation in the wards.

Wanted to meet the urologist. The reception in the morning told me that it's a walk in, refused to give appointment inspite of requesting. On reaching there i realised the doctor is not reachable. The doctor should have informed that he's not coming.
The reception should be fired for such a careless handling of patients and appointments. No wonder the opd is empty if they handle patients this way. The reception is at total fault for their overconfidence. And the reception behaves as if it's a casual thing to waste our time and energy. Strictly do not believe the reception.
I hope this review is taken seriously and the lethargic reception gets up and starts working or they should be replaced. The management should LISTEN UP!

Very good hospital parking facilities are good.good infrastructure for the hospital all facilities are available, each and every department are available.good canteen facilities are there, wheelchair accessible on the entrance and.medical facilities are available on the entrance.

The worst hospital ever visited, they hv built hospital to make money, for any problems they will ask patient to get armitadm to ICU. There is no other solution if the patient ask them for normal admission then they ask them to go and get checked in other hospitals. Nurses Nd doctors dies not hv ethics.
