Usually i take Mega cabs when i visit Bangalore. This time I booked innova for airport drop since luggage was more. The driver arrived ontime but vehicle was not in a good condition. Almost flat tyre and driver was not unaware until we spotted it. Driver was not at all courteous to help us in arranging luggage rather was giving direction on how to place luggage. Despite multiple request he didn't take any interest in filling air until we reached airport. Though he knew we have lot of luggage, he dropped us in 2nd platform and there is no trolley and even way to reach entrance. He was so reluctant to drop us near the gate and when we demanded he is talking that as a help. I'll never book Arunodaya cabs ever.

Used their service last month and felt like only airport taxi service provider in bangalore during this Covid times. Pricing wise all major airport cabs charge a bomb and these guys provide a cab in very affordable cost.

I was skeptical to book.but upon booking didnot revert very professional driver and the rate was 200rs lesser than ola
