I ordered cake for my girl friend birthday. The cake was delivered on time and also they gave good discount. The cake taste was fantastic

Worst experience. Poor support from Branch manager, area manager, Operational manager.if you are planning to order cake for major events DO NOT opt them. They are not capable enough to bake design cakes.

Never place a zomato order, 1. They never have more than 1veg puff it's been the 4th time i am placing order they always send samosa as a replacement for veg puff
2. I ordered cake from zomato, the packing was so bad by the time it reached home the cake was completely damaged. I am paying 100rs for a slice and they have no respect for customer money.

Worst experience.
2 ladies screaming and shouting like hooligans.
It's summer so i sat on the railing inside to which I was asked to go out.
Normal water was denied and was forced to buy packaged water.
Asking me to get out and sit in the sun,
Denying all requests and asking if this is my father's shop.
I did not eat the ordered food, the eclair was not even heated before serving.

Never order anything from here. Cakes r pathetic. Below average. I had brought cup cakes from here and I regret ordering anything form there. I was not able to eat them as the taste was soo pathetic. Even cough syrup have better taste then these.

Never ever had such a worst response from the chef bakers staff. Not at all listening to the customers, very harsh response and even the cake was wrost. Here they supply decayed cake. The cake was so sour almost 2kgs of cake was wasted in the birthday celebration. Never again visit here!

One of the worst cake I have ever had. Such a bad customer service as well. Staff there is sweet only while taking the order but not in delivering the cake as sweet as their talks.
Ordered Irish coffee cake. It was completely sour in taste. The whole cake had to go into dustbin! Denied our complaint regarding the taste and spoke rudely. Never ordering anything here further.

Staff is polite only while taking the order. Cake did not taste as per the flavour. When called to inform the same, they just blame us for selecting the flavour and shouts back to us

Worst experience among the Chef Bakers. They don't provide the cake for the design they have suggested and promised. They don't even get the instruction properly and poor communication.
Not worth the money at all.

They are frauds, dont ever go hear if u want to waste ur money go there. They sending a rotten cakes which is hard like hell. And costs beyond there humanity. Chi. My whole anniversary got spoiled. Go to some small vender instead of this.they will serve atleast fresh. These peoples r big fraudsss.and those heart chocolates are molded.

Opened around 2019.been a customer there since then very good cakes and pastries the quality has not declined and the price is justifiable, i can say theat you wont find another shop like htis in the neighborhood

We had ordered an eggless cake and the cake had small contents of egg which caused a serve allergic reaction to my cousin. The cake was also sour and not edible. After reporting the issue they refused to admit the problem saying they “always” serve fresh cake. We had to bring back the cake and had to give them a Sample of their cake to finally get a partial refund. They did not give a full refund citing that we did not call them at the time we cut the cake (midnight 12). Horrible customer service. NEVER BUY EGGLESS CAKE FROM CHEF BAKERS.

One of the worst cake makers.they will charge too much which is not worth.they will show u one design n make completly different.taste also not good.waste of money.

I had ordered a cake for birthday from this place. It was delicious and well decorated. Would definitely recommend this place for cakes.
