Cherrypick India - Best Furniture Shop in Bangalore

I had an amazing experience and great service from Cherry Pick and Christina madam. I got best deal and they are very helpful, as even after purchase I got the products delivered to my residence but I didn’t open any of them as some works were pending and later i asked them to send their people. Their technical team came and installed everything without any hesitation. I must say service is too good and the products are too good too.

Had a good experience. Attended by Mr Charles…. He was very helpful and kind.
The store has good collections too.

They have promised to arrange the marble guys as there was a minor defect on the console we purchased. Its been almost two months requesting them but they failed to do so. Moreover they have stopped responding as well. I am pretty unsatisfied here: (

Thankyou for rectifying my issue. Gulzar was very supportive and understood the issue well and helped us. This is certainly appreciated.

However I would like to tell you that, the mark was 'NOT NATURAL'. During our purchase we pointed out that there is a dent and you agreed to fill it up. During delivery we found that it was filled with pink colour rather white and that is when we asked to arrange the marble guy. Gulzar confirmed that he has filled the dent but colour could not come same. He wanted to rectify at my home during his visit but he was not carrying the right material.

Kindly check with 'Santosh' (who helped us during the purchase) about the dent in the marble

Since you have provided us with the resolution and changed the marble, I am pretty satisfied now and would like to change my rating.

Has mainly old styled and very expensive furniture, they look nice but are very pricey for the stuff on display

We were looking for a sleek marble finish dining table for quite some time but couldnt find one matching our price range and design requirements and our search finished at Cherry pick furnitures. We bought a dining table in January this year. We have received alot of complements from guest. Very happy with the product.
Due to some unfavorable circumstances, i have to store my table safe somewhere in June for few months. These guys were very helpful and provided excellent service. They picked up my product from home, keep it in their store for 6 months and delivered it safely on my request. Inspite asking many times about the amount I owe to them for the extra service they provided to me, they didn't charge a single penny. Hard to believe such an excellent service exist.

I bought my sofas from Cherry Pick 3 years ago. Considering it’s been long and they will not be interested in servicing me, I ordered a third party cleaning service. Adding delivery update, to my unfortunate surprise the big size sofa and arm chairs wouldn't get through the service lift entrance of my apartment, but kudos to the delivery guys, they were able to get the sofa through the congested stairs all the way to the 14th floor without a single scratch, what passion.good overall experience with cherry pick, please keep up the good work and don't loose your good staff to be able to maintain the quality of service and experience.

Good service, were willing to send the furniture home for checking if it suits us. Very nice collection of furniture, etc. Sadly they are not willing to change or give us any other colour options for almost all the furniture they have there, which will really disappoint you since the furniture looks so good but you just cant get it in the colour that you want.overall still a nice experience.
