Note: there is a well inside the restaurant which is well covered and for young generation kids a spot to visit for curiosity

Improvement: plastic chairs are a big No No

We visited surathkal for 2 days and both days we ordered food from this place.

The food tasted delicious. We ordered dal khichdi, Alu paratha, paneer butter masala and Paneer biryani. Everything was super tasty. Just the thing was Dal khichdi we ordered for my kid, but due to the little spicy he didn't like it.

One time the swiggy partner forgot to deliver one item and deliver another item. When we called the Chintu Da Dhaba, they delivered that food item to our home.

I dont like lemon juice which was full of water. If you ask for taste they will simply put sugar into it without mix. We have to juice ourself. Samosa was good and tasty. Bal puri worst experience

Good but not the best!
I visited this place after so many recommendations from my friends. But I didn’t like that much. The price is similar to the other restaurants. But it’s a veg restaurant.
I didn’t like this place because of the hygiene, however if you want to feel the Dhaba style then you may visit this place.
The taste was decent and also the service was quick. They also serve some quick foo snacks items other than the dinner dishes.

Ordered food through swiggy and both the curries has lots of sand, seems like they didn't wash the veggies.

Ordered food through swiggy and mushroom masala had lots of sand, and it was very difficult to chew, looks like they don't clean the vegetables before cooking and they are not serious with quality, especially when it comes with foods ordered through online platform.

Food is good, cooks are nice but the manager is rude and have an attitude. Spoils the mood most of the times. Their manager is racist and communal.

Just awesome. Food was great and the best part was that they were very accommodative. We wanted some non-spicy veg and white rice with ghee for 2 yrs old one. They just helped us with that.
Behaviour was again too good.

Just a word for them. A must go.

Pure Vegetarian restaurant are difficult to find in Mangalore.
For vegetarians, North Indian meals and snacks with icecream available.

The food is quite good at such a low price
. The starter especially Gobi manchurian is quite good!

Nice daba to visit near Suratkal.
I tried Gobhi Manchurian, roti + veg kadai, & jeera rice.
Dada is well spacious & decent look.
Food quality is good.
Staff behavior is also good.

I tried several dishes in dinner, all are yummy delicious. Nice family restaurant. Reasonably priced and well behaved staff.

Good food. But felt sad that Mangaloreans are not patronising this place, yet. Will visit again.

If you wanna try good dhaba food and don't want to spend too much, visit this place.
Must try - paneer butter masala, Parathas.

Ter was no taste. The taste was it's spicy and don't know wat ur eating. Butter panner gravy was wrost.fully liquid form and 6-7 pieces of small panner. Curry are wrost. Diff tatse when ever u come. May be due to change in chef. No hygiene. But naan was good! And some Chinese startes to.

Food has definitely improved a lot from my previous visit. It was quite some time since I visited the place and oh boy! I was really surprised. Quality of the food has really improved. We tried Paneer Tikka, finger chips, Paneer Tikka paratha and stuffed paratha and to wash down everything we had - was Some lassi. Lassi was so good that we went for another serving. For travellers on this route / Mangaloreans - this is definitely a spot to visit for some North Indian dishes.
