Surprisingly the food was good.decent portions n brisk service.shezwan fried rice n dimsums were tasty.

The place is as good as chai point chain is. The service was bit sloppy. But overall good. If you have got bored from wfh and want to work here you get your space and good chai.

Nice Ambience and well mannered staff. But pricey. And regular sized cups have been removed. Only Medium and Large. On the other hand, snack items are available, including cake, puffs, samosa etc. Worth a try at least once.

HSR chai point is at a good location with enough seating. Service is really fast and staff is helpful.

Great choice of handmade choclates, love their almond rocks with dark chocolate, though there are a lot of variety to choose from

I wanted to try bubble tea (boba). So I went to chai point to try that. It was amazing. The taste is too good. It's a must. It's a bit pricey and comes in a genz cup so I think it's okay.

I didn't like anything except for the ambiance. Everything else is both expensive and not so good to eat, at least in the vegetarian options. Won't be visiting a Chai Point outlet again unless there's an emergency

The CHAI was amazing, no wonder. However I feel they can improve on the bun and croissant menu. Otherwise great service and hospitality.

Pocket pinch: definitely on the higher side as they are very hygienic and offers great flavours.

This is inside the mall ground floor. Service should have been improved. May be additional staffs required to handle take away. There is a sitting area but people from other foods stall come and sit. That should have been managed.

Not serving the hot coffees in mugs. Using paper cup for classic ones and mugs for epic ones which is not called out in billing. Staff is not ready to switch the cup even when asked explicitly
