One of the worst hospital I have seen. The emergency ward is pathetic no senior doctors and the inter nurses are less trained to give even a TT shot.
They need to Peirce at 3 points to put a TT.
I have seen this hospital for 15 years and Once was a best hospital in the vicinity has lost the ethics and transitioning to worst hospital in the vicinity
One of the worst and immoral hospitals, few years back my father had back pain all of sudden on morning and was taken to this hospital.they took him to emergency ward and few nurses started to treat him, after few minutes one lady doctor came. Few minutes later, they asked me to get some medicines from the pharmacy attached to hospital. After buying medicines when I wanted to pay for medicine the guy said that I can pay him at end (point to remember). So they asked me to buy medicine 4 times.later doctor came to me and asked few questions and told me that it is not serious and he can go home but, I insisted her to diagnose more, at the same time my father started sweating and vomiting so the doctor contacted some other competent doctor from reputed hospital and he said its mild heart attack.
They asked me to sign lot of forms after wasting so much time. Later I took my father to reputed hospital. When i asked my father, he told they hardly gave 1 or 2 medicines (they made me buy at-least 10 medicines). Now just think why that pharmacist asked me to settle the payment later (because he knew that they will make me buy more medicines, which i think will be returned to pharmacy). If my father had not vomited they would have discarded him and it could have been worst for us.
My advice people is when there is emergency please go to high specialty hospitals if you can afford, even though they charge more at least they might have competent doctors and equipment.
Chord road, from past few years I was preferring this hospital but after recent renovation (which is good in patients wards) they started charging more, to admit patient they also collect filing charges of Rs 300 where rs 100 is more than sufficient. For general ward (4 patients) charged 2.7K per day is too high and NO BED/COT available to sleep at night for patient relative who stays there. One good thing is they will not keep u more days unnecessarily, place kept clean. Communication at reception not good, and no one will answer call most of the times. As compared to past 1-2 years cost is bit more.
Chord Road Hospitals of Bangalore is located to the left on the way from Bangalore We've been to the hospital for consultation, Check-up and surgery. The doctors are very professional the treatment was on point. Our relative had a laproscopic surgery and it was a good one. The charges were a bit high than other hospitals but the neatness is amazing. The smell on the ground floor and the b1 is un bearable, some rotten smell is present there. For consultation and surgery if you're in this area this is the place to visit.
My wife recently delivered here and she was given the best care possible. The staff is very supportive and helpful and we felt it was very homely.
We never worried about a thing and were given the best service. This hospital staff gave me the fastest discharge even though there was insurance involved.
Dr. Meenakshi and team there were by far the best.
We have admitted our father due to fatigue and vomiting, they said it is liver infection based on blood report. Got admitted on Sunday till Thursday they didn't took any action, they asked us to not give any food, later after two days they said to give some liquid, everyday after admitting my dad suffering from vomiting, but they didn't took any step or treatment, doctor was suppose to come on Monday but he came on Wednesday evening, he said it is gastric and liver infection. Due to their delay it has been turn to jaundice and shewering dad condition was sever, Later on our demand and lots of conservation with hospital we moved to Manipal yeshwantpur, ther we got best hospitality and treatment. Now my father is out of danger. Chord road hospital: The worst receptionist, nurse and doctor. They don't care even it is serious condition. Nurse themselves think they are big doctor
It's a great experience with hospital, doctors and Nursing staffs really they took care very well since admission. Special thanks to Sis Dolly, Sheela, others.and Chandrakala from NiCU.they helped a lot for Normal delivery i really recommend this hospital very much and finally i say Thanks a lot.
Too rude by insurance desk and shouts when questioned excessive and duplicate billing. Totally abysmal behavior from insurance desk, charges and exhausted entire insurance money by claiming false consultants and doesn't shre derails until discharge Final bill will be shared after insurance settlement and after concerned staff 9f insurance leaves hospital at around 9pm each time.
Worst hospital never go there if you don’t know any doctors because in out patients ward I feel they are not doctors or they are intern god knows once i had hurt my toe nail it was damaged so there was pus oozing out one doctor just came pulled the nail out and said out it’s over he dint even apply antiseptic nor any medicine I’m like what did just do
Well known hospital for scesarion.c-section.no normL deliveries.better don't go this.c-section hospital . Doctors gynecologist are completely money minded
If I could rate only doctors then I would rate 4 stars however there is a major letdown for this hospital. That is the nursing staff. If your doctor visits only chord road hospital then you may choose this hospital. Otherwise choose other hospital where your doctor visits. However be ready for lethargic nursing staff. Receptionist and insurance are just fine. But worst part is nursing staff. They don't help at all.
Best hospital in Basaveshwaranagara catering the needs of all suffering patients. Nearest to Shankarmutt signal. We can witness sterilized, well-maintained environment at this facility with both Outpatient and Inpatient care by superspeciality doctors.
They have included trainees in Nursing staff and who don't know how to hold an injection. No CT scanning facilities. No MRI scanning facilities. They sent us to Kanva. Canteen is very average. Duty doctors are not experienced or knowledgeable.
Truly disappointed by the treatment towards the patients, they made us wait for hours together and still fail to make us meet with the respected doctor and when we asked for admission of the patient they refused saying there are no beds available, such a big hospital but there is no enough doctors pathologist or radiologists for everything they say a different time, what if the patient is in serious what then if the reports are delayed and the patient state gets serious, I would really like the staff to increase their number of working pathologist and radiologists and to give quick treatment necessary to keep available doctors, plz look upon to it
Had this worst experience 2 days back on 14th Jul 22 morning second floor pvt ward. A male helper behaviour is shameful (aged around 45 -50 Dark guy), hospital management hope you consider it seriously.
Instruction to management, when there is a female patient in the ward, plz make sure no male ward boys/ helpers enters ward and tell the patients attendants to leave the ward. Male helpers can’t be present in the ward without attendants and they have no right to say it irrespective of lady ward nurses are present. Only lady nurses could say it Understanding if they are having a check for a lady patient. This is a shameful act and not sure If this is the discipline followed by hospital staff.
Secondly, lady nurse staff plz make sure u give a comfortable space for patients and attendants. You guys come in multiple people and make us confuse rather than clarity. You are paid for your service and not a charity you are doing.
Asking patient attendants to get the surgical mask for patient from pharmacy when patient is about taking to OT. Believe it’s ur responsibility to get them ready with those stuffs before OT. Patients pay huge amount bills and this cheap behaviour of asking them to buy a 5rs surgical mask, as you say we don’t have it. But when checked in the nurse station had bundles of masks. Shameful on you guys.
Management, plz relook. People visits hospital on 2 things. Doctors and nursing. Doctors are good, behaviour of some nurses and some helpers (especially male) have to be worked on. My experience was the worst with the staff and if this continues, I personally will not advise this hospital to anyone.
Strictly restrict your male ward helpers from saying to attendants to leave the ward. They are not doctors.
Very worst service, there are no doctors here, only nurses are handling the patients, doctors will appear once in a day and they disappear. Specially mentioned! Insurance agent has worst behaviour, they don't assist patients properly for any process, very lazy people, I strongly recommend not to choose this hospital.
Surgery and all went well. Doctors were fine, the worst part is their receptionist and billing people. They don’t even know how to do their work. Don’t know from they come and join to work in such places. After 1 month of surgery, after we leave Bangalore. We get a call saying their is shortage in cash and we need to pay more. Suddenly they start saying adding things saying we forgot to add so and so things in bill. Such pathetic people, they are here to steal money, not to give pleasant and good service. Don’t get fooled, take them to some better hospital.
If the staff of chord road hospital is seeing this, join school and college and get your self educated again. Don’t work without getting properly educated. Be a human, don’t be shameless creatures.
Not clean, old lady at front desk was extremely rude with people Security behaves like they own the road (not parked any where in front of their gate) We had to remind the staff to collect samples for testing The only person who was well behaved was the canteen staff. He was a professional
Hi All, I admitted my wife in chord road hospital for maternity but the worst thing is the service is too bad.like Nursing staff, insurance and front desk won't give you the correct information. The Hospital team told for Normal delivery it costs around 40 K but they charged me 60 K its completely cheating. But iam not worrying about money health is main important, due to their negligence my child didn't cried after birth, this is because they didn't taken my wife to the delivery ward at correct time. Finally what iam telling is please go for good service hospital if they charge extra 10 k also no issue health is very important
Today we visited your hospital early hours around 2: 30 in the morning because of my emergency. I had a severe stomach ache. Later the duty doctor gave me injection for the same and asked us to get an ultrasound done later in the day.
Around 12: 30 in the noon, we reached the hospital again and asked for the availability for ultrasound. There was a lady doctor available and in front of me she was fighting on the call with her family member and after that she attended me, she was too rude. My husband tried to explain her what happen, she was not ready to listen as she was hurry to go home. When she looked at me, she told me in such a way that she was doing me a favor, in her words, "I was about leave inspite of it o attended you"
We checked the reception for availablity of the ultrasound abdomen only after they told the doctor is available, we were ready to get the test done. We didn't ask any of the hospital personall to forcibly get my scanning done. It's not that you guys are doing it for free. A very bad experience, never expected from a doctor who is so called "in a Nobel profession" " not listening to patient's" and behaved in such a way as she did.
The worst hospital I have ever seen. The staff is very rude and they don't want to listen to the patients problem. Yesterday we had taken 88 years aged person for 2nd dose of vaccinations, they refused to give saying that the 1st dose was not taken in their hospital. The hospital management and staff should have certain ethics and code of conduct towards patients.
Worst place to go if you need immediate attention by a doctor or nurse to get your cut stitched because duty doctor doesn't know how to stitch and experienced doctor will make you wait till he attends all his appointments and then begin to stich your small wound I can imagine what would happen if your bleeding profusely from your wound!
Recently my wife had a surgery done @ chord road hospital. The services of Nurse's n Doctors are Amazing. The Special n deluxe room's are neat, very clean and hygienic. The food at the canteen is very light tasty n available at nominal cost. Overall the support services rendered by the hon.n respectable Doctors n Nurse's is really trust worthy, valuable and professional and thorough specialist in their respective fields.
L request all to please don't prefer this hospital they will loot the money like anything arrogant doctors and staff, only will charge huge money for everything they will not care for patient only they will give preference for money that's all, this hospital unfit to take single star also, please beware of everyone pls don't go for this hospital they will loot the money.
It's worst hospital, I had gone for fever and tiredness, doctor gave me just dolo. They do not know to know how to treat patients. I do not recommend this hospital.
