All the school uniforms are available but to check the proper size there is no proper and reasonable trail room for kids and that's very disappointing

People at store are rude and they are very expensive. The quality, stitching and fitting is bad this year.they might have stitched in bulk without proper sizing due to 2 years gap. They are very expensive compared to other uniform stores. It is also the responsibility of the school management to choose a good vendor and not blindly go by their previous contract.

Worst shop and worst owner. He thinks he his giving clothes free of cost. Quality is pathetic. Dont know why all school prefer this shop. Education is a business and in that School inform is a big scam. Pathetic quality and price is too high. This shop doesn't deserve 1 star also.

Don't even deserve 1 star also. Bad vendor, who doesn't even bothers about parents. Never responds to the calls. Pathetic service and behaviour.

They are cheater.cheater not even picking up call. We bought the articles on 14 may 2022 they told us they will call us once the article ready. Now they are not bothering to pic up the call.

The owner chowhan doesn't respect any parents too.his behaviour is very rude.i purchase uniform from him and I wanted to exchage the size only.his employee refused and he was forcing us.take that size only.after that we spoke with the owner.the owner started shouting at us.and he told us getlost from here I don't have time to exchage.very very BAD expierence.

They are grown with arrogance with the business they make. No customer service.schools should start moving out of them.

One star should also not be given. We had to stand in queue for DPS school uniform… school tells about this vendor and this store doesn’t worry about putting more people. They don't even respond to phone calls.

Very poor, arrogant customer and sales service. Least bothered about the customers. No respect.owner himself saying that the arrogant and rude sales guy working there for over 50years. Even one more person was warning him that this is not the way ull speak with the ladies give respect to them.but the arrogant guy didn't even respond. Never will recommend chowhan for their poor customer service, never pick the calls and quality of the uniforms also not that great. Whichever schools had taken them as their vendor should cancel it. Parents are fully frustrated.would give '0' star but it wasn't letting me to post

School needs. Fast service. Kind of costly now a days. Few years ago the price of uniforms was reasonable.
Unfortunately schools don't provide any other options which is very bad.

Bit more crowded and wait during ordering.

When it comes to quality of clothes and pricing, hardly some match them.

Worst shopping experience.no order.no queue.no parking.and on top of it, that will NEVER pick up phone.so you won't know till u reach the place after parking 1km away that uniform that you were looking for is available or out if stock. I have not seen a worst shop than this.and on top of it they fleece you like crazy simply because they have tie up with school and you can not go anywhere else. Wish there was a way to report such scams somewhere.

Yes these guys doesn’t lift the phone and they don’t say whether uniform available or not. I went 3 times from Sarjapura to Jayanagar. Just like that they say one date and we seem to be jobless for these people. Very poor service
