I had the previllage to work around 1.3 years with CIEL. I am not gonna lie, I really had a great productive experience from here. All the aspects of this company I felt soo satisfying. Joined as fresher and converted me as their permanent employee after 3 months. My Manager, TL's Manager and even Business Head of the company is also very transparent towards everyone about the business. Always backing up the employees who are struggling is the another best thing Ive experienced from here. Loved the life here. And I'd happily recommend everyone to join here.
It's a worst place to work if you ask emergency leave they will not provide it and they are such an lier while joining it feels like no one better than them but after joining at client it would be upon you to handle it.uneven salary deduction salary date in appropriate, salary hold and then they say that talk to clients we can't do anything.
Total fraud company & people. No job guarantee & hike they just use you & remove whenever they want without prior notice. Please don't waste your time here.
Such a worst behaviour from the client and this CIEL this was Worst experience ever first they selected me for a client then they asked me to confirm me if I am joining here or not so to joinhere i left the another opportunity and i said ok then during all this process they pretend that my job is secured and all. Later i got offer letter and after some days they said me to join on Tuesday and when I was about to leave to banglore they asked me to come on next week after which without any reason now they are saying that the client have terminated me and due to this company i am now facing a financial loss as I have lost my both jobs really horrible i recommend everyone to please think twice and then join here.
Hr quickly they will respond. But before sending candidates to the location for interview they must confirm whether the job is closed or available. Later what is the use of verbal spat between client and Hr. Just candidates should waste their time with hopes.
If "0" stars available I would go beyond that. I have forwarded my resume for thrice but there was no response from this CIEL. When I cald them they said, we need to wait for many months to get the resume shortlisted.
