Worst experience ever! Not providing sufficient buffet & also charging additional charges for any asks even we pay high tariffs

The guy at the reception is the worst. Staffs are not trained. Have no minimum sense to deal with the guests. AC was not in working condition in premium room throughout the stay

We went for a lunch to celebrate birthday. Service was not upto the normal expectations.
I had pre-ordered the menu for 15 people. When went nobody knew it. Got the first juice after one hour after repeated request.
No staff bothered to clean the surface when a plate of Manchurian fell on the floor. We cleaned ourselves and sat.

Roof top dining was perfect. Ambience, service, lightings and sittings are very nice. Food was 10 on 10 but we found starters a bit costlier keeping in mind the quantity they offered. Added advantage is that we got to listen, to local band of davangere team dropouts, jamming sessions which overall made our time over there very very better.

Such a worst place to visit they charged me 500rs just for puking in washroom, they dont deserver anything more.ambience may be good, but worst coustomer service, i paid 500 more for puking, please don't visit them worst place for good service

Everything is good about this place, clean n tidy but the room service was a bit lagging behind time.my issue was not sorted till last.

It's overpriced as compared to the overall experience. The owners have constructed a good infrastructure with very good room and amenities and then forgotten that it needs to be maintained also for good experience for the customers. The card key lock system has some error due to which we were locked outside the room for 15 min, they had to bring physical key to open it, no one knew head of tail of the software problem and why it happened. They say 24h hot water but for an evening bath i was told that i had to keep the tap open for few minutes for the hot water to come but after runningwasting water for almost 15 min i got hot water. Morning breakfast was complimentary which was good, Vada, idli, dosa were are in very small sizes, cost cutting there as well. Overall it's one of the better hotels in Davangere but considering the cost they are charging it wasn't a satisfactory experience.

The hotel has great rooms, the beds are comfortable and the room and bathroom are hygienic, the doors have keycard locks which saves the liability of carrying a key with us.

Visit if you have lot and lot of time to spend! Most slowest service. Not sure if it was only when we visited. Good food.

Placed right next to national highway and best place to take a pit stop. Three ratings due to delay in service.

I went there with my friends for dinner.i was really excited to try their food but i was hell disappointed with the quantity. I understand they have to maintain the standard and everything but i really feel sad to say this. For 260rs you cannot give 4 pieces of mushrooms and they weren't that good either. And also the gravy was bland even though we told that we wanted spicy.so spice no salt just some red color dish with a few pieces of paneer.bad experience. Never going there again.

Pathetic experience and rude staff. Quality of food is horrible too. If the property owner is looking at this do change your receptionist Subhan and If you need any feedback do revert.

Cikada hotel in Davangere is strategically located for those travelling from Pune to Bangalore. After a 7 hour drive, this place provides the much needed break. Recently got renovated, the 4th floor restaurant still is undergoing readiness. Staff is friendly, warm and hospitable, service is very quick. The ac sit-out area is good. All local Dharwadi cuisine is made well, ghee roast chicken is quite tongue tantalizing but can create some fire in your internal systems, spice lovers will appreciate it. Davangere dosas are quite popular and made well. Don't experiment with non local cuisines, butter chicken and chicken handi will taste the same. Washroom isint particularly clean, it's recently constructed. With time it would need maintenance, can't be left to its own. As of now it's clean and in good shape. Overall i would rate it 3.5/5.

If only I could give a minus rating.the rooms are dirty, even the bedsheets.its mentioned it is a 3 star hotel, definately not a 3 star.poor facilities.rooms are stinky.

Good hotel and food, but last vist food was not good (I was ordered friedrise, but they gave heavy garlic rise) only half litre water giving as complement (not enough for 1 day).

Rooms are very good. Too pricey for the city and reception is impatient and rude when you negotiate.

Nice and decent hotel.very near to the high way.so not to go deep inside the town.seems expensive.but try for other options inside.

Located on the best place, nearly outskirts of the city, running through a road where most of the star hotels located. Parking for 4 cars. No welcome, nothing good restaurant-hotel gestures.
Cikada Restaurant area ambience is very good. Two main sections of the restaurant. Beautiful furniture. Breakfast is buffet type with smallest spread. Other food items taste good. I visited here many times. Last experience was bad with non-vegetarian food taste. No concession, nothing. Post Corona staff changed and little unprofessional. Food menu items decreased drastically. Once best butter naan of the city are available here. Now in my last visit five items I tried are all failed in taste, in health related issues.
Toilet area is very small, good in condition. Most of the time, not crowded.

Cost is at par with other restaurants but Quantity of salad or curry is less so cant be shared. It's good for an annual vist.

The rooms are well kept. Service is super quick and food is really really good. Everyone is very friendly. Had a wonderful time here.

Best place to stay. Affordable prices. National Highway is very near from this hotel. Staff is very gentle.

We had booked room till 11PM. But hotel people say that it’s only till 11 AM. They even not bothered where we r or in marriage function. They have asked to vacate right away. We had to leave the muhurtha function to vacate room. Really disappointed the stay, They even not bothered for customer response. And Room service is very poor and rude behaviour of reception.if we complain no body care.

Third class hotel n its staff.they ask u to eat only their food.food from zomato or swiggy not allowed.visitors are not allowed.staff is disgusting n arrogant.service is very bad.very ugly hotel management.big nooo.never visit the hotel.
