The quality of Cimmons Call Center is always high. They have a very scalable process and they are able to add new agents whenever we want. I am truly impressed by them, I had a wonderful and good environment to learn about products and work. Rotational off if required they provide weekend off also. Thank you Cimmons

Worst comany to work with. They dont respect the employees. Worst training facility. Sunitha (Training manager) only speaks Makes un logical stories and Neema (Hr) doesnt even know why we were taken out of the company.

Even if your in an emergency situation and any one of you family member die also they expect you to work here without taking leave, they won’t provide you experience letter even if you serve your notice period. They bought me here from x company giving all the hopes when the company started as startup. Worst is the only word I can use to each one of the management working here.
I can say that this is a good organisation. We can learn something new daily. From my experience here I learnt that if we are trained well we can perform in a process that we dont know much about.
Worst place I have ever been to. No professionalism. The HR team hires you for the role you never went there for, and wastes your entire day making you wait.the 48 hours for them is never actually 48 hours. The HR team just needs to have the courage to reject the applicant on the same day instead of indirectly passing on the message through someone else about the offer rejection.their salary slabs are very poor for the higher posts too.was asked to compromise with the salary i highly recommend people not joining or rather attending interviews and waste your precious time only to be told that SORRY YOUR PROFILE WAS REJ ECTED. I was the person who was very happy to work with Cimmons when I was there for a month I should appreciate the CEO of the company Mrs Sharath is doing is wonderful job to make youngsters feel free but the persons who are working under him like HRs and especially Mr Anupam who came as a manager to us was such an useless and unlucky hand who made every process shutdown by over acting and and he is very unfit for the post called manager and we lost all of a freedom when we was working there when he enter as a manager and that's a reason I quit cimmons

Not a employee friendly company, only manager friendly company. U vl be treated as slave and for Team Leader u vl be not getting any self respect, and u vl be not getting any resolution from HR and other management level. It's just managers n? Company tats it. Especially MR. Anupam i hv shared mail to HR still i hv not recieved acknowledge mail from them. U vl not get ur payslip ontime we have to beg for that. It's 4.2 only bcoz of internal ratings.think before join It is not a big thing to reply for my single rated review. Have basic sense that u have to reply a mail when a employee facing critical issue.
